Fantastic experience: I have been absolutely petrified from a young age of dentists. After my husband went and kept telling me how nice and patient they were I finally caved and booked. Anastasia, Mel, were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was carefully explained and I was made to feel comfortable the entire time. Mel said she hoped she would change my fears of dentists and she has. Thank you all so much from shaking walking in to leaving smiling wasn't something I would think I would ever do.

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars for Mola Dental! I have just visited for a dental hygiene clean and a check up. My mouth feels super clean and the procedure was fine throughout. Not painful at all! Franchesca put a solution in my mouth that coloured all the bacteria build up and showed me the result in a mirror! She very gently cleaned around all the gums and took the time to explain many things, including the correct way to use brushes. Chet carried out a thorough check up with very quick x-rays. He spent time talking through what they showed. He was, what most people want from a visit to their dentist - reassuring!! Lovely people. Just shows that a visit to the dentist can be a comfortable experience! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Having not visited a dentist since before COVID, it’s safe to say I was a very nervous patient. The staff were all incredibly friendly and put me at ease, from the practice manager to the receptionist and the dentist Dr Mistry. Fantastic experience: Everything about this dental clinic is amazing, especially the friendly staff, the decor and cleanliness and the payment plan options. I visited for the first time two days ago for a consultation/examination. Anastasia was so friendly, kind and patient and really took the time to explain what she could see clinically and in the x-ray of my teeth. She laid out so clearly everything that she would like to do in the next 6 months to keep my teeth in their best shape, and made sure I fully understood everything. I returned today for a replacement filling and again I was made to feel completely at ease and Anastasia made sure I was comfortable at every moment during the appointment. I brought my children with me to the appointment and all of the staff were so kind and patient towards them, giving them a sticker and praising them. When it came to having their appointment with Sarah, they were made to feel welcome and comfortable and I couldn’t have asked for a better first dentist experience for them. They can’t wait to come back next time! Thank you so much to the whole team for making us all feel so at ease and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: A new crown cover. All done and feel really natural and normal. As it is private (getting an NHS appt is a joke!) it's expensive but for me, it was worth it. Mola seem to be on top of the tech and kit, have good staff who explained everything and both advised and recommended without pushing me into doing anything I didn't want. Signed up for a plan and get 2 checkups and 1 hygiene checkup each year so pleased with that. Would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Super happy with my experience. They work on Saturdays and have a good online booking system that makes it really easy to keep up with dentist appointments. I didn’t feel like I was pressurised to start any treatments and felt the examination was thorough!

Fantastic experience: I suffer from really bad migraines. As I have a tendency to tense up my jaw severely I was delighted when I found out that Mola dental offers botox injections as a way to counter act this. After my first set of injections I noticed a massive improvement on my migraines that were reduced significantly. I go to Francesca for my injections and it’s so noticeable that she really takes a lot of care of the health of her pt’s and that she will do her utmost to get a good result for you. She will bring you back 2 weeks after your treatment to see if you need a top-up or if you have any further questions, and this is all part of the initial cost of the injections. I can’t thank her enough really for everything that she has done for me!!!! I also see her as my dental hygienist and I can only give her the very highest praise on that front as well. Also, the Mola dental practice is the cleanest one I’ve ever been to and the all-round staff as super friendly so I can really recommend Francesca and this practice for any of your dental needs!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had to have a replacement porcelain veneer, after the previous one was damaged (the veneer was 16 years old and had been done by a different dentist). My dentist Chet was reassuring, professional and explained everything to me. The procedure itself was pain free, both the temporary replacement and now my new porcelain veneer. I am very very happy with the result. Would absolutely recommend Mola Dental.

Fantastic experience: We have being seeing Dr Mistry for 10 years throughout that time the service which has been provided has always been excellent. We were recently holiday where my daughter chipped both front teeth . I emailed pictures to the surgery and Dr Mistry rang me straight back to advise on a course of action. Laura the receptionist was extremely professional with her communications and arranged an appointment for us as soon as we returned. An all round excellent service which I cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Mola Dental in Sheffield for about 2.5 years. They are an absolutely first class team. I have regular check ups and hygienist visits, and am just finishing Invisalign treatment. Since childhood I had crooked teeth, in particular the lower arch was crowded with serious overlapping. So I asked Chet about Invisalign and he gave me an honest explanation of the process, the pros and cons, and the potential outcome. Whilst sticking to the required wear time was challenging, Chet and the team have provided encouragement and guidance all the way. After a year or so of wearing the aligners, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Chet and the Mola team to anyone considering Invisalign treatment.

Fantastic experience: Just started my experience with Mola dental upon recommendation from a friend. Really great so far. Transparent, friendly and show care. Other private practices in the city that I went to that shall remain nameless were the polar opposite. Endless marketing, harassment and upselling. Turns out one of the upsells was actually incorrect from a medical standpoint!!! Unbelievable!! The guide that they cared did not seem genuine and this was proven in their relentless marketing and money grab attempts. Also can say that Mola seems less expensive than some without sacrificing quality of care and professionalism, a win win!

Fantastic experience: Reception staff were helpful and courteous. Dentist is knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. The nurse was helpful, kind and informative. The examination was thorough, the x-rays were done quickly and efficiently. The x-rays of my teeth and gums were put up on a big screen, clear to see; I was then given a comprehensive explanation of what was going on in my mouth. The explanation was clear, concise and understandable to a layman like me.

Fantastic experience: Mola Dental are simply amazing in every department, so friendly and welcoming and all my nervousness has now gone! All the staff were absolutely lovely, and Clifford has such a kind, calming and careful nature! I doubt Chris Hemsworth could have pulled off an extraction this well. Fantastic experience: I had a large chip in my front tooth and was absolutely terrified at the thought of coming to the dentist. School and poor dentists had dominated my experience of dental care and I didn't know what to do. Mola Dental came via a recommendation and, my goodness, they have been amazing. After a root canal, a filling and a crown I can honestly say that I have been 100% ok! Treatment was totally pain free and Anastasia talked me through with patience and true care for me. I cannot thank her enough. Today, on my last visit for this course of treatment I had so few nerves, it was like I was just popping to the shop. Fantastic experience: I went to this dentist for a second opinion,as my NHS dentist was being uncooperative and wanted to pull out two of my teeth without explanation. I had to pay but it was worth every penny. I was seen by Sarah who was lovely, gentle, allowed me plenty of time to ask questions. It was very reassuring. I suffer from periodontal disease and realise I am not going to get the help I need on the NHS. Laura the team lead went above and beyond to try to get my dentist to send my x-rays.( Without success I must add.) Very impressed and would highly recommend.

My teeth were in need of a really good clean and the dental hygienist took her time and energy to explain how I can look after my teeth better explaining different tooth brushes and pressure applied. She was enthusiastic and clearly loved her job. She wanted my teeth to be in a good condition and thoroughly cleaned them using GBT. My teeth have never looked so clean! They are so white. Best £100 I’ve ever spent.

Fantastic experience: Was struggling to find an private dentist to offer an root canal at such short notice after my nhs one could only book me in 3 months time. Other private dentists were quoting around £900-1k with around a month waiting time. I found mola and gave them a ring and was surprised they were able to fit me in within a week and also offered the best price. So far, I've had a root canal treatment and crown fitted done by Anastasia, all with no pain or discomfort. It actually felt relaxing at times! She's done an amazing job at restoring my tooth. Everyone is so nice and friendly, am glad I have this as my back up dentist and will continue to come here for future treatments

Having lost my current dentist due to retirement and the new owners were , how do I say … less interested in me and more interested in the in and out approach with no courtesy or empathy ! I wanted a new dentist , a great dentist and somewhere to feel like I was taken care of ! This is the practice to speak to ! Absolutely superb ! Fantastic experience: I am extremely wary of dentists - as in 'trembling-whilst-in-the-chair' levels of antipathy. I made this clear to them, too, only half-jokingly saying they are the last people I ever want to see. I only booked an appointment, in the first instance, because the pain was worse than the prospect of having to visit them. They get it, and have been great with me. I highly recommend, if you are a bit, or a lot, nervous. My most recent appointment was just a scale-and-polish. But, a few months ago, they provided antibiotics, did X-rays, and removed the offending tooth. It's never going to be a party, but, as these things go, though - flawless. I was put at my ease as much as I'm ever going to be, and they did the job with professionalism, and humour. I am in a much better place than I was. I consider myself to be a very satisfied customer - thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had called round 10 or more dentists for an emergency appointment and just as I was about to give up hope, the lovely receptionist at Mola Dental managed to book me in. I was told it was a short appointment so would probably only be able to assess today and then have to go back the following day for treatment but at my releif, they did it there and then thank you so much to Sarah for your help

Fantastic experience: I took my elderly mum here who suffers with memory loss and struggles to understand sometimes. She hadn't been to a dentist in a while an needed some restoration work. From day 1 all the staff have been very welcoming and understanding. Lucas is her dentist and he is very professional while compassionate and patient taking extra time to explain everything and always gives good advice. He works hard to give the best standard of treatment. She also had 2 extractions which she was worried about but the surgeon was so kind and quick she said it wasnt bad at all and didnt feel a thing. Laura on reception was very efficient, professional and patient. Sarah (the dentist) was very gentle and reassuring.
