Fantastic experience: Excellent first time hygienist experience! For half a decade I’ve been having my cleaning done with my NHS dentist using a lot of numbing injections, as my teeth were so sensitive. This caused me a lot of anxiety before appointments. However I recently found ‘Smile’, and after a very positive first appointment with their dentist for a check up, I booked in my clean here. Was super nervous seeing someone new, but I shouldn’t have been - the experience was fantastic! I felt very looked after, everything was thoroughly explained with no rush, and my teeth have never been so clean…. And all without needing numbing injections! I felt hardly any sensitivity! Truely amazed, and very grateful. Excellent service and I’m a very happy customer x

The whole team is wonderful, but I especially want to highlight Vishal and Juliette. Vishal is an excellent dentist—thorough, knowledgeable, and always has a great recommendation. After years of avoiding the dentist and receiving a shocking quote from another practice in a nearby town, I finally decided to stop by Watford Smiles on my way home from work. It turned out to be a wonderful decision. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and understood. The team genuinely cares about their patients, and it was reassuring to receive a complimentary X-ray along with a detailed consultation that clarified my dental situation. While the consultation wasn’t free, it was more than worth it, especially with their supportive financing options. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ash, Dr. Kush, and their outstanding team. They demonstrated professionalism, gentleness, and attentiveness, which made my experience far more comfortable. I even had three fillings done in one visit, and I felt no pain at all, thanks to their skilled approach. My journey toward better dental health is deeply personal; my father passed away from mouth cancer due to neglecting his oral health. This experience has made me even more determined to take care of my teeth. Now, halfway through my treatment, I feel hopeful and confident that Watford Smiles will help me achieve the smile I’ve always dreamed of. Fantastic experience: Kush and the team at Watford Smiles have been exceptional! I initially walked into the practice with a chipped tooth. The Reptionist ( Andrea ?) was so professional and efficient and booked me to see Kush for an appointment the following day. The work carried out was by him ( composite edge bonding) was mind blowing. I still look at my tooth now in amazement! I was so happy with the practice that I made a hygiene appt. Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars I would, the level of service I have received from Dr Kush and Dr Vish and the team here at Watford Smiles has been second to none, that’s from my original checkup nearly 4 years ago to now having completed my Invisalign as of yesterday and having an implant. The Invisalign process was so easy, they completely understood what I wanted to achieve and I’m over the moon with the finish result, I’m now not afraid to show my teeth when I smile. If I ever had any questions or concerns Dr Kush was always there to help, another really good thing was the flexibility, as I have a busy schedule travelling for business they were always able to accommodate, which is a 5 stars on its own for me My implant was so straight forward, I was expecting it to be painful and something I’d regret doing, in fact it was the complete opposite, no pain and didn’t cause me any discomfort whatsoever, Dr Vish was so professional, answered all my questions I had and even the aftercare has been outstanding. Once again, I want to thank Dr Kush and Dr Vish and all the team at Watford Smiles for everything, you truly are a great dental clinic and I would highly recommend you to anyone in and around the Watford area.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Ash after putting off going to the dentist for several years as I’d had poor experiences in the past which make me quite a nervous patient. Negative experience: Just here to steal your money don’t bother guys!!! I have been using these guys for a few years now and initially their work was pretty efficient at a great cost But in my appointments over the last 2 years the customer service has been appalling You can ring their telephone line all day and they won’t pick up I come in for hygienic cleans and the attitude of the hygienist is as if she doesn’t want to be there, I gave the first day a Bly because we all have off days but her vibe can be felt and it’s uncomfortable For my first hygienist appointment for the year I called up in advance to advise that the sensitivity of teeth was unbearable so I shouldn’t have air flow applied or to have my teeth numbed before doing so My suggestions were ignored it was literally blasted on one tooth and I screamed out of discomfort and I was still charged for the full appointment even when the procedure did not take place They then overcharged on my most recent hygienist appointment something I usually pay 65£ was bumped up to £95 with no warning or notification Again I asked for it to be disputed and was told some next story about it being a year since a full check up so a hygienist appointment is £95 This has never been explained to me before and could have been when booking my appointment Absolute money grabbers and they just make up prices at the top of their heads For the next appointments I was planning to book They were planning to charge me £140 for cleaning half of my mouth at a time whilst including anaesthetic So £280 for a clean ? Of my full mouth Something that is usually £65 Anywho save your money and go elsewhere they’re honestly making things up as they go

Fantastic experience: Getting my Invisalign with Dr Kush was the best decision I could have made! From start to finish the whole team were so attentive and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I would like to commend the staff at Watford Smiles for their help regarding my recent appointment. I had an appointment booked with Juliet for 2 fillings, which had to be cancelled due to mitigating circumstances. I had to rebook but it involved a wait of several months.
