Confident Dental & Implant Clinic - Stroud

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my implant treatment at Confident dental Stroud , from initial contact through to final fitting of my implants the service I received was first class , everyone there is friendly professional and they have top of the range equipment. Whilst going thro the procedure I was informed every step of the way , no pain and I am so pleased with the end results. I recommend this dental practice 100% and if needed would use them again, thank you all at confident dental Stroud!!

Fantastic experience: The experience at the Stroud Clinic has been quite outstanding. From the initial contact, to the informative coorespondence, to making appointiment, and to the actual appointments, the clinic staff were very professional and reliable, providing helpful advice and information and responding to enquiries promptly and accurately. At the initial implant consultation, the test was done smoothly by Ellie Cooke and Dr Colin Neil provided in depth and clear expert analyses of the conditions and options, explaining complex processes and procedures patiently and incisively. Such clarity and professionalism built the trust and enabled me to make an informed decision swfitly on an important treatment plan. The treatment plan drawn up very promptly and the costs were also transparently outlined. The staff there in general are all very helpful (Maise, May, and Sarah). I was assisted at three appointments so far by Ellie Cooke and she is abolutely outstanding, with her communication skills, reliable correspondence, clear and thoughtful information, and charming personality which have really made a difference. It was clear that Dr Colin Neil and Ellie are really passionate about their work and cared about patients.

Fantastic experience: I had a consultation with Colin to have an implant fitted. Colin explained everything with great detail and assured me of anything I was unsure of. The procedure took about 45 minutes but felt like 5, and I didn’t feel any pain. Colin and Ellie were both amazing! Thankyou both! If anyone is thinking of having an implant, do it! Fantastic experience: I see the hygienist every three months. They use up to date cleaning machinery, not available in the NHS.It’s like a mouth jet wash getting in between the teeth and under the gum line. They continue to train me to clean my teeth correctly. This means the implants that I have had are firmly in place on nice pink gums. With nice fresh breath.

About 7 years ago I started referring to Colin and not used anyone else since, whether it’s replacing a single tooth or mobile dentures with implants. My patients always report that Colin is calm and professional, his staff helpful and his practice hi-tech and beautiful. I have got a loose bridge myself and the only person I’m trusting with the job of replacing it with implants is Colin. Although I’m an anxious patient he has put me at ease and now I’m actually looking forward it.

I recieved a warm and welcoming greeting from reception, went straight in for a 360 degree x-Ray of my teeth then a short wait before discussing the outcome of my x-ray with the consultant. I was able to explore/discuss multiple implants options with my consultant who gave a clear explanation of the work to be done and associated cost. I came away feeling that the consultation was well worth the cost and would highly recommend this practice/service to anyone exploring their options for teeth implants.

My treatment was carried out by Colin Neil, who explained clearly to me what the procedures would be. Throughout the work carried out I was made to feel relaxed and confident. The treatments were relatively pain free with just mild discomfort. I was so impressed that I will be going back for another implant in the not too distant. future.
