Fantastic experience: I was having problems with a crown. I rang the dental practice and was offered an appointment within 48 hrs. On arrival I was seen quickly and offered treatment there and then. Staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommended. The only negative thing about this dental practice is that it very difficult to access the building for those with mobility problems. Since writing the above I have been suffering extreme pain with an abcess. I cannot thank all staff,dentists,reception,dental nurses who have made my treatment trouble free. Everyone has been kind,considerate and gone above and beyond to help and reassure me.

Fantastic experience: My family been coming to this dental surgery for years and we cannot praise it highly enough. Dentists here get to know their patients and go to every effort to ensure they are well informed and get the best and latest care. Particularly in recent years, Mr Sheikh has gone way above and beyond to support my daughters - he and his staff couldn’t have been more understanding or helpful when I had numerous questions about the impact of orthodontics and how to deal with hypoplasticity. We have searched for other dentists closer to our home but we continue to travel to Roe Street as we have never found anywhere near the standard of care elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Following a bad experience with a hygienist at my own dentist I booked in with the hygienist at Roe Street, fantastic service, gel used to numb my painful gums and lots of really good advice and support. Actually came away feeling better this time and booked again for November. Can highly recommend the hygienist here and all the staff are really helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic experience: I had my new patient check this morning. I am in my sixties and have had extensive dental treatment over the years. I was very very nervous before my appointment but what a lovely team. Bilal is really friendly and immediately made me feel better. A stess-free experience! I came away feeling positive and happy that I have chosen the right dentist. My husband is now going to register with them.

Negative experience: I booked my appointment for private check up, and I saw there was lots of good reviews but unfortunately had a very worst experience, doctor and support staff was very good and friendly but I believe they need good receptionist, I paid £69 for the filling which is shows on website there was not any due cost shows there, I had only two xray and doctor said I need different treatments so I just came back home and then i got call from receptionist and she asked me to pay another £40 i really shocked for what i have to pay extra, and she was so rude forced me to pay extra £40 for what service I don't understand even incase my filling was not done just only regular check up was done I really feel scammed, i never suggests anyone to go there first and worst experience

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Dental Practice all my life and now my two young children go here too. Everyone is always very friendly, the atmosphere is always very calm and the building is always super clean. My kids have been 3 times now ( registered them as soon as they had teeth) and the dentist and assistant are always very attentive with them making them feel comfortable and at ease in a strange place. So much so that on this last visit the both hopped excitedly onto the chair ready for their check up. Thank you for helping make what could be a very stressful event, so easy and relaxed, and they love getting stickers after their check up!

I had Invisalign treatment and whitening through the practice and as somebody ordinarily scared of dentists it was a great process and I’m SO pleased I completed it. Off the back of my experience here I moved our whole family to Roe Street, and all the staff that we encounter (dentists, hygienists, dental nurses and reception staff) are all efficient, friendly and super professional. My 9 year old son is autistic and today was VERY distressed at attending for a routine appointment. I was at my wits end and exhausted. My son sat in the floor upset in the dentist’s room and whilst he agreed to have his teeth checked he wouldn’t move. Without blinking, Bilal got on the floor with him and treated him there. I could have cried with gratitude. He left very happy and declaring “that wasn’t that bad”! Best dentist EVER!

Fantastic experience: Continued high praise of Roe Street Dental Practice…… A recent, routine check up revealed problems with 2 very old crowns (41 & 25 yrs old), requiring replacements. I know I’m in expert hands. Dr Sheikh explained the whole process, immediately putting me at ease. From the latest high tech scans, to a large filling in one tooth (or stump) to fitting my new crowns, the whole process was seamless and pain free. My new crowns are in a completely different league to my old crowns, I am delighted with the results. They actually look realistic as opposed to the old ‘bubble effect’ style crowns. Fantastic experience: My first time at Roe Street Practice! Located very near the centre of Macc, staff welcomed was professional with personal info confirmed. Dr Sheikh was exemplary in his manner and practice, and the extraction with local anaesthetic to gum and roof of mouth was pain-free, the first ever time that has happened to me! I will be using this practice from now on.
