Very efficient, Ashleigh (dental nurse) too. If If I need to rearrange our appointment they are always very helpful on main reception too. I had my teeth whitened with Smile Spa, also highly recommend. Several years on, still get comments on my teeth colour, still have complementary home whitening to use too! Lasted ages! Been with Smile Spa for 14 years plus. Never an issue in all that time. Definitely can recommend. Reasonable pricing too as well as quality of service.

Fantastic experience: Today, Dr Zia replaced 2 very old and failing metal fillings; a totally pain-free procedure which was completed within an hour. Ably supported by dental nurses Grace and Ashleigh, Dr Zia kept me well informed as he worked his magic and everyone made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole experience, not just today’s but with every aspect of the service Sutton Smile Spa has given me over the past few years.

Negative experience: Been with this dentist a little while & was disappointed when I arrived for an appointment that had been cancelled. They had called me a week before and left a voicemail which I never received. So no one tried to make any other contact whatsoever. When I got to the surgery they just flippantly told me the dentist cancelled surgery today that was it. I had taken time from work and rushed to be there on time. The girls on reception were too busy having a gossip and did not appear bothered. This is the second time an appointment date has been muddled up. They hound you to get you to book and then this happens! I have changed dentists now who will hopefully provide a better standard of customer service to a paying patient! Not recommended go elsewhere if I were you.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for many years and always had good experiences. Last visit I had a huge filling to a back molar which I was very nervous about. Jas was brilliant, gentle, considerate and didn’t spare the anaesthetic thankfully. It was painless and a great result.

They always know exactly what they’re talking about, the hygienist(s) make sure you understand how to take care of your teeth properly, the customer care is brilliant and I always feel welcomed and they take the time to get to know you. I drive half an hour to get here since moving and it’s always been worth it. Thankyou all

Positive experience: I have visited this dental clinic multiple times, and overall, the service has been very good, with friendly and helpful receptionists and consultants. The clinic consistently provides quality care and a welcoming atmosphere. However, during my last two visits, I saw a consultant whose name starts with 'Z' and is three letters ending with 'A'. While he is knowledgeable, I found that he could improve his patience and communication, as he seemed a bit rushed. His manner of speaking could be more polite and reassuring to ensure patients fully understand the procedures, especially those unfamiliar with them. I’m not sure if you have one-to-one feedback sessions or internal reviews, but I think the staff might already be aware of this. Addressing these aspects would make the already excellent experience even better. Thank you for your continued dedication to patient care!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jas and Catherine looked after me very well from start to finish. Had a very old crown replaced and a new veneer fitted. A subtle but fantastic transformation. I was given advice throughout with my thoughts being listened to as well :)

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve ever had. I normally don’t write reviews but felt I really strongly on this occasion. Went to this dentist in march 2023 to have a consultation about Invisalign. I was getting married in June 2024 and wanted my overbite corrected. Something I’ve been conscious of all my life. Paid for the consultation and told by the dentist that yes we can achieve that and a nice smile, it will take six months! six months later told treatment is finished, but my overbite wasn’t corrected. Treatment went on for over 18 months, overbite still not resolved. When the dentist realised that he couldn’t just fob me off and that I wanted it corrected, he filed the hell out of my teeth, including a big gap in my front teeth. because he knew it couldn’t be achieved with Invisalign. Wasn’t finished in time for my wedding day. I still had glue from the attachment on my teeth, was so upset and disappointed as I was told it would only be 6 months, and we were now over 12. When I first started Invisalign, was told I could have phillips zoom whitening if I paid extra. Then at the end was told we don’t have the machine anymore, so given another whitening to use while attachments was still on my teeth, which I couldn’t use because it made my teeth so sensitive. I asked the dentist when he said my treatment was finished (do I have to wear the retainers all day still or just at night?) to which he turned to the treatment coordinator and said,“what do you think” I mean no disrespect to her but she’s not a dentist he shouldn’t of known after all he’s meant to be a platinum provider of Invisalign. I had no confidence in him whatsoever, don’t think he had any idea what he was doing. Was always running late, and I mean by 20 mins to 30 mins late. Got my end retainers beginning of September, went to collect them on my lunch break and surprise he’s running late again. So had to just take them home without trying them. When I put them in on the night, they were very loose and over the course of a week the gap that he created in my front teeth started to open. Went back to the dentist again waited another 20 mins over my appointment, and he didn’t even let me sit down and show him the retainers was loose, was shoved in another room to have a scan, was made to feel like I was being a nuisance. Then when I went back a week later to have new molds taken. He was extremely annoyed that I wanted the retainers replaced and said “ that is a lot of expense for me” is he joking I’ve paid out nearly £4000 for something that can’t be achieved with Invisalign and now I will always have to worry about my front teeth opening up because of a gap he created. I felt it was really unprofessional and rude. He would also only do one set of retainers instead of the 2 had before, which again I felt I was being punished for something that wasn’t my fault. I voiced my concerns several times over the course of my treatment and was told they will pass it on to the practice manager, never had so much as phone call from her. Also start of my treatment was told to download Invisalign app so you can see pics of how your treatment is going, there was never anything uploaded on there so couldn’t see beginning or end result. I was told by another dentist did they ever tell you that an overbite can’t really be corrected with Invisalign. No they didn’t! So I paid all that money out for nothing! I wouldn’t want anyone to go through what I have, so wanted to share my experience.

Fantastic experience: I recently booked in for a check up and clean. I have always had an anxiety around the dentist and as such had left it many years (in fact over 10 to be truthful). I was nervous of course but everyone including the receptionist, treatment coordinator, dentist and hygienist did everything to put me at ease. They were welcoming, supportive and non judgemental. The facilities are great, and I love the screens for you to look at during treatment as it really helped me focus. Can't recommend enough and I will be back!

Fantastic experience: Sutton Smile Spa took us on as NHS patients after our dentist of 30 years retired. The experience this morning was outstanding. The appointment started on time. All the staff were lovely, pleasant and helpful. Harriet the Dental Assistant kindly collected me and escorted me to see Ankur the Dentist. He was friendly, polite and professional. He asked questions about my brushing, flossing habits and sugar intake. The check up was gentle and thorough. X-rays were taken as it was my first visit. After feeling anxious about loosing our previous Dentist I am now extremely pleased and happy to have found such a fantastic and welcoming Dental practice. I had no reservations in highly recommending them.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Sutton Smile Spa. The team here are very professional yet friendly and approachable. They even joked with me when I introduced myself. Dr Raj was recommended by a family dental expert, and he proved himself to be an excellent dentist. With his many years of experience, he quickly found some previously undiagnosed tooth decay and set about saving three teeth! His work was excellent, he was both confident and quick, and yet gentle, patient and reassuring, as was his friendly yet thorough dental nurse, Harriet. A fantastic team giving my teeth some much-needed care during nearly an hour in the chair! Overall, Raj and Harriet were a great team on the day, who quickly gained my confidence and saved three teeth that had been dangerously neglected! Can't praise the team here highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I'm currently undertaking Invisalign treatment at Sutton Smile Spa with Dr. Zia, and I couldn't be happier with the results to date.
