Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this clinic enough. The staff are all lovely and Dr Sid, he's genuinely so caring and constantly checking to make sure you're OK during the procedure. I'm a bit of a wuss, but always feel in safe hands with him. He's also a perfectionist, which is so important when someone is working on your face! I'd never consider going anywhere else.

Negative experience: Botox treatment to lift brows she injected the wrong areas supposed to inject under eyebrows to get a lift and it makes me wonder if they are using the correct amount or just using more saline solution as had no lifting effect at all same as lip flip injected the wrong area on lips are they just using more saline solution than botox! (Cardiff )

It was my daughter's first time at the clinic and she was very impressed with the overall experience. The clinic is lovely with views over the wharf. Dr Sid is very approachable, friendly and professional. I have been a regular patient of Dr Sids for many years so had no hesitation in taking my daughter with me for her first Botox session.

I love the easy access to their private car park, and the location is perfect — right on the outskirts of Cardiff by the Bay. The receptionist is always welcoming and efficient, and if you ever need a follow-up for my treatment, they encourage you to pop back with no fuss. Every practitioner I’ve met takes a genuine interest in you and your personal journey towards natural-looking skin enhancement. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Always a great service, friendly staff, competitive prices and ample parking. Really pleased with the results of my treatments -always subtle rather than it being obvious you've had something done which is exactly what I think most of us want! The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that it can sometimes be difficult to book in if you want a late appointment unless you plan weeks ahead and sometimes the appointments are running behind schedule and you have a bit of a wait. But I guess that's what happens when the treatments are so good and unrushed!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic clinic with amazing staff!! Dr Helen, Loren and Jordan are the people I see most often and are so welcoming and friendly, they always put me at ease. I’ve been going to Dermaskin for around 10 years, and had a brace, then regular dental, and now a little natural Botox. I have always had excellent results and have full confidence I will be happy with the treatments on offer. I travel 45 mins to go to the clinic, and while there are other places closer to where I live, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The monthly dental/treatment DD options are great too, so you can save enough money on your account without missing it as much, and then get the treatment you want without paying in one chunk. Prices are extremely competitive too. I would highly recommend the clinic, it was recommended to me a long time ago, and I’ve even got my husband going for his dental treatments!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Sid and Dermaskin clinic. I’ve only visited once so far but my first experience has been great. I was a bit nervous about the swelling I experienced after my Botox injections as it was my first time getting them, so I emailed the clinic for some advice and I really appreciate that Dr Sid took the time to email me to reassure me that this was normal. The swelling went down very quickly as he predicted, and the results are better than I ever expected, as not only has he frozen my frown but also corrected the eyebrow asymmetries that I previously had. If you want to feel like you’re in safe hands I would definitely consider getting your Botox done here.

I always feel safe in her hands -she is very knowledgeable and her calm and relaxed manner put you at ease. With her background in dentistry and awareness of facial anatomy, I'd say she's one of the best people to go to for your face!

Negative experience: Terrible admin service and no respect for the client! Booked an appointment specifically with Doctor Sid. Called days in advance to ask the appointment to be moved to a later hour during the day. Came all the way to the clinic. Was shocked to be shown to a totally different clinician. Nobody ever told me in advance they just changed my clinician. Took the front desk staff half an hour just to figure things out and said if I wanted to see Sid I’d have to come back another day. Wasted my whole day! No apologies were given, they simply said they were not aware it would be a problem to change me to a different random clinician without asking me. The admin was very quick at taking my money but absolutely have no sensitivity for client needs and no capability or flexibility to deal with unexpected situations.

Fantastic experience: I have had skin treatments previously with other practitioners and I can say undoubtedly that the service from Sid and the team is so more superior, professional and ethical. Treatments are also fabulous value for money. I have had and will continue to have numerous treatments, which include, botox, hyaluronic acid, fillers and sculptra etc. The appointment system is incredibly flexible and accommodating. I live in Worcester and it is well worth the visit to fabulous Cardiff for this outstanding patient care.

Fantastic experience: I come every year for the kenalog (hayfever) injection. It works every year without fail and is a game changer. Plus it’s one of the only places in Cardiff to offer it! It’s so easy to book and the receptionists are always so friendly. I’ve had Dr Helen the past couple of years and she’s really knowledgeable. Definitely recommend for anyone considering it.

Fantastic experience: Came in this morning for a hayfever injection. The staff were so incredibly friendly, got me in straight away, the lady who dealt with me was lovely and explained everything very thoroughly and was open to any questions. The clinic is wonderful and you feel very at home. You can park (paid) on the street outside, there’s a parking meter where you can pay for the parking and there’s also cashless parking.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Dr. Sidd at Dermaskin. He listens to any concerns you have and takes his time to explain what he can do to help. He takes a holistic approach in his work and takes into account any concerns you may have. Dr. Sidd does not rush you or try to to pressure you to have treatments that are not necessary. Professional establishment with everyone being so friendly and putting you at ease.
