Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dr Reem Sarsam at Canada Water Dental Health. She did a composite filling for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The filling looks completely natural — you honestly can’t tell where the restoration begins! Dr Reem was incredibly gentle, professional, and thorough throughout the whole procedure. Positive experience: I had a hygiene appointment about a month ago. Since then, I have noticed increased sensitivity in some teeth near the gum line. It is even painful when touched with a finger. My teeth did not have any tartar. I have never experienced increased sensitivity after hygiene appointments before, so I believe it is possible that some layer of the tooth surface was removed more than necessary. The dentist explained that this can sometimes happen and recommended a fluoride-rich toothpaste to help reduce the sensitivity. I hope it will improve the situation.
Positive experience: I went here for a root canal and a cleaning. I'd rate the cleaning as a positive experience, as I've had hygienists be really critical and make you feel bad or ashamed. He did my cleaning quickly and efficiently to a good standard. For the root canal, I would have appreciated a clearer outline of the treatment plan. I didn't know how many appointments I would need and, had I known that, I would have chosen a different practice out of convenience, as I can't miss work due to appointments. I also didn't know until they had fitted the crown that I might need a new retainer. I think a bit more communication would have been really helpful. They also don't take Amex. Just a personal preference but didn't love it. It's a perfectly fine practice but I'll probably look to another one for future treatments.
Fantastic experience: I requested an appointment online and someone called me back minutes later. The dentist was brilliant, told him I have high anxiety issues and not once did he have a problem stopping if I needed it or only doing as much as I could handle. Good accessibility for wheelchair users, the rooms are just a tad on the small side if you use a larger chair.

Negative experience: My daughter and I have been using this practice for about 10years, we've met good professionals there until today that my daughter's regular dentist was not there and we met a lazy-lady dentist that can't even examined, even while waiting at the reception, the client she just finished attending to was complaining about her in my language, unknown to me that I will experience her unprofessional behaviour, all she was interested in was to give a free disclosure tablet as if I don't have at home, she refused to do just a small cleaning and in less than 5mins, she was done with us, she was even confused about what to do telling me we should have ask for our regular dentist. Waste of luxury time!

Negative experience: Hounded me for payment even when I spoke to the receptionist said it was OK to pay on the day. Cancelled my appointment without notifying me. The level of incompetence was shocking. Went to make a payment, their card machine suddenly wasn't working and wanted to take my full card details so they can take payment without my knowledge no doubt. Also charging me private prices when I'm a NHS patient. In response to the owner: You called me asking for payment when I said on that I will pay in the day and asked if this was OK, you said 'yes'. I received a call a week later asking for payment and even offered to cancel the appointment. The receptionist said it was OK and my appointment will not be cancelled. I suggest you listen back to the phone conversation before you make up lies. You have no business running a practice like this.

The receptionist could not have told you it was ok to pay on the day as the computers cancel those appointments automatically. We take payments in advance to make sure our very limited availability is maximised - as it is now customary in every business across the county, not just in dentistry but for literally everything.
We also didn't hound you for payment - we called you to remind you that if we didn't take the payment, we could no longer secure it for you. As you refused, we had no option but to let the appointment be deleted.
Your accusation of us taking payment without the patient's knowledge is completely untrue - I am sorry if you had any similar experience in the past elsewhere and I thank you for not comparing us with others.
Finally, allow me to advise that there are treatments we provide on a private basis that the NHS does not offer. I believe this (just like the payment taking policy) is very clearly advised to every patient where applicable.

Negative experience: Went with my daughter who is 12 and was told that her tooth was so bad that needed extraction. I sought second opinion of course as it seemed like quite drastic approach especially that she had check up in the last 12 months, and was told that the tooth was not nowhere near that bad in order to even consider extracting it, furthermore that you don’t remove teeth at such a young age unless it’s really impossible to save the tooth where it was clear to the dentist that it was not the case. I would definitely not go there again and not recommend to anyone to go with their child.

Negative experience: I wish you could express the frustration. They mixed up your appointments and then blamed you for it. Also, make sure not to fall sick on the day of your appointment, as they require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If you have physical or mental health issues, this is not the place where you should seek help, as they don't seem to care. The only thing they seem concerned about is if you miss an appointment. They can cancel appointments on short notice or even without notice, like that time I called in the morning to confirm if my appointment was still on, only to be told that they had forgotten to inform me it was canceled. People tend to take advantage of you when you have limited options due to others' mistakes.

Thank you for your feedback which lacks the most important part of the issue at hand.
We do understand when someone gets sick and it happens from time to time. We do not de-register anyone for missing an appointment.
We do emphasise the importance of being notified about not being able to attend one's appointments every time (even if it is an occasional one) but these things happen and we do not overreact it.
But if someone keeps cancelling their appointments on the day or fail to attend, we have no option but to refuse treatment. I am very sorry to say but missing an appointment occasionally is one thing, not allowing the practice to treat other patients due to not turning up or calling us at very short notice is another.
And since we ask for this policy from the patients, we also offer the same notice period wherever possible. I am proud to say that it is very rare when we have to cancel appointments due to the clinicians' illness or other issues (machinery stopping, lateness due to traffic conditions, etc) on the day and not by the day before.
I am sorry if this very reasonable policy (which is completely in line with the NHS guidelines and policies) makes you frustrated to the point of leaving your incomplete review. I can only apologise for making sure we see as many patients as we are able to rather than focusing on patients who cannot contact us in advance when they are not sure they can attend their appointment - again, repeatedly in a short period of time.

Fantastic experience: They have a kids waiting area with toys and books. My son who is 2, didn’t want to leave the dentist. He also got a sticker after his check up. The dentist, Dr Reem Sarsam, was kind and patient with son. My son felt safe through the check up and left the room with a smile on his face. I really recommend her.

The children's corner is in fact a very popular spot among some of our patients - and we are working on a little Lego garden/display unit for the older patients. Unfortunately it is likely to be just for display rather than a play/build area but we hope it will make the dentist experience a bit less stressful.

Negative experience: Inconvenient booking/payment/invoicing process, even worse treatment. Pay £60 and still didn’t fix issue. Now I’ll have to rely on another provider. Edit: you can probably see why this place is so poorly rated based on the practice manager’s response. Aggressive, defensive, sarcastic and deferential. Maybe what the practice needs to consider is someone who is actually open to customer feedback and not worried about losing his job every other second.

I am sorry that you feel that the laws of confidentiality (ie that we cannot just send invoice by verbal request over the telephone) or that we take payments up front (to ensure patients actually attend - which I am happy to say ensures that our very limited availability is in fact maximised) inconvenient.
I would also like to advise that we have emailed you the invoice for your treatment within 4 minutes of receiving your request but I apologise if this is too slow for you - on a Sunday.
Finally, I would like to advise that the above payment is for the assessment - not for the treatment. The abolve law impedes me to advise about your clinical circumstances openly but I am more than happy to relay your inquiry to the dentist you saw to ask her to advise.

Negative experience: The last time I attended this place the work done was very bad they tried to fix it but it was not good, then I started to get NHS letters charging me when I was not supposed to be charged because they made me filled a form and I told them about universal credit, because of depression and family issues I didn’t deal with this and now that I came to ask what happened they just now change it to universal credit, in their system, and of course is too late, also I was deny the service because of 2/3 cancellation that I don’t even remember if that’s true because after the bad experience I didn’t book anymore appointments, and if that happened there is always a reason or would call to cancel, they don’t have empathy if you have disable or had physical and mental health problems. So Me, all my family and neighbours I brought recommending the practice before are going to look for another place. Receptionist was very rude too. (Because The manager replied: I did say I’m on Universal credit UC (since 2019) so I did update my information but the receptionist yesterday said she just change it to UC you all this time had it in TCE. Who’s the blame then and she was rude laughing sarcastically while I was struggling to speak, also after the last appointment I’m sure I didn’t book anymore appointments so maybe she saw in general, I said I call if I need to cancelled then she said were “late cancellation” but it doesn’t matter anymore. Horrible treatment and experience.

Thank you for your feedback which allows me to clarify certain points.
Firstly, the patients are responsible for their own declarations if they claim exemption from the NHS charges. We wouldn't know if you are or are not exempt and it makes no difference to us financially or clinically. If you were fined for incorrectly claiming exemption, please do not put the blame on us - we would have happily taken payment for your treatment and you told us you were exempt and confirmed it in writing. If you believe the NHS Business Service Authority should take your mental health issues into consideration, kindly contact them directly as they are the ones who deal with exemptions and fines - we just provide the treatments.
Secondly, I am sorry to hear that you missed multiple appointments and were blocked as a result for any reason. I can assure you that we do have empathy and sympathise with people struggling - but we are not capable of accommodating patients with special needs. If you are unable to commit to your appointments for health related reasons, the Community Dental Services are the organisation who may be able to help. We are a general practice and we cannot offer the flexibility some need but would have happily advised if you had brought up the issue at the time.
I find your expectation that we keep offering you appointments in the name of empathy deeply hypocritical - we would like to offer the very limited availability to patients who actively seek dental care, which we cannot do if a small number of people do not show up to their appointments on a regular basis. I would say we care more about patients like yourself (ie with special needs) than patients like you care about the needs of other people but we are not a specialised practice.
Finally, I am very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your treatment. Naturally, we offer a warranty on every single treatment we provide and would have loved to rectify - or at least investigate - your complaint but we are unable to do so after so much time had passed.
Again, I appreciate the circumstances being beyond control but I find your blaming the situation on us unreasonable and unfair. I regret but the receptionist saying "no" to your request for an appointment or amending old paperwork that is not our fault is not rude either.

Positive experience: Have no complaints on the services but they seemed more keen in private patients. They've previously rejected NHS patients (Covid period), and are re-accepting new patients. However, if you're trying to register via NHS, it'll take weeks before they can register you. Not exactly helpful if you're looking for a dental clinic for a medical emergency. I appreciate your complaint but I would like to inquire if you intend to leave the same one for the dozens, if not the hundreds of NHS dental practices in the same situation as us.
We are not limiting the number of NHS patients because we are so "keen on private patients" but because we are already overstretched on our NHS contract. This is applicable on not only in our practice but the majority of NHS practices mostly due to the effects of the pandemic. Allow me to refer you to literally every single media channel for verification.
Naturally, I appreciate your dissatisfaction with the situation but blaming it on our practice is highly unfair.
We are already going out of our way by de-registering long time patient if they don't attend regularly just so we can offer the spaces to patients in need.
I hope you find the level of care you seek in your next practice and I would really appreciate the time to negatively affect every single practice that is unable to accommodate you in your expected timeline.

Negative experience: EDIT: In reply to the response, I have expressed my dissatisfaction before. By phone and in person after a particularly terrible filling, and an awful hygienist appointment. I am happy to discuss again in person when next in. ORIGINAL: Been going here for years and had varying degrees of treatment. I highly rate Dr Christopher, but no one else. I once had a hygienist appt followed immediately by a checkup - within my checkup up I was asked when my last hygienist appt was... They've also recently stopped doing NHS appts after 5pm and on the weekends which will inconvenience those who need the service the most. Really not great.

Fantastic experience: Through my own stupidity and incompetence, I let my teeth get into an appalling condition. Accordingly, I needed two sessions with the hygienist (Dr Hassan) who has done an absolutely wonderful job sorting out the mess. Moreover, everyone I dealt with - Dr Hassan and the receptionists - were polite, professional, friendly and courteous at all time. In summary, thank you CWDH. I could not have asked for more.

Negative experience: Poor service. Came in to get my retainer fixed, but it was done poorly (came back one week after to check if it was done well , as it didn't feel right, the dentist ignored my concerns). Failed after only 2 months. Instead, the blame was put on me (even though I have had a retainer for years), and the dentist just went on an Invisalign sales pitch to try and sell me more services. They don't listen to patient concerns and are not helpful in trying to come to a solution on failed treatments. Suffice to say I won't be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Ms Pragya is an amazing practitioner, very caring, she made sure I was completely numbed before starting with the treatment, I felt taken care for and was very thorough with the cleaning, the receptionist is also very welcoming and professional, 100% recommend!
Negative experience: Clean waiting room, bright and spacious. Staff are warm and friendly. I wrote my NHS number on the form even though they said they don't need it and then they called me three days later asking for it. Dentist incompetent especially for an emergency. Whilst he admits he doesn't know the cause of the problem, just offers amoxicillin and no help for the pain. Why would you offer amoxicillin when I present with no signs of infection. Also from a medical background another antibiotic would have been better. Especially as I break out in painful cystic acne from amoxicillin (which I mentioned). They didn't offer or give me the x-rays and refered me to the hospital for a ROUTINE check up. I actually laughed in shock when Guy's hospital told me. The clinic and dentist offered a follow up call to check in but never did. This emergency cost me £65 I went to an emergency dentist via 111 to another dentist in Canada Wharf. One word AMAZING!!! He could identified the problem from my symptoms and offered a temporary solution to my nerve issue & prescribed me with something that would aid my recovery also checked my gums and my lymph nodes to see if I am presenting with an infection.& recommended me for further scans with an endodontist UNLIKE Canada Water dental health. This cost me £26.

As I cannot identify you in our system, I am not able to address most of your points (the most appropriate antibiotics and course of treatment depend on your circumstances and there is no general answer to these matters) but I will be happy to address them if you wish to contact me directly.
Allow me to advise that we do not refer patients to hospitals for routine examinations - their job is to further investigate matters a general practitioner in unable to. I am also not sure how 111 would know why you are referred and where to - the services are not linked. X-rays are also not taken unless clinically necessary - we cannot and do not wish to expose patient to radiation unnecessarily. Again, I would be happy to look into the matter if you could contact me.
Unless you are one of our competitors from Canary Wharf (I regret some practices will go at great length to slander us and their competitors - as google reviews are unconfirmed and do not need to reflect the actual events) I am sorry we weren't able to provide the experience we aim to and I lok forward to hearing from you soon.

Fantastic experience: This has been my go-to dentist for nearly a decade, Dr Waheed is excellent, I always understood what I need and what I can get. Well-maintained, clean surgery. Never had issues with the quality of work done. I can only do weekends and they are open Sat&Sun, and TBH I don't mind going private as my time is worth it (NHS options are rather pricey now anyway) and at least I'm not sitting there in the after-school rush hour, so be it. All in all I can recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a check (after 9 years!) and was provided an extensive report on my oral health. Dr created a plan and carried out the hygiene prior to tooth filling and getting a mouth guard made. Only time will tell how my oral hygiene will be, however, the advice was valuable and really helpful. Really useful insight and highly recommend. Will be back in 6 months for another hygiene clean.
Fantastic experience: My whole family see Dr Usman and he is a fantastic dentist! He strikes a perfect balance between being firm (better teeth brushing pls) but also being understanding of busy lives and the important things we need to do to keep healthy teeth and gums. My children love seeing Dr Usman, he doesn’t take any nonsense from them and he encourages them on healthy eating and drinking. I’ve had major treatment with Dr Usman and found that he uses the most up to date technologies and take real pride in his work. I couldn’t recommend him and the practice higher!

Negative experience: Do not recommend. I did the clear aligners at this clinic from June 2023 to March this year, when it should have been only 6 months treatment. The reception staff members are extemely unorganized, sometimes plainly rude as other reviews are saying, playing with their phones while you are there waiting to pay or book an appointmen, never calling back, or not passing on the message to the doctors, not replying to emails but only calling back via phone, I had that happening every single time. Doctors are ok but again really confused and unorganized, I went to a few appointments to learn only at the time of the appointment that the impressions were wrong or that there was a need for extra impressions or that the trays were not ready, delaying massively the treatment. I demanded compensation and was only offered a free hygiene appointment, it just feels like this clinic is not up to speed with how things could be done better in 2024.
Fantastic experience: The staff provides the great customer services in a professional way but i would like to mention specifically Dr Smith who goes above and beyond to look after his patients. Thanks a lot Dr Smith.

Negative experience: I went to Canada water dentist today to get a deep clean done by the hygienist. I've never been so appalled by the service but the hygienist today was so unprofessional, so rude and unhelpful! I booked a 30 minute deep clean for £80 but she tried to finished it 15 mins and told me to re book another session for £80 which is ridiculous! I wouldn't recommend this place again. The place has just gone down hill!

Negative experience: So disappointed for this review to be my last resort. I would like to remain anonymous for the simple reason that the dentists and hygienists here are amazing. My sincere appreciation goes out to Drs. Usman and Hassan, who have been my clinicians for a while now. Their work ethic and patient care have been exceptional. But when I called to schedule my six-month exam, I encountered a very unprofessional and impolite receptionist. My connection wasn't the best because I was outside, but I really needed to schedule an exam and hygiene appointment before I travelled. I do this every six months on average, and I've never had any problems with the reception team. The person who is identifying herself as Aria has a severe lack of customer service skills and has no industry experience working for an NHS practice. She made me feel uneasy the entire conversation, and it even appeared to me that she got increasingly frustrated about my availability which made me feel so uncomfortable. I disconnected the call since I had such a bad conversation with her. Completely dissatisfied.

Negative experience: Used to be great. Had a wonderful dentist for a few years and a couple of good hygienists but recently the quality has dropped significantly. Poor mannered hygienists. Rude reception staff. Just worse and worse experience every time. The final straw, after being a patient here for nearly a decade I was late for the first time to an appointment due to the trains trikes. They cancelled it without calling or telling me so i took the afternoon off work and made the journey for no reason. Unbelievably poor etiquette.

Fantastic experience: My dentist was Hassan, went for a standard dental hygienist appointment and he efficiently and without any pain removed all the tartar that had build up in my teeth. I’m super happy with the result and will definitely come again. Very nice people too.

Negative experience: Avoid Avoid Avoid if you want to keep your teeth. One sitting with these cowboys - they said I needed 5 fillings to be done at once, treatment took less than 20mins - has resulted in me spending thousands in private denial overlays for years after.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a hygiene appointment with Dr. Hasan at the center, and I must say it was a great experience. Dr. Hasan was exceptionally polite and professional throughout the appointment. In just about 30 minutes, he managed to leave my teeth remarkably clean. I am truly grateful for the excellent service provided. Thank you very much.
Negative experience: Just wanted to book an appointment for my daughter, the receptionist was so rude she didn't not even want to say her name didn't want to listen to what I wanted to ask talking over me infact did not wanted to come to this dentist anymore just because of her stinking nasty attitude. Fantastic experience: We are so lucky to have such a great Dental Practice around the corner from home (unusual to find one in London without having to go to the most private places) The staff are lovely and the Consultants all very well prepared and knowledgable! I was pleased to be treated by Dr Olla in the past to extract my upper wisdom teeth - a very confident and reassuring Doctor who put me at ease and did a thorough and quick job! I recently saw Dr Luke for a check: I was mortified to learn that I had 4 minor decays despite my obsession with oral hygiene! He did a fantastic job and even managed to see me again to adjust one filling that didn’t sit well on my tooth - this decay was tiny and a bit problematic. He sorted it out immediately with a new appointment and was incredibly caring and reassuring. My partner sees Dr Nasir and he is so happy with his cosmetic works and his attention to details. He always praises him for his skills and his rapport with patients. The hygienists are amazing too! Only once I wasn’t as satisfied with my hygiene apt and I found out that this was a temporary agency support. Since then I had more great hygienists! The Reception team are all welcoming and supportive - a big thank you to Federica and Esther who put up with my lockdown anxiety and always understood my needs!

Fantastic experience: Just had a front incisor implant done by Dr Nagpaul. I am extremely happy with the result. I didn’t think it was going to be possible but everything was fully explained to me step by step. It’s impossible to tell the implant from my natural teeth. Incredible. The reception staff were also excellent .I have been using this dental practice for several years now and I would highly recommend it.

Negative experience: Worst dentist I have ever dealt with. My wife had an emergency appointment at this clinic, due to the chipped tooth. The fix did not work and, as per their policy, they are supposed to make another attempt to fix the issue. They had then advised that the dentist who provided the treatment is on annual leave for another 3 weeks and that it has to be the same person. If not, she would need to pay again. The chip is on one of her front teeth and she has a client facing job, so this is unacceptable. When I spoke with the manager Mandy Nakfu, she was unwilling to fix the situation there and then and hung up on me. We will be speaking with our solicitor.

Negative experience: Went there to get three stitches out after surgery on my wisdom tooth. They have changed me £65 just to remove them. From three she did manage to remove two and told me that the third one was gone. Like it must have fallen off. Guess what, two weeks later after having a meal I ended finding the last one. With all the equipment and tools she was incapable of finding it..... Poor effort for £65.
Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with the hygienist treatment, very good job. Very friendly receptionists and makes you feel confident. I will definitely go again.

Fantastic experience: The dentist I had an appointment with today was very friendly and the receptionists were very welcoming. I will be returning again and recommending this to friends and family.
Negative experience: My recent hygienist appointment was the roughest hygienist treatment I've ever received, the appointment only lasted 15-20 minutes and i was in agony throughout and continue to be days later. Going into the treatment my teeth were not badly stained and I've had multiple hygienist procedures in the past without any issue but on this occasion I felt that the hygienist was excessively rough and now I regret not asking around for recommendations before going with a new hygienist.

Fantastic experience: My 10 month old son had his first dental appointment yesterday and the dentist was great! His jovial and personable manner meant he could easily examine the inside of my son's mouth, he also provided information on preventing unnatural gaps in the teeth and finger sucking. Was easy to book appointment and register too.

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. I was traumatised by the fact that I had to have a front tooth extracted due to advance gum disease. I had a consultation with Dr Poonam where I was made to feel safe and at ease moving forward with my treatment. I found Dr Poonam to be approachable, and courteous whilst maintaing her professional stance. I recently had a consultation at Guys hospital where the specialist commented on how well matched and fitted my denture is. Thank you Dr.. I am able to smile again with confidence because of you.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for over 6 years So has my sister who introduced me to them. She had a dentist appointment in September 2022 she was told she would be referred to a specialist and someone would contact her very soon. It’s now February 2023 and she’s going through so much pain due to the fact they didn’t follow up with the referral, there are NO notes that the appointment went ahead or even took place, there are no notes on her examination nor the referral. She’s at home in terrible pain and I’m gutted for her as she took time out of work this morning to try find a solution to the pain and to chase up a referral that was forgotten. The Receptionist is new so doesn’t know the ins and outs yet but it’s not her duty to make referrals, she wasn’t solution based, seems to me nobody communicates properly. To me it’s unprofessional and there’s no excuse for it, regardless of what I say things like this will still happen here. If youre a private patient I bet they are on the ball with storing/filing customer notes / referrals. All your doctor/hospital/dentist notes should be given to you in paper form or email form so you have your set just in case they are miss placed or even lost

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending this NHS practice a few times and each time I found it on par or even better than some private practices because it doesn’t feel like they’re trying to sell you something. The reception staff is courteous and efficient in-person and over email. I found Dr Waheed to be transparent and knowledgeable and his assistant helpful. Maybe the tools may not be the newest, latest and greatest, but they do the job. It was also heartening to see that COVID precautions and cleaning routines were still in place.

Negative experience: Would honestly rate 0 star if I could. I am not usually one complaining publicly about health services but I am still suffering from care I’ve received at Canada Water Dental Health 2 years on. I am only trying to save people money and pain. Long story short it went from a basic routine check up (where I felt no pain whatsoever) to a full-on root canal treatment and a crown being fitted in. The whole process lasted over a year and I was even referred to a specialist at some point when they admitted they couldn’t do the root canal themselves. It cost me thousands of pounds. I’m sitting here today with an abscess in my mouth, in pain yet again. My new dentist told me the crown hasn’t been fitted in properly and I am taking antibiotics for gum infection. My shiny new crown is being extracted this week. I‘ve been a patient at Canada Water Dental Health a long time but it seems it got worse and worse every time I visited this last couple of years. I wouldn’t recommend the practice to anyone today. They even scrapped emergency appointments for NHS patients. These are now slots for private treatment…I’m not event talking about receptionists not looking at you while playing Candy Crush behind the desk, cashing in. It’s shocking.
Negative experience: Had an emergency appointment today, called them over the phone have not been there for a 6 years,doctors are great,the staff on front also,but today receptionist "sanctioned"my 10 min latness with a no right to see a doctor or ask anything,also tratened to report to police and kicked me out of a reception also the manager helped the receptionist Lena and served me a notice of a deregistration,reason cant handle nhs "exempt" free treatments which can not last more than 15 min.This is what u get free, by their judgment 15 min. i am coming there after six years where was the missed appoitments?If u dont want to see nhs patients do not put that u are nhs practice just put private.Again "great" front of house managment nothing wrong with the doctors which i could not see today because of my lateness and thanks for my deregistration Mr. Manager Sczabo you doing great its the patient fault not anyone else.Nhs should be proud of u guys,i just dont know are the receptionist nurses or just a normal computer booking staff also the if manager has any practise from health care or just a management business level just wanted to know this,as i see on the reviews somebdy mentioned the problems before so ist is not the first one and not be the last one as well.
Positive experience: I attended an emergency appointment here. The service was good and the receptionist even noticed I was stressed and asked if I was OK. Service was quick and the doctor diagnosed my condition and prescribed medication. The location of this place though stressed me out and that was the last thing I needed when attending an emergency appointment.
Fantastic experience: Had a lovely experience with Pragya who did my hygiene clean! She was literally amazing. So kind, caring, understanding and knowledgeable. Explained to me how important cleaning is without making me feel bad about my teeth. Will be coming here again for my hygiene! :) Reception team are always happy to help with a smile. Also had my filling done by Dr Ola and she was so good, made me feel comfortable and had such gentle hands. I’m very happy with my filling, can’t even tell I’ve had one. My mum recently had composite filling done by Dr Ola as well and I’ve not seen her so happy about her teeth for a long time. I can see a difference in her confidence and it’s all thanks to Dr Ola; Honestly one of the best dentists I’ve been to. Very caring and puts you at ease!
