I had to have treatment on Friday and I can honestly say that Dr Mushtaq and Alina were amazing.... they really took the time to explain what was happening and made sure that I was completely comfortable with the procedure.... I am sure that my appointment overran as they didn't rush me at all.... I would highly recommend this practice and would like to thank all the staff for their help and understanding....

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming to this dental practice since I was in high school — I was under 16 when I first sat in one of these chairs, and now, at 31, my own kids come here too! I think that says everything about how much trust I have in this amazing team. It’s been so special to see how the practice has grown over the years — when I first started coming, it was much smaller, but now it’s doubled the dentist rooms and keeps going from strength to strength. Even with all that growth, they’ve never lost the friendly, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at ease the moment you walk in. The practice itself is lovely and is always nice and clean and has such a welcoming atmosphere. They’ve helped me through everything from routine check-ups to braces and fillings, always with patience and care. The whole team — from the receptionists to the dental nurses and dentists — go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, explaining everything clearly and never making you feel rushed. They are also great for reminders with emails and confirmation phone calls, which I find very helpful. Bringing my kids here now is such a lovely full-circle moment. They actually look forward to their check-ups, which says a lot! It gives me real peace of mind knowing they’re in such safe hands. I couldn’t recommend this practice enough — they’ve looked after my smile for nearly two decades and now they’re looking after my children’s too. Negative experience: Its ok here but I think its the owner that looked after my daughter and told us when she was 14 he applied for her to have braces. I found out 2 years later from a different dentist that he hadn't applied. She's now over 18, all her friends have had their braces off and she still hasn't even been contacted yet. This is not acceptable, I've never had an apology and they dont seem to care

Fantastic experience: Woke up with that dread feeling of a dental appointment. No need. I was met by Steph, the receptionist , who was warm friendly, friendly, informative and component. Mt dentist Dr S Barbar, was friendly, confident, skilful, informative and professional before, during and after my appointment. She explains every thing in an understandable manner. Great stuff. PS Steph called me later to inform me that I had left my hat. She assured me it was safe and being cared for awaiting its repatriation.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dentist really loved my experience he was very knowledgeable and amazingly gentle

Negative experience: Two visits to this dentist cost me £180 and I have to be referred onto the NHS for a tooth extraction I sat in the waiting room longer than I did the actual dentists chair they don’t seem kitted out to deal with complicated procedures but still charge a high price after parting with my money I now have to wait 3-6 months for my dental issue to be resolved by another practice via the NHS. Sadly not a dentist I would recommend unless you are going for general dental issues.

I would highly recommend the dentist and nurse I saw. The dentist I saw was newly qualified dentist however this did not show . She is an asset to the practice.
