Fantastic experience: I have been sent here by my dentist for extraction and they been amazing!! They removed my root that was left by my dentist in no time! I didn't even felt anything!! They are a great team and strongly recommend for any extraction or surgical event.

They were very well coordinated and it relaxed me seeing how professional and calm they were. I felt very little pain and they even let me keep my tooth when I asked! Negative experience: I must say this is the first dental practice that don't have guest WiFi. It comes up on my phone but when I asked the receptionist she said she doesn't know the password

Fantastic experience: I was referred at the Sage dental by my dental practice for wisdom tooth extraction. It was a critical part as my tooth was half broken and had cavities. It was a very smooth process and the doctor and staff were very supportive. The staff at the reception were helpful and the practice is kept clean and hygienic. I am very happy that my dentist referred here. I definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I visited Sage Dental after suffering immensely from reoccurring infections in my molar tooth next to my wisdom tooth. I was referred to Sage Dental Clinic and I was so pleasantly surprised with such welcoming reception. I filled in the forms and was taken in to the Dental treatment room. I was given a warm welcome by Dr/Dentist Manchuthan with nurses Maria and Gopi. Dr/Dentist Manchuthan asked me what the issue was with my tooth. I explained my situation about reoccurring Dental abcess on my molar tooth and being on antibiotics 5 times since the start of the year. Dr Manchuthan stated he's going to help me by extracting the problematic tooth. Dr Manchuthan was very careful as I'm a heart patient and Dr/Dentist Manchuthan informed me I should take my Aspirin for my heart issues tonight and then he went ahead made me comfortable and explained what he was going to do before pulling my tooth out. Dr/Dentist Manchuthan gave me some Sedation gas followed by 3 anesthetic injections before pulling my problematic tooth out. From start to finish from injection and pulling my tooth out it took 5 minutes. Dr/Dentist Manchuthan is incredibly diligent, very gentle and incredibly calming. I wanted to kiss Dr/Dentist Manchuthan hands for finally putting my misery to an end. Dr/Dentist Manchuthan is very very professional, he knows exactly what he's doing and more importantly he has the ability to keep the patient calm. I didn’t feel the injection prick ... everything went so smoothly and before I knew it my tooth was out! HORAAAAAAY!!! Dr/Dentist Manchuthan then spent a few minutes explaining how to look after and maintain the tooth socket, recommending salt water gargle and rinses as well as taking paracetamol if there's any significant pain. The ENTIRE TEAM at Sage Dentistry are highly professional and they care and treat each patient individually which, gives the patient a personal care treatment plan. If ever I need my tooth to be extracted then I ONLY want Dr/Dentist Manchuthan and nurses Maria and Gopi to treat me. You're definitely in safe hands at Sage Clinic because they have Dentists like Dr/Dentist Manchuthan who works diligently and he ALWAYS puts the patients health and emotional well-being first. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH SAGE CLINIC ESPECIALLY DR MANCHUTHAN, GOPI AND MARIA ❤️❤️❤️.

Fantastic experience: Dr Manchuthan with his two team members Minal & Maria made my tooth extraction an unbelievable joyous and most memorable experience, with their professional attitudes, efficiency, attentiveness and overall bubbly personalities. Wow! what an amazing dentistry experience. Thank you so much for making a daunting worrying process super easy, painless and ending with smiles all round from such wonderful interactions with wonderful people, so have no fear of the dentist no more when going to Dr Manchuthan you will definitely be looked after and well cared for.

Negative experience: The waiting time was ridiculous, waited close to an hour before I was finally seen. No regard for people's time at all.

Negative experience: They really need to lay out the information out clearly and in more detail. You find out other costs of treatment when they should have explained it in the beginning. They leave out critical information like their availability but say you can book at any time. If having a conversation and asking constructive questions that were difficult to answer is called being rude then you guys are too soft. Also this dental practice should be separate of Whitehouse, makes no sense having an appointment next door, think that's very strange. And found prices cheaper elsewhere with better customer service and not cancelling appointments 8 minutes after confirming an appointment without reason. Need to be more honest and better transparency with your prices.

Fantastic experience: My husband he took tooth pulling treatment from dr.pravin Kapoor and Dr. ashok as well. Services was brilliant even my husband he didn't feel any pain while treatment. Appreciate doctor for your good job

Negative experience: Avoid this dentist at all cost !!!!!!!!!! My mums dental appointment today was deeply distressing and fell far below the standard of care we expected. I accompanied my mum into the room for support, as she was understandably anxious. From the start, the dentist was cold and impatient, lacking any real empathy or reassurance. Shockingly, he even asked me to confirm which tooth was to be extracted—something I believe is the professional’s responsibility, not the patient’s family member. After injecting the anaesthetic, the dentist proceeded almost immediately with the extraction, without giving the anaesthetic adequate time to take effect. My mother flinched in pain and clearly expressed that she could still feel it. Despite this, the dentist dismissed her discomfort and began to normalise the fact that pain was acceptable during the procedure. It felt as though her pain and emotions were being suppressed, rather than acknowledged with compassion or care. When I intervened—rightfully concerned for my mother’s wellbeing—and asked for the dentist to pause so she could have a moment, his reaction was alarming. Rather than showing any empathy, he grew increasingly impatient and ultimately asked me to leave the room, claiming that family members were not permitted during procedures. If this is indeed the clinic’s policy, it should have been made clear from the outset, not used as a reactionary measure when a patient’s distress is being voiced. Following the extraction, there was no meaningful aftercare guidance or any effort to check on how my mum was feeling. The interaction was cold and mechanical, lacking the human touch that is so important in healthcare. The entire experience has left us both shaken and disappointed. Patients deserve to be treated with compassion, respect, and professionalism. I sincerely hope this matter will be taken seriously, and that measures will be put in place to ensure no other patient or family member has to endure such treatment. I would never recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: You’re get seen to a lot quicker if you’re a private patent. If only I could give them no stars

Fantastic experience: Hands down, Jawaria is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had! Extremely professional, thorough, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain everything and makes every visit a comfortable, positive experience. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I actually look forward to my appointments. Highly recommend because there is no one better!

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extraction this morning at Sage Dental and was in the care of Dr Grewal and Tina who were both absolutely fantastic! They instantly put me at ease and were friendly and caring throughout. It was a stubborn tooth to remove but apart from slight discomfort (more from the injection than the extraction) I have to say I didn’t experience any pain. The staff, especially the two lovely women who assisted me at 8 am, were absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: I attended the practice in need of composite bonding for my 2 front teeth. I was not satisfied with the appearance and saw Dr Nikita Solanki. The results were amazing. Negative experience: Avoid at all costs Firstly, I had a consultation appointment and I kept getting told I didn’t have an appointment when I had already been in earlier that day . I’m a very nervous and anxious person when it comes to dental treatment. I was referred by the Whitehouse clinic next door for a wisdom tooth extraction under sedation. An hour before my appointment I received a phone call to say my appointment had been cancelled, the dentists young child was unwell. Whilst I was not pleased with this as had taken the day off work and had asked someone to accompany me, I understand these things happen. What I did not appreciate was being told I HAVE to understand and the clinic taking zero responsibility or acknowledging how this affects me. People are usually in pain when extractions are needed and being told the next available appointment would be in 4 weeks time !!! I was told by the lady “ let me check something and I’ll call back “ As I was already on my way to the clinic I went there myself. The guy on reception couldn’t care less. I was offered 4th Oct. Again, that wasn’t helping me. He just shrugged his shoulders and the reply was “ thats all there is “ Your staff need retraining. People are already anxious when coming to the dentist . Not everyone will accept this sub-par standard of service. This was my 2nd interaction with the clinic and both times I had issues. I would suggest you find an alternative dentist.

Fantastic experience: Well i am soo nervous going to the Dentist. The two Dental surgeons were soo reassuring. Had the injections to numb the area. Fantastic experience: The dentist and staff were very kind and caring. Dr grewal tina took out my wisdom tooth without breaking my tooth because it was 4 root tooth. It's was an amazing extraction for my tooth. I highly recommend this place especially for tooth extractions.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the service I received here. I would like to particularly highlight Pinkesh R, that has been extremely helpful and reassuring. As i have a phobia of being at the dentist.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting treatment. My daughter has a phobia and needed an extraction so got referred here. The dentist injected her and insisted she was numb which she wasn't and she told him but he wouldn't listen, a dentist who clearly thinks he knows better. He continued poking her until she couldn't take anymore, he said she'll have to be knocked out and she has to wait a year for that. He had no empathy for her fear. He refused to give me his name as I want to complain about him. He was a disgrace and another patient with his young daughter even walked out after seeing what happened. The dentist refused to discuss our issue so we had to leave. My daughter did say she would try again but he then refused. This is not the end of this, outrageous disgusting behaviour I will take this further. Add on note: I just called them again and told them by law they have to give the dentists name, which they then did DENTIST MANCHUTN. I will be taking action for your awful conduct.

Fantastic experience: Dentist You really can like. I was referred to Sterling Dental Centre from my dentist for wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Pravin Kapoor with Ashok Ipummy take care of me, they were very nice, gentle and professional. Job was done in quick and stress-free way. I would really recommend their service.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction appointment today . I was lucky to get one the day I called in. I was extremely nervous as I never had any teeth issue before. However my Dantist referred me to Sterling Dental Centre southall for wisdom tooth extraction. I went there today and I can’t thank enough to the two lovely ladies. ( sorry didn’t get the name) who extracted my wisdom tooth. They were so good in every aspect. Very comforting, very professional and compassionate. And I didn’t feel anything while extraction. Very caring staff and so friendly. Which you don’t get much these days. So definitely would recommend you to go there if you have any dental issue. And Thank you girls for your help. Negative experience: Terrible Service! I was referred to this dentist for the second time! The first time their doctors did not even sign their prescription and refused to reissue the prescription with a signature! Today I arrived 5 minutes late and was kept waiting for over 2 hours! When I asked about my appointment they were rude and insulting and said you arrived late so now you wait how many hours it takes for you to be seen! Then they started getting rude and mouthing off and starting an argument. They are rude, unprofessional and the practice is dirty!

Fantastic experience: There is 5 stars only, I could give 10 out of 10 to the service at Sterling House. We saw Anjali and Dr Puja Morgan a few times, including today, and they are outstanding! My dad (86) was looked after so well and with great care. Dr Morgan provided advice, explained everything and my dad said ‘he did not feel anything - that easy she made it for him. Dr Morgan is so very reassuring and so exact in what she does. Both are so polite and kind. Excellent communication skills and they are so welcoming. Most importantly they are excellent with their job. We will miss seeing them as this is a special clinic and one can come if any urgent or special treatment is needed. We are grateful they accepted my dad for treatment. The clinic is immaculate and very inviting. Reception ladies are ever so nice and helpful. Thank you Dr Morgan and Anjali.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a tooth extraction by dr d Kapoor and pummy at sterling dental centre, I had a curved root which I was told by a few dentists/doctors prior to my visit that is going to be very tough to remove which made me very nervous. Dr p kapoor and his assistant Pummy made me feel so relaxed and I knew I was in safe hands as they was so kind and professional. The feeing of relief once my tooth was extracted by these amazing people was unbelievable and the caring nature of them both earned a well deserved hug once I was out of the dental chair . I cannot thank you guys enough and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a solid kind caring and professional practice to contact sterling dental centre especially if you are like me and a little nervous when it comes to work on your teeth. Fantastic experience: So, i was referred to sterling dental centre by my dentist for 2 teeth’s to be extracted. It’s the first time in my 40 year life having a tooth removed let alone 2 in one go, being a very nervous patient i was absolutely petrified! Anyways, Dr P Kapoor and his assistant Pummy who was my doc for that day is one the nicest person I’ve ever come across! He knew i was very nervous and kept reassuring me it will not hurt etc (which surprisingly it didn’t). Need more doctors like him and just a very nice person in general! Thank you Dr kapoor! Alam

Fantastic experience: Sterling DC is truly 'Sterling'. I am a med. phobic, but the sedation surgeon (Dr. Morgan) reliably assured; she is a first class dentist, efficient, professional & smart. Procedure completed exactly as planned. Aftercare by the top-class Dr. Kapoor, who is kind, polite, gentle. All staff at the centre are true professionals. Phobics like me can attend at ease, leaving all fears at the door. Many thanks to all.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience. Was super nervous about getting my first wisdom tooth extraction and was referred for all four but two of them are complicated and was advised not to take them out until I could get a hospital referral. My 1 tooth was infected so had to be out ASAP. I had Dr Puja Morgan who was really positive and happy and put me at ease saying calm words and even playing music on her phone when i requested it. She explained we would be doing the extraction under local anaesthetic and offered me gas and air (if you are nervous definately take this option!). I knew what was going on but I didn't mind because the gas and air eased my anxiety. Came out of the chair and they gave me some healing instructions and extra gauze, started laughing a bit too much in reception because of the gas so I left the clinic in a great mood. I was in and out under 10 minutes. Overall a great experience for someone really nervous about dentists and has dental anxiety. Really rate the efficient work of Dr Morgan and her two nurses. I'm on day two and I'm healing up very nicely with little pain.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth removed and was petrified, but I had Mr Kadoor and his assistant Pummy, and they were brilliant, The procedure was painless and they really put me at ease. Thank you, and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic and professional service. Attended Sterling Dental Centre today and was booked in by Surinder and her colleague in reception. Really polite and friendly. I then saw Dr Parvin Kapoor and his colleague Pummy Kaur who took out my tooth which was in a bad shape but made the procedure go smoothly and kept me informed throughout the treatment. Really great communication overall and made me feel at ease throughout the extraction of my tooth.

Positive experience: Big thank you’s to Pravin Kapoor and Pummy Kaur who made the overall experience stress-free. Edit - Have had the most painful experience once I got home, and for the next three days up until now. I didn’t have any painkillers and wasn’t prepared for what followed. I eventually took 7 codene and 8 paracetamol tablets to no avail. In hindsight, I probably would’ve asked a lot more questions.

Positive experience: I had A Wisdom Tooth Extracted today By Parvin Kapoor and Pummy Kour. I had Excellent Service As They Calm Me By Explaining What Was Happenings and Notifying Them If It Got Too Painful. Then The After Care Was Explained!! This time it Was Very Painful As The Wisdom Tooth Was Compact and neee a few stitches. This is my Second Visit and Was Treated Kindly As A Person and Not As An Object ❣️ Kind regards Shirley Allen

Fantastic experience: I visited my dentist and was told I needed an extraction. I was referred to Sterling Dental Centre. I immediately asked for sedation as I always use this method for any extractions. However, after thinking it over and the timescale that this would take place, I decided to go for regular extraction. I walked into the room, my anxiety levels were sky-high. I was met by two lovely ladies, Dr P Morgan and Nurse Surinder. They talked me through the whole procedure and kept reassuring me. It was so fast I didn't even realise that it was over. I have nothing but admiration for you two ladies and just wanted to give you a public ‘Thank you’!

Negative experience: Referred here, waiting for an apt no news, finally rang up to be told they had details but don't know why they have not bothered to make an apt, so finally got one a month after being referred. On a arrival they have no idea if I have paid which I have, so had to ring my dentist to tell them I have. The male dentist was being rude to his assistant, he seemed annoyed about something. No patient service at all. Won't come back here again it's full of freshies talking loud so you can hear everything whilst in the waiting room. Dentists there should be mindful how they talk and behave infront of patients, we work for the NHS. I wasn't impressed at all. Big building looks great, inside another matter.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to sterling dentist by my local dentist, to get a back tooth taken out by sedation. On the day I saw Vinita. I sat on the chair, she took my BP, and the assistant was getting the needle ready. Then I asked her if she could take the tooth out by oral injection instead, I thought I would brave it, as I have a medical condition MS. I didn’t even feel when she injected my gum. She took the tooth out in less than 5 minutes. She’s Brilliant!! Highly recommend her..

Negative experience: Got here for a 20mm early 1200 o'clock appointment been ringing the bell for the past 26 mm and calling the number with no response. avoid if you can

Negative experience: Written on behalf of my husband who recently referred and had teeth extracted at Sterling Dental. Having read reviews before attending the appointment, the place seemed genuine and a ‘good’ dental establishment. However upon arrival (30 minutes before the appt time) forms had to be completed, then a discussion about payment took place. It was agreed the cost would be £26 (or there abouts). We then sat in the waiting room and wasn’t seen until an hour and a half later (bearing in mind we arrived first thing when it opened). When my husband was seen the dentist talked through the tooth extraction process. I was alarmed to hear they would do 3 extractions at once (our own dentist said it would be two separate visits and they’d do one side first followed by the second at a later date). It was also explained that if the root didn’t come out it would just be left. I should state my husband has anxiety around dentists from previous traumatic experiences and our own dentist is absolutely brilliant with him. At Sterling they were not considerate at all. When they went to inject the anaesthetic my husband groaned in pain, it looked like he was stabbing the needle in his gums at random. As soon as this was over he started pulling his teeth - my husband had to ask him to stop as he could feel pain (as the anaestic still hadn’t had time to work!!) the dentist jabbed him some more with the needle and just carried on (No waiting or checking). He eventually pulled out all 3 teeth and my husband was in excruciating pain. We were then ushered back to the waiting room and told to wait and somebody would check the bleeding. Nobody came to check, so I had to prompt the receptionist. The receptionist then checked my husbands bleeding and then charged him £70 (when it was previously agreed it would be £25). When I got my husband in the car he was still bleeding heavily and still in pain. Since the botched extraction you can see where my husbands gum has been torn and is now flapping about and he has since developed a dry socket and potential infection (which our original dentist is now managing… no way we’re we going back to sterling!). I am so appalled by the experience and my husband is once again fearful of the dentist after all the hardworking our own dentist has done with him over the years to make him trust and relax.I do recommend this establishment to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a emergency appointment to have a tooth extracted , my dentist was Dr Grewal and Saran Surinaer , both ladies were very friendly, professional and helpful throughout my appointment, my tooth was extracted within a minute after going numb. Very fast work really impressed, my tooth was extracted most efficient and way l am glad to say it was excellent and would not hesitate to recommend or attend again.

Fantastic experience: I have just returned from a visit to the dentist to have 3 teeth taken out including a wisdom tooth. I am normally very nervous at the Dentist and especially so as this was my first visit to Sterling. To my surprise and relief Dr Grewal and Sarah did a fantastic job, calm, pleasant and efficient they were out on no time at all. Possibly the best dentist visit I have had - thank you

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jagdip Bhachu is brilliant at his job, kind and thoughtful who took his time to understand my concerns about the problems with my teeth. He took on board and listened to everything I told him and helped me find the best solution. Having a zirconium crown is the best thing by far. He is the best by far in the West London area and I am happy that he is my dentist and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I couldn’t thank him enough for working on my teeth. Need more skilled Dentists like him in the field. Thank you Dr Bhachu for helping me find the best solution. :o)
