Fantastic experience: I am scared of the dentist, have been since I was 10 years old but I feel calm and less nervous when I visit this practice. They have saved 3 of my teeth from being removed and they share all their findings with you. I truly recommend them and have encouraged family members to go here. Update: I am still using the same dentist and I cannot recommend or thank him enough. I am so happy to be a customer here. And thank you for the lovely greeting from all the reception staff when you walk in to attend your appointment.

Fantastic experience: Best dental clinic I have ever been a part of. Despite my ADHD and autism I feel really comfortable on each visit no matter what have to be done. From receptionist to dentist everyone is happy and cheerful. On each visit Im always informed what have to be done, I have options to choose from and professional team who can help make best decisions about treatment.

The Dentist and the Nurse were professional helpful and approachable. The Dentist explained thoroughly her findings, gave advice and explained what would happen next.

Fantastic experience: After four and a half years I had given up trying to get an NHS dentist appointment. I moved to Folkestone recently and was put on the waiting list for Folkestone Dental Clinic. I felt like I had won the lottery when they emailed me to say they had spaces for NHS patients. The staff were amazing especially given my teeth are in such poor shape. It is reassuring to know that just because you are unable to work there are dentists out there who care, even if this governments department of health and social care don't!!

Fantastic experience: I normally hate dentist and I tend to feel pain even after 7 numbing injections; however I was referred here and I felt no pain and the tooth was out super fast, absolutely amazing

Negative experience: Takes forever to get through on the phone, urgent issue and no appointments for over a month. Don’t waste your time
