Fantastic experience: Haven't been coming long Newark Dental Practise but thought I would leave a review with how impressed I am already. I just wanted to mention how pleased I was from minute I walked through the door as I am quite anxious with Dental practices. The pretty receptionist if I remember rightly she said her name was Trinity was particular helpful and assisted me in sorting out my appointment. She was so patient and made me feel very relaxed. I also noticed how clean, organised and tidy everything was. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: These people are so pleasant and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Renata, my dentist, has restored my faith in the dental practice. After a number of bad experiences as a child I have always dreaded a trip to the dentist. Thanks to Renata I am now totally at my ease when I am in the chair and have full confidence in Renatas skill. If I could I would give Newark Dental Centre ten stars instead of five and they would be worth every one. I can totally recommend this practice especially if you are a little nervous.

Fantastic experience: This Dental practice is always efficient, clean and friendly. Receptionist are very helpful and polite. All experiences I've had at this dentist has been great and i have no complaints at all. Booking appointments are easy to do and if you don't get through for whatever reason the dentist will ring you back as soon as they can, which is usually the same day you rang. In my opinion it's a great dentist.

Fantastic experience: Only been a patient here for several weeks. However I feel I must write this review. They have seen me on several occasions after I had problems with an impacted wisdom tooth. They have seen me on short notice, and been more than helpful after the specialist I saw for wisdom tooth extraction kept fobbing me off when I needed further treatment for a dry socket. I do not know what I would have done without there help and understanding. Excellent service provider.

Olubunmi and her dental nurse both went above and beyond for me and I’m so grateful. The receptionist was also lovely too, and made me feel welcome and explained where to go. Filled out the usual form and after a very short wait I was called in to see the lovely dentist. A thorough examination, a quick chat and I was on my way. Appointment took less than 30 minutes. Brilliant service. I used to have a real fear of going to the dentist, but not any more. Thanks to all.

Negative experience: After spending all day calling then dentist apparently number one in the queue and yet 1hr later listening to music still this has happened throughout today and yesterday Voice message left 3 times since Tueaday and still no call back from dentist The overall customer service is poor, I do not believe for one minute that rather have been dealing with customers all day that prevents then from answering a question which would take no more than 3 minutes Emails sent again no reply Overall I don't rate this dentist if you have an questions about your health, check ups etc.

I’m absolutely petrified of dentists and had a panic attack in the waiting room but both Bunmi and Ellie were fantastic at putting me at ease and only doing things when I was ready. I’m so grateful to them for that and I happily left after my 45 minute appointment with a plan of action and happy to go back for further treatment.
