Fantastic experience: When my crown fell out yesterday, I expected a wait of weeks..but Cambourne could fit me in before midday and the refit took less than half an hour...much appreciated! Some months later, through no fault of theirs, the crown became unstable. The follow up appointment gave me all the options and the implications, as well as a detailed, flexible timeline and the costs. The last time I had an implant, my x-ray had to be done elsewhere but Cambourne Colosseum now has even that equipment! Win-win!

I'm a very nervous patient and have high anxiety about any dental procedure, however, Jose and his team are naturals at making you feel at ease, informing you of what will be done and talking through each step so there are no surprises.

Fantastic experience: I have attended this Dental Clinic for a few years. The receptionists are all efficient and helpful. My dentist, Jose Lacerda, is amazing. He is the kindest dentist. He always takes time to discuss your required treatment, then explains all the processes as he carries out the dental work and is highly skilled. Jose Lacerda is the best dentist that I have ever had and I highly recommend him.

Negative experience: Removed because I hadn’t booked a check up in 12months? Awful reason for kicking me off the NHS dentist patient list at Cambourne. Before that great but, went to book an appointment and was told I was no longer a patient there? Reason I hadn’t been for a check up when I didn’t need one. No missed appointments, always attended, always polite. That’s the way I was treated for a check up that was never discussed or booked nor is it mandatory. Not happy.

Negative experience: Great service with a smile however if I was being paid what I just paid for such a small job I’d be smiling aswell, I feel I got absolutely ripped off! As in I’m sat here in complete shock!! My bridge had fallen out my dentist is back in London so wanted to take the plunge and try someone new who could hopefully look after me now and in future (was very nervous about going to a new dentist) £65 consultation/emergency appointment fee over the phone that’s fair enough but there was no consultation it was straight in glued the bridge back in (great job hence not being one star) less than 10 minutes and I was back out greeted by reception with another £130 charge!!! I knew there might be another charge but as I wasnt told about another charge when the work was done I thought it was covered with the £65 as such a small job but no nearly £200 to put some glue in… well I can safely say I’m put off going to any dentist up here again and would rather take the 2hr drive back to London next time!

Fantastic experience: I like this dental clinic as they are very well organised: once I make an appointment, the nice reception lady will pass me a card with the date; one or two days before the appointment, I will received a text message to remind me; When I arrived there, the form has been prepaired with my name, ready for me to complete; my dentist Miranda is always friendly and check very careful with clear description if she found the problems.

Considering I had an extraction, I was very impressed at how smooth & pain free it was, and how Jose managed to keep me calm! He explains everything very well. Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient I out off going to the dentist until I had no other option. However the whole team at Cambourne Dental clinic have been amazing. The reception team were sympathetic and the dentist I was given is just amazing. She takes things at my pace, let's me listen to music while she works away and even provided a stress toy for me. I am still nervous don't get me wrong but I can now walk through their door and not burst into tears each time. Thank you so much.
