Fantastic experience: I found this dentist through a Google search during lockdown. Two teeth had broken and no other dentist in the area would take me on. I had to wait a bit for an appointment, but it was well worth it. All the receptionists are very friendly and professional, they made me feel at ease. I needed two extractions and was absolutely dreading it. I am a very nervous patient because of horrific past experiences with dentists, including Kings College. However, Dr Max was reassuring, calm and gentle. The head nurse was fantastic and instinctively held my hand through the extractions, she was soothing and patient and didn't make me feel silly as an adult needing reassurance. I would totally recommend this practice if you are nervous about seeing a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic treatment from initial consultation to final fitting. All steps carefully and sensitively explained. During the treatment I felt very comfortable and in the hands of an expert. The reception staff as always warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I'm very glad and happy to be a patient at Green Lanes

Fantastic experience: I recommend this dental surgery. I have been a patient there for a while and have always received great care without judgment. The receptionists are kind and helpful. Dr Masih saved a couple of my very problematic teeth and Dr Maryam is amazing with children. My anxious daughter needed some fillings and the dentist and the nurse were so patient and nice with her while actually fixing the problems. My daughter said she is not afraid to go to the dentist next time and it makes a huge difference.

It's evident they genuinely care about their patients' well being, and the quality of the treatment is second to none. Negative experience: If u r seeing a private doctor then the service will be 5 star and if u r NHS or on maternity than one of the trainy will check u the one who is confused in herself look herself in the mirror and told me that go for the second opinion bcz I think it's tricky if ur going for 2 opinion than we do have private doctor I can't do ur treatment.... What is that, if she is so confused within herself than she is not a dentist at all they are just scamming us to go for private doctor which they have wanting us to pay.

Fantastic experience: Wow, I'm impressed, I booked a private consultation with the lovely reception girls amy and lacey, they were both very welcoming when I arrived, explained surgery is running all ontime and I'll be seen straight away, also had a friendly chat with both them and actually made me feel better about my day once I'd spoken with them both, very good at accomadting times and even managed to ease my nerves going in. Then I see massi the dentist, for a consultation for c/bonding, he was amazing, explained everything in such good detail, broke it all down to me so I understand the process, showed me other options if I didn't want to go ahead, showed me before an after pictures but most importantly he just knew what I wanted and what would suit me, hes prices were also fantastic in the quote that I recieved. Would now not go anywhere else. Always a good thing when you find a good dentist practice, better when you have 2 lovely receptionist who will accomadate the best they can. Thank you

Negative experience: Dr Maryam may be calm, but she's certainly not compassionate. She's not a genuine, open and honest person, very rude and disrespectful who looks down on others.

I recently have 3 implants done; from start to finish I couldn't have asked for a more professional service. Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Aryan a few weeks ago to have some dental work, I was put at so much ease and so relaxed, he took time to make sure i was ok to proceed with my treatment. Fantastic experience: It was lovely meeting the dental team and Dr. Aryan was extremely friendly and helpful providing a service in very professional manners. Dr. Aryan explained my treatment plan in detail and answered any following questions I didn’t understand. The dental nurse was also very reassuring during treatment and ensured that I wasn’t uncomfortable during the treatment procedure.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Green Lane Dental Centre for many years. I was previously under Dr Neda at the centre. Her departure a few years ago was a loss. The practice have continued to provide a 5 star service in the meantime. This month (Oct 2024), I went for my check up. I was presented with a new dentist, Dr Aryan Naghavi. He is 5 stars. He's up there with Dr Neda for providing a caring professional service. He's patient and informative. He talks you through what he's going to do and then explains what he's doing as he goes through the procedure. He checks on your comfort throughout. Thank you Dr Aryan.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with my bridge which I had done abroad so I went back to my dentist DR ary and he was amazing so I had a root canal procedure and thank god I feel so much better now

As someone who used to be nervous about visiting the dentist, I'm grateful for the care I've received from Dr Arian Naghavi and the head nurse, Carenie. Fantastic experience: I hadn't had dental care for several years having moved house just before COVID and I was pretty nervous about attending my first appointment. I needn't have worried: everyone I encountered at Green Lane Dental Centre was friendly, professional and put me at my ease. My subsequent appointment with the hygienist was also great, they were very patient and gentle and I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything and make sure I was ok. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: After not having been to the dentist for 10 years Dr.Ary saw both me and my son. He made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I was in need of a root canal and I must say I was pretty petrified! Dr.Ary made me feel safe and talked me through the entire thing before beginning. Once beginning the process dr.ary decided a root canal was not needed and a filling would suffice saving me money and time! Fantastic experience: Excellent practice. I've had several fillings and one implant. All went very well. The surgery is very clean and tidy. The lead doctor Mr. Masih Sage is a really good dentist. I am very satisfied with their service and overall attitude toward patients. I am very happy with Dr Maryam Saadatina, who did 3 fillings for me. She is very gentle always delivering excellent results.

Fantastic experience: Generally a very welcoming dental practice. The receptionists were professional, friendly and kind. I was seen by Dr. Ary. The treatment room was calming and peaceful. This made me feel safe and comfortable. After trying 4 other dentists, I am delighted to say that Dr. Ary is the best dentist I have ever had. He put me at ease so I felt relaxed from the very start. He knew exactly how to assess my problems and gave me answers that other dentists had missed or exaggerated which will now help me to care for my teeth better in future. After trying three other dentists, it was great to find one that was patient enough to look at the issue and one who potentially saved me a considerable amount of money and anxiety. Fantastic experience: Everyone that works here are super polite and welcoming, special shout out to Dr Khalood she helped me feel comfortable and explained everything they would do to fix my chipped tooth, I was really impressed with how great my teeth looked when leaving. Negative experience: I went to the dental clinic because of a sharp pain in my tooth. Even though the receptionist asked the dentist to see me sooner, I had to wait about an hour. The dentist took an X-ray but couldn't see anything wrong at first, even though I described my pain in detail. She left the room several times to ask a colleague before diagnosing an infection. She suggested opening the tooth for treatment, but I didn't want to decide quickly and politely refused. Despite my explanation, she kept insisting, which I felt was unprofessional. Finally, her assistant mentioned other patients, and she finally let me go. I won't be going back to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I been registered with this dentist for four years but more recently had to register my ten year old daughter as she had a stubborn wobbly tooth causing her pain. She saw Ary who was full of energy and instantly made her feel at ease. It transpired it was two wobbly teeth that needed removing which he did with suitable distractions and she has no idea they were being pulled! It was pain free. He spoke to her knowledgeably about cleaning and flossing and she was so excited to return for a quick clean the following week. She told her friends she has the coolest dentist and she’s right! He’s very cool! Caren (Dental Nurse) was also very child friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to locals in the area for a child-friendly and knowledgeable dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a partial crown put on my back tooth by Dr Ary. Throughout the course of this treatment Dr Ary had explained me what he was going to do in advance and it helped me a lot as I was very nervous before the treatment. He also noticed a small crack on my front tooth and fixed it. I am very happy as I never thought it can be fixed. His assistant today was Shima and she was very kind and caring too. Fantastic experience: Dr.Khalood was amazing! I was super comfortable the entire session. The procedure finished quicker than I expected which was a nice surprise. Also, Dr.Khalood answered all my questions and concerns which was very helpful. But most of all, the outcome was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! Fantastic experience: I'm a very nervous dentist goer and for that reason my check-ups haven't been as frequent as they should be. I made Dr Aryan aware of this when I arrived and he did such a good job of making me feel at ease. Everything was explained to me thoroughly so that I knew what sensations and sounds to expect. One filling later and I feel like dentists aren't so bad after all. I will be returning to check-ups every 6 months and any fear I had has practically disappeared. Thanks Dr Aryan!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff from the receptionist, with their dental nurse and Dr Aryam Nagari who did inject anaesthetic very light hand didn’t feel the needle and had successful tooth extraction with support other doctor. The only concern there isn’t privacy and confidentiality which staff are in and out in the procedure room and talking other issue.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr Maryam today for treatment on a discoloured and old bonded tooth. I also had a chipped discoloured front tooth where it had broken due to my overbite. I had no expectations because my teeth were quite bad in appearance but Dr Maryam worked her magic and after an hour I was given a mirror. I was overjoyed, literally shocked at how good my teeth looked. It's incredible, it's wonderful to be treated by a dentist that takes so much pride in their work. I can smile now without being paranoid. Dr Maryam is brilliant, very honest and an absolutely trustworthy dentist. I'm so so happy with her work, she's a ⭐

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous person regarding any dentist visits. At this dentist I have been made to feel very relaxed , with the dentist and the hygienist. All of my consultations have been clear to my options from the money aspect,health and my age ,being as I am 61yrs, with clear advise and prices. The receptionist are all very friendly and helpful. Negative experience: I am pregnant and got a maternity exemption certificate, however this practice have asked me to pay £80 for a hygienist despite explaining that l am on exemption. It was their own dentist who prescribed that and wasn't a cosmetic procedure but a simple tooth cleaning which l was never asked to pay in other NHS dental clinics.

Fantastic experience: An excellent dental practice. Twice recently I’ve called up with problems and been seen as an NHS patient within a day or two. The receptionists on both occasions have been really kind and understanding, which is nice when you’re concerned about tooth pain and trying to fit appointments around your job. Dr Sage has been extremely professional, responsive and explained procedures really clearly.

I would like to give more than 5 stars to DR MASHI, I had a huge pain on my tooth which Dr Mashi explained into details to me, I have confidence on him because I have been always scared going to dentist but with Dr Mashi I am very relax, He really is a profesional somehow Dr Mashi has a gift, has patience, kind, listens to you carefully. I had a huge pain on my tooth and he resolved very quickly. I do not have words how happy I am with this surgery . I am giving you more than 10 stars Dr Mashi Thank you for your caring I will come back when I need it .The recepcionists are very lovely, kind, chatty and they always help very quickly , I appreciated both of them. Negative experience: Despite of good reviews. My experience with my dentist here wasn't great she has no experience. She always gives me a temporary solution for my teeth not a definite treatment plus gum damage every single time. Waste of time..... So disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Just had an amazing visit today had a tooth pulled out and it went so smoothly I didn't feel a thing all the staff are very nice and understanding I had not been for 4 years and was pleasantly surprised at the service no stress atall thanks to everyone now I will make sure to visit more often everything was explained to me very clearly and was given very good advice.

Negative experience: Very inflexible. Due to ill health missed an appointment. One appointment in a couple of years was cancelled with warning due to a health emergency unforeseen. They struck me off their list even after explaining.Disgusting!

Fantastic experience: Tooth extraction was done as painless as possible and both the dentist and his assistant were very pleasant. I had everything explained in detail including visual info on gum diseases as well as Xray pictures of my every tooth with a background story:) Receptionists are super nice as well, already signed up for the next visit

Fantastic experience: I had a broken back tooth that at a private dentist recommended removal as the tooth was too damaged for root canal and cap treatment. He was not confident he could save it and claimed many would not. However Dr Aira Sabokseir and the staff at Green Lane dental centre managed to complete a root canal and cap thus saving my tooth. Not only that Dr Aira was so gentle I kept falling asleep during the procedures. I would recommend the dentist to anyone and their child.

Fantastic experience: Dr Massi has been amazing as always. Has been coming to see him for 4+ years and always went over and beyond for my dental health. Great dentist, always explains everything what he is doing and never makes me feel anxious about any dental treatment. 5* for him for sure.

Fantastic experience: My first dentist in London was Dr Sage, since 2019. and I am very happy with his care, from beginning to end of every treatment I've had he has been very kind, always explaining all the steps of the procedure making me comfortable and safe, mainly because English is not my first language, he always makes a point of explaining calmly and simply so that I don't have any doubts, and also always giving tips on how to take care after treatments. In addition, his entire team of assistants, receptionists are very kind and efficient. I definitely recommend Green Lane Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: After considering going to Turkey to have veneers done I spoke to Green Lane as they have been my dentist for many years. I asked what they thought of the idea and they were very knowledgable so I agreed to go to them for a free consultation to discuss what cosmetic dentistry they could offer me. They suggested composite bonding which I thought would be perfect for me. They explained that there would be no need to file any Natural teeth away and was completely reversible. I opted for this and after a long time of low confidence and covering my mouth in public I am now able to smile and be confident doing it. This is due to the great work of Green Lane Dental. I could not recommend them highly enough. They were all fantastic throughout the process, from the brilliant professional ladies on reception through to the genius dentist that transformed my life! The process was explained in detail at every stage and surprisingly to me very little fuss and appointments. I felt at ease knowing they were looking after me. Fantastic experience: The Best Dentist EVER. My first appointment for my implant was in November 2022. I was so nervous and my anxiety was so high that when i came for the appointment i just cried. Dr Sage sat down with me, ate biscuits with me and reassured me. Following this i had the first stages of my implant and if it wasn’t for him and his team i would not have had it done. Today i had my final appointment and my crown fitted and i am so so so happy. Green lane dental have now provided me with my smile and i now i feel comfortable to smile again properly. Just to say thank you his team at Green lane because they all work so hard and make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I 100% recommend all treatments from here and i will be coming back soon for my composite bonding.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 starts, I would. Thr receptionist was amazing and welcoming !!! But the dentist I had was awfulll and rude to me. She was blonde didn't catch her name. But I don't recommend her at all. I was a new patient and she was so rude to me when I was actually being polite and respectful.

Fantastic experience: Had an extraction and bridge fitted. Absolutely amazing service and the procedure was completed quickly and efficiently. The aftercare was great and I was also told that if there were any issues to come in and this will be rectified.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Dr. Aira Sabokseir DDS, PhD today and I can honestly say that it's the best experience at the dentist's I have ever had. The doctor has been very gentle and so precise. I just felt so well looked after. My filling is perfect and I'm so very grateful. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: The worst dental clinic in london EVER! I am still suffering of pain, the doctor gave me and unrequested treatment and informed me that she couldn’t do nothing for my pain because I’m in NHS patient!

Fantastic experience: Came to Green Lane Dental Practice for a root canal treatment, amongst other things I've been putting off. Dr Sage is a pure genius!!! His bedside manner is flawless and He understands and cares about his patients. The procedure was painless throughout. He made me feel at ease explaining everything he was doing, whilst making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you so much Dr Sage and your brilliant team, I wish I'd found you sooner!! The receptionists, Amy and Amy Louise are very professional, friendly and very funny! From booking the appointment to sitting in the dentist's chair I was made to feel welcome. The practice is clean and refreshing. I would definitely recommend Green Lane Dental Practice.

Negative experience: Would have given one star but my experience here during covid was great, however it seems that women no longer works there. The girls on reception are also lovely. I visited recently and was told I needed 2 fillings (one being white, one silver) however she forgot about one filling and gave me a silver filling for the bottom instead of white, despite telling me that silver would look ugly several times during the check up AND when she had to change it. I then had to go back in and have this corrected, which was a painful experience again- she completely ignored the fact It was hurting and kept asking 'whats wrong' and to 'calm down' like she was losing her patience. I've never had such a rude experience and lack of empathy. Both of my appointments were at least 20 mins late too. My filling is now causing problems, my teeth aren't closing properly and I still have trouble eating normally. Having to find somewhere new to get this fixed which is more money wasted.

Negative experience: This was my first ever appointment with Green Lane, and as I work 14+ hour shifts I’m generally quite tired. Anyway, I made an appointment to go during my lunch and I accidentally got the times wrong. I thought my appointment was at 4:45 but it turns out it was at 4:30. As I was walking there I checked the text message again and realised and called them exactly at 4:35 to explain. Please bear in mind I live around 10 minutes away, so if my appointment was at 4:45 I would have made it on time. I quickly explained this to them and the lady on the phone asked if I could hold. So in this case I stopped walking, as I didn’t want to get all the way there to be told no. Plus it was FREEZING outside! Cut story short, they told me I couldn’t reschedule the appointment and that I would lose my £35 deposit. This company has no remorse at all, nor do they any type of customer focus. I understand if someone is late but when it’s your first time there, and in the matter of the current money crisis - you would expect them to reschedule the appointment and give a warning. But no, they were not even empathetic to that. I lost £35 and I can’t afford to lose that. Going to the dentist is a necessity not a luxury but it isn’t cheap! I would never ever step foot into this place as they have no human decency! The lady at the front desk seemed nice and explained she tried to get it rescheduled but her manager said no. Who knows what’s true at this point, all I know is I lost money that would have paid my light bills. Don’t go to this place, don’t even waste your time. You might accidentally get stuck in traffic or your phone dies and they won’t have the decency to reschedule.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Green Lane Dental Centre by a friend and had my first appointment today. This dental centre has restored my faith and confidence in visiting the dentist. I was seen by Dr. Aira Sabokseir and Nurse Caren, who made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They did a great job with my hygiene clean and cannot believe, I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. The Reception staff were friendly, professional and very welcoming. Thank you all for making this a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Spoken to Amy Louise on the phone. Shes an absolute star! Such a jolly welcoming first ethical impression on the phone and also helped try finding another one of their branches nearer to East London branch!

Fantastic experience: Really helpful, professional and friendly. I met Max for a crown and Masih for an implant. Both went through the options and kept me informed throughout. All staff I met were courteous and friendly. A very good experience

Fantastic experience: Visiting the Green Lane Dental Centre today has given me the confidence to smile again. I was extremly anxious but was treated by Dr Masih Sage who made me feel comfortable, was very paitent, kind and made sure I felt no pain. After he fitted my new tooth, I looked in the mirror and cried with joy. I can smile again with confidence. The reception team were not only reasuring but checked on me afterwards to make sure I was ok! I will be forever greatful.

Negative experience: Horrible. I have no idea how it has the rating it has. I have special needs and said this. Took them 3 requests to change the dentist. With the reason he owns it so must be the best. Unacceptable. Lead dentist was rude, rushed and sloppy. He chipped my bottom teeth trying to fit a crown. That he didn't line up just slapped it in and sent me on my way in 20 minutes. They discharge you for rescheduling appointments even though to get one it basically has to be an emergency. All in all don't waste your time. Call 111 and go to kings better chance of getting all the work done.

Negative experience: The dental care was good from what I remember...however I then got barred for not attending an appointment which was actually postponed by the surgery themselves. Their explanation was very surface level and they seemed unwilling to get into any details.

Fantastic experience: I chose to do Invisalign through Green Lane with Max Pura. He was always available to ask any questions, was friendly and was transparent about what to expect. Really happy with the result - would recommend.
