Fantastic experience: Farshad and Wendy were absolutely brilliant, amazing and compassionate when seeing a young child who was in pain and extremely anxious about being seen and treated today and ended up needing a baby tooth extracted. They both explained each step in a way that wasn’t scary and that she could understand and were so reassuring during and after the treatment. Farshad made sure that she didn’t see any medical instruments other than the mouth mirror and allowed her to hold it and see that it wasn’t anything to be feared. Can’t praise or be grateful enough for looking after her so well and doing what they could to make her experience as stress less and not traumatic as possible ❤️

Fantastic experience: I went to flint house today for emergency treatment for an abscess and I found the dentist very efficient and caring also they have taken me in for further treatment I am very pleased to hear that as I could not get a dentist

Positive experience: They are quite friendly and nice people, but the practice is slap dash and inefficient. If you make an appointment, they often phone you and tell you it has had to be cancelled! With some effort, you can sometimes manage to get in and see the dentist, or perhaps the hygienist if you are lucky! If you need a scale and polish, and you do finally get to see the hygienist, then the treatment is very professional. Not an expensive Dentist. Charged me £65 for a scale and polish, compared to £74 charged elsewhere (2022 prices). Good dentist if you are easy going and are prepared to put up with them.

Negative experience: I had a really horrible experience at this dentist. I would not recommend them, I left as soon as I could.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my dentist for a tooth extraction , after a night of nerves and worry I was instantly put at ease. Tooth out in 15 minutes , I felt in very safe hands , I said I would leave a 5 * Trip Advisor review it was by far the best tooth out experience I have ever had . Thank you

Fantastic experience: Farshad extrscted two teeth, I have not been to a dentist for 26 years as I have a fear of injections. Not sure why I have been so worried, he was awesome in the care given but also the re assurances. He was very calm and polite. Brilliant service and going back for more

Fantastic experience: Upon arrival I was told that my dentist had left and that I would be seeing a different dentist upstairs. I have mobility issues and knew that the stairs would be tricky for me. The receptionist offered to rearrange my appointment but I said I’d try the stairs as I was there now. After a few minutes the receptionist told me that she’d spoken to the dentist upstairs and she’d agreed to see me in the downstairs room. She and her nurse were very friendly and accommodating for my mobility issues. The receptionist is always very friendly and went above and beyond to enable me to see a dentist downstairs. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I joined this practice recently and I have a chance to meet some of the team. I can say that all of them so professional and very supportive, I have Appointment recently with Mani Mahyder, and she was absolutely kind , caring and empathetic. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Mani and the lovely receptionist are always so friendly happy and professional. I have been going to this dental practice for 30 years. It was a shame Malid Raolf retired but Mani is also extremely good, and his brother. I would rather go to the dentist than the hairdressers any day.

Negative experience: Paid £80 for an Invisalign consultation. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to get results back. It’s been over a year, with me chasing up updates, and had no results back or explanations. Will be changing my dentists which is a shame as I’ve been coming here for over a decade, but they’ve taken my money and not followed through with a service.

Fantastic experience: Phoned in the morning with severe toothache, was seen that evening for an emergency appointment. I was prescribed antibiotics with a follow-up appointment a few days later. I was advised to have the tooth removed due to excessive decay. My tooth was taken out last night in just a few minutes. Throughout the process Dr Farshad was professional, kind and empathetic with all steps explained clearly. I’m a visitor from the USA and needed to get the work done quickly before I return there. Excellent experience throughout.

Fantastic experience: Once again I have received excellent treatment at Flint House Dental Practice. Over the past 20 months I have had to make a number of emergency appointments for dental treatment. These appointments are usually offered next day. Dental work for me is difficult because of a problem with my jaw but this is dealt with sympathetically. All treatment is explained clearly and where appropriate options given. I feel blessed to have access to such great treatment. I am always seen at the appointed time The reception staff are friendly and helpful. A 100% professional service. Nothing to improve here.

Fantastic experience: First visit : I found this practice to be very professional from booking my emergency to the finish of my treatment everything was handled fabulously. Second recent Visit: i had broken a tooth and the Dentist explained i may lose the tooth she wouldn’t know till she drilled it out. The treatment lasted over an hour and she managed to save it. I’ve had no pain both at the time or today it all feels great. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Dreadful, went in for an emergency appointment because my filling had fallen out and my own dentist was full so I thought I’d go there but it was honestly the worst mistake of my life. Two full injections of pain relief and I was still in pain, filling was a bodge job, wasn’t filed down so was like a lump sticking out of my tooth. Couldn’t bite down anymore on the right side as had that massive thing sticking out of me. Not to forget how sharp it was (filling) cut the inside of my mouth every time I opened it. Not to forget it started to fall out as soon as I got home. Now having to go private to get this horrible painful thing removed Photo below shows the mess it was left in. (No idea what that red bit is)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dentist can’t recommend enough! To anyone who is thinking of signing up or attending via emergency do it! Dr Farshad and his assistant in particular are absolutely amazing make you feel so comfortable and at ease! I had a phobia of needles and the dentist in general before attending this practice and can honestly say they have made me fall in love with my teeth again and given me the confidence I needed to keep up with routine appointments and not be scared or just go when they hurt or have problems! Fantastic experience: I was in extreme pain and had an emergency appointment. Front of house staff were cheerful and welcoming, and Mani who treated me was very kind and reassuring, as was his assistant, I was quite distressed. Treatment was quick and efficient and within the hour I was pain free. Thank you. Had another visit today for the hygienist, I dread having this done but she was very gentle. Front of house staff friendly and efficient.

They were kind but professional and put me at my ease. All costs were explained upfront. I would definitely recommend for an emergency or a routine check up.

Fantastic experience: After a crown fell out last weekend, I was dreading being told I would have a lengthy wait for an appointment but was extremely surprised to get one within 2 days and without needing to justify my case! Very friendly, caring staff at all levels. Such a pleasant change and fantastic service!!

Fantastic experience: Today my son who is 10 was turned away by his own dentist in so much pain, I phoned Flint House and told them, they squeezed him in not even being a patient and helped me son, the dentist was brilliant with my son and dealt with his pain. As a family we are so grateful for the service we was provided. Thank you so much first time in 3 weeks my little boy has no pain.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service at flint house, I have never had to have any major work done to my teeth but today I had to go and have a double tooth extraction, I was mortified what I was going to look like I was upset and anxious, I was petrified of the pain. The whole procedure was comfortable and painless my dentist was amazing made me feel soo comfortable and to top it of he had made me dentures for the same day I went back in the evening to have them fitted , I could not express enough how much I appreciated that , the compassion he had towards me and how I felt was so much more than just a dentist appointment. He went the extra mile for me .Unbelievable service.

Fantastic experience: I've been using Flint House for a number of years now and found them to be one of the best Dental Practices I've been to. My dentist of choice, Dr. Mani, is excellent - very patient and provides clear and concise explanations of the different treatments he could provide and their costs. Never any pressure, too, as to which treatment to go for. Always been very satisfied with the results.

Fantastic experience: Such a friendly welcome at flint house that we almost look forward to visiting. Sayed Farshad and Wendy are a great team who together take care of our dental needs in a most professional, expert and caring manner. They are kind and personable allowing space to discuss procedures, consider options and offer breaks when treatment is lengthy. No feeling of being rushed in and out and even humour is incorporated. Farshad’s work is excellent and he clearly takes pride in his work. He offers suggestions/solutions without pressure. Highly recommend this practice.

Every visit has been a delight, they always have smiles on their faces and they make you feel comfortable, which for someone like me who has always had a fear of going to the dentist, is so important. I had a treatment yesterday performed by Sarshad and Wendy following a decline in the sensitivity and apperance of my once lovely teeth. Positive experience: No one likes going to the dentist as far as I know hence the 4 stars, but they have done a good job on my rather neglected teeth. I had an extraction which was painful because the jaw had a very bad infection and a deep clean which left my teeth cleaner than they have been for many years. Their equipment is up to date and very good and they listen to their patients.

Fantastic experience: Receptionists are always polite and helpful. The hygienist, when I saw her was pleasant and thorough, and my dentist ( Caroline), is amazing. She is so caring and helpful. She explains everything and comes up with solutions to problems. It's a shame she didn't join Flint House years ago as I feel the outcome for my teeth would have been far better than that under the pre covid ownership. We are lucky to have a dentist at all at the moment, and especially lucky to have Caroline.

Fantastic experience: All the receptionists are very friendly and helpful here .I am so scared of the dentist with past bad experiences. My dental nurse has been fab. She has kept me calm and lots of reassurance given. And weve had a few laughs. My Dentist Sayedfarshad has done amazing work on all my dental care. I've recently had teeth removed and a bridge put in .He has kept me calm,very gentle great sense of humour and has explained all the dental treatment to me .would definitely (and have done ) recommend rhe dental practice

Fantastic experience: Went to the Arthur Blackman emergency dentist on Monday as had severe pain in my top left wisdom tooth and got told that both my top wisdom teeth have a hole in them anyway they gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. The next day I called this dentist surgery and was told to come in the same day, I was seen by the amazing Farshad and his wonderful assistant Wendy and straight away he removed the left wisdom tooth. I'm scared of needles and Farshad reassured me the whole time and made me feel really relaxed and happy. Today I went again to get the right wisdom tooth removed and again I can't fault a single thing. This place is amazing, they care about their patients and make sure you feel safe and reassured throughout the whole process. If you need a dentist I highly recommend Flint house.

Negative experience: I was in extreme pain with my tooth but was visiting hastings with family . I had to phone 111 and they advised me to call this dentist as an emergency. I got there and the dentist was one of the rudest people I've ever met. He said to me you have to have your tooth out I asked him ok what right now he said you have to have it done now or just go back to London very rudely so I felt scared as I do not like dentists so I was shaking when signing agreement form, he said are you drunk or something I said no just nervous then the nurse said you'll be fine . I would never ever ask go there again even if I had to!!!!.

Negative experience: I had an appointment on a Saturday to have some teeth removed. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment to be told only 1 dentist had turned up and he was an hour late to Start his day. He then had to play catch up which meant he was rushing all appointments. An hour after my appointment I was finally seen. He didn't explain very much and was very quick pulling the teeth my second tooth felt like my jaw went halfway across the room and he didn't crack the tooth before extraction!. I left feeling very anxious and upset the appointment took 10 mins and was very unsettling
