Dr.Farhood Emamalizadeh is very kind, delicate and very honest dentist, I asked about whether I should change a filling and I really appreciated his honesty on the possibility to wait as it was still ok. I changed one of the fillings and it was very attentive, delicate, precise and the result is perfect and I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. Thank you all for the amazing service you provide.

Fantastic experience: You are well looked after at this Dental practice, right from the start of making appointments and the welcome at reception through to the friendly technical dental expertise of Dr Joseph (in my case) and quality care and advice of the hygienists.. The standards have been high over the many years of my attendance and I now travel out of my way to continue to take excellent care of my teeth at the hand of these professionals.

Positive experience: I visited regarding a toothache from an old filling, and the referral to the NHS was handled as expected, which I appreciated. However, I also had some gum inflammation, and it was suggested that I get a replacement retainer, supposedly free via the NHS. I was expecting a retainer but instead received a mouthguard, which isn’t the same thing and unfortunately not helpful for my needs. Better attention to detail, or at least clearer communication about what I would be getting, would have helped. The dentist seemed quite busy and I felt the appointments were rushed, possibly to accommodate more patients, which affects the quality of care. Since the mouthguard was free via the NHS, I can't really complain, but in the end, it felt like a wasted visit. I also noticed that the practice is becoming more commercial, with frequent pushes for hygiene appointments—this last one was only three months after my previous visit, based on a claim that there was an area I couldn't floss, even though my teeth are otherwise healthy. It’s hard not to feel like NHS patients aren't as much of a priority, perhaps because they're less profitable for the practice. Sadly, that's 9/10 dental practices in the UK.

Negative experience: I visited my dentist dr Senna Al-Bahrani (284410) a couple of months ago due to discomfort in my gum. The dentist examined me and said everything looked normal, no infection, nothing to worry about. I asked for dental hygiene I even paid for a deep cleaning at that visit, expecting thorough care. Instead, the cleaning was rushed, she left plaque and odor behind, and didn’t even polish my teeth. When I pointed out that there was still yellowish buildup, her response was, “We can’t damage your enamel,” which felt like an excuse not to finish the job I was paying for. A few weeks later, the pain worsened. I went to another clinic, where they immediately discovered a serious infection that had been completely overlooked. I had to have the tooth extracted, and now I’m facing the cost and recovery of a dental implant , something that could have been prevented with proper attention and care. I left this clinic feeling dismissed, overcharged, and poorly treated. I strongly urge others to seek a second opinion and to think carefully before trusting your dental health to this practice.

Negative experience: I am a carer for a vulnerable individual that I used to regularly take to this practice but stopped due to a horrendous experience. Having signed a standard consent form, explained that she was in no position to pay, but only to recieved NHS - she was not not told that a procedure was about to be undertaken at some cost,and she was prevented from leaving the treatment room.The receptionist, hearing her protest and distress ( as did I ) entered the treatment room. She put her arm across the doorway and on door handle; thus preventing her from leaving. She was kept for : some minutes against her will, as money was demanded. Eventually seeing that no progress was being made logic dictated that she was released! This transcends from civil quite obviously into criminal law. And, if their cctv footage has not been erased : clear to view. With us seeking no compensation nor legal action, curiously this practice has simply called us liars and denies the course of events. Why would two individuals fabricate such a thing - No gain or compensation being sought? Lastly, there is no lift but a steep set of stairs, so if disabled at best one struggles. I understand that there is an official body for dental practices to have complaints made about to and of course criminal law is something that can envolve resorting to Police.I trust this practice will call me a liar too.

The hygienist deserves special praise for being mindful of my tooth sensitivity and adapting her approach to minimise discomfort. Positive experience: Dr Joan is fantastic, however I can't say the same for rest, saying that I have not tried all different dentists, however the one I tried didn't give me advise I needed. Respsionest staff are fantastic and very helpful.

Negative experience: I have been visiting this Dental practice on and off for over 10 years I usually had excellent work done there but I am still suffering from trauma/nightmares from my last visit. I arranged a visit with Dr. Grei; thinking it was just a check up visit but while I was there I was told by Dr Grei that I needed a filling. Afterwards I was told by Dr Grei that the work would cost £200. I explained that I didn't know about this charge before and since I am on an extremely low income, I wouldn't have agreed to the work. But Dr Grei and his assistant preventef me from leaving, hence i was trapped and my carrer prevented from entering to help or support me. They literally wouldn't allow my partner/carer to enter nor me to leave. This demand for money with the menace described is still haunting me. All of this would have been easy to show on their own cctv and witness testimony due to a packed waiting room. However I don't have the where with all to pursue more stressful experiences through any legal complaints.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Grei at 80 Kensington Dental Clinic. Dr. Grei was incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, and the clinic was very clean. Negative experience: I had been a long time patient of 80 Kensington Dental up until early this year. I would regularly attend semi annual checkups and was advised of deep fissures on my teeth due to anatomy and some wear on my top teeth due to grinding, but otherwise my teeth appeared fine. This included consultation with X-rays. Fast forward to this year, I cracked a tooth on a piece of cold chocolate. Needing urgent treatment, I had no choice but to visit a local private dentist who repaired the tooth. This was less then three months from my last appointment at 80 Kensington Dental where I was advised of the deep fissures in my teeth but otherwise told there were no cavities. The private dentist I saw to repair my tooth repaired the tooth but was concerned with the coloration of my teeth and an old filling I had had done a few years back. I arranged a full checkup the following day and had x rays taken at this private dentist. The private dentist identified seven extremely deep cavities that required urgent attention, I subsequently had three days at the dentist to resolve these all at a cost of just under £2,000. I wrote a letter of complaint to 80 Kensington Dental and to their credit, they provided two reviews by dentists. However, a familiar theme in the response was a focus on the conservative, for example even if a tooth is grey (a sign of decay as was the case with some of mine when it had been confirmed there had been no concerns) if it does not feel soft in the checkup they would not take the additional steps to validate if there was decay. My new private dentist took these steps and identified several issues, some of which were close to needing root canal treatment. I could take this to a medical board for negligence, but what’s the point in a long drawn out case. Instead, I am writing this review as a warning to others that conservative treatment by medical professionals, such as dentists, is never in the patients best interest. I would strongly suggest anyone thinking about going here to not and get a dental checkup elsewhere.

Dr Joseph is an exceptional clinician, his attention to detail and care for his patients is on another level! He is an absolute perfectionist and I highly recommend Dr Joseph and all members of this team; whenever I visit, whatever treatment I need, I have full confidence that I will be well looked after. Firstly it was a pleasure to be there as all staff is really very welcoming to everyone, face to face & even on phone calls which u can hear while waiting!! Dr Joseph is a wonderful personality. He is very meticulous, intelligent & takes time to do his job. At the top of that he is very humble & pleasant to talk. I am enjoying my implant he did & don’t have a slight hesitation to refer anyone to this clinic for their dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have not had a filling for about 30 years and had to have two re-fillings with Dr Haseeb. I spent 45 minutes in the chair and was pretty nervous. However, Dr Haseeb was totally reassuring and gentle, he also explained what he was doing throughout the procedure. I came out feeling quite battered, having to keep my mouth wide open for that length of time, but oh my goodness, absolutely no after pain and felt 100% after 24 hours. Dr Haseeb is a fantastic dentist.

Fantastic experience: We have seen many of the dentists here any always had a positive experience with them and the reception staff. We recently saw Dr Mabel, who was particularly good at engaging with my young children.

Fantastic experience: Having lived in multiple countries and attended many many dental practices, this is the best practice I’ve ever been to. Myself, husband and children have been NHS patients here and also had private dental treatment. We’ve always received a warm, professional and courteous reception from all staff members and dentists. Between us we’ve had dental implants, crowns, fillings, cleanings and check ups. 5 years later we travel miles just to come to this clinic. They are like family.

Fantastic experience: I registered as a patient at the clinic since 2023. I would like to give my highest praise to my dentist Dr. Joseph Omidvaran. He strived to give his patients highest standard of care. I’ve been having TMJ for years, and he always helped me check my joint every time I visited the clinic (even though I just visited for regular teeth cleaning) and answered my question with great patience and professionalism. I cannot express my gratitude using words, and I really admire his personality (kindness, empathy, warm-hearted, etc). It’s not easy to find dentist with such empathy and professionalism nowadays, and I would 100% recommend his clinic! Also, all receptionists here are extremely friendly (I can name a few: Arman, Jihye)

Fantastic experience: Dr Nikita is amazing. She is experienced, explains the full process and is checking in throughout the process whether i am ok. I am usually quite scared about dental work; it was absolutely painless and quick and i felt quite confident in her abilities. I have gone thru chemo and will go thru radiation and she is pro-actively gave me advice. Also stressed that she is there whenever required and i have already gone to her twice for check-ins. The dental clinic and staff at reception are very friendly and accomodating. I had asked for urgent appointments and all my dental work (initia check, 3 tooth filling, 1 extraction, hygiene treatment) were done within 4 days. Absolutely amazing.

Negative experience: Waste of money. Went for hygienist and asked for a bit more of a clean as didn’t feel like the first was that thorough. It wasn’t as went to another dentist after who did it properly. Spent 195 on a hygiene appointment that was done properly. Only gave 2 stars because staff were nice!

Fantastic experience: I have had a serious phobia about dentists for over 50 years. I no longer am scared of going to the dentist in fact I look forward to it. I have the upmost confidence in this practice and cannot express my confidence in the whole experience from front of house to my extremely professional dentist Gray. My self esteem has been reinstated thanks to him and his assistant. This practice is second to none in my opinion. May I recommend them to you. Negative experience: I'm deeply disappointed by the service I experienced today at 80 Kensington Dentist. Despite being a loyal customer for 14 years, my recent encounter left me feeling neglected and uncared for. Despite my efforts to schedule appointments for myself and my family over the past three weeks, we were initially told the earliest availability was three months away. However, after persisting, I was suddenly offered a slot for today but required to pay a £55 deposit immediately in an account name Dr Joseph Omidvaran. The inconvenience didn't end there. Heavy traffic on the way to the appointment made me late, despite informing the receptionist of the delay. Upon arrival, I was informed that my appointment had been rescheduled due to my tardiness. Despite explaining the brevity of my usual hygiene session and my long history of punctuality, the receptionist seemed indifferent, dismissing my concerns with a smirk and insinuating that I was lying. This lack of empathy and trust is deeply troubling, especially considering the years of loyalty I've shown to the practice, especially as I have had to make way for patients who have turned up late severally in the past and I have been asked by the dentist to bear with them and I always oblidged. I expected better treatment, rooted in a genuine concern for patient well-being rather than mere financial transactions. Dr. Joseph Omidvaran, whom I've seen on numerous occasions in the past, would likely be dismayed by the behavior of his reception staff. It's disheartening to realize that what I once perceived as a duty of care was merely a facade. Moving forward, I hope the practice reevaluates its priorities and reclaims the compassion and integrity that should define healthcare service. I prevously thought nothing bad could happen there, I was wrong.

Fantastic experience: I first visited this clinic two years ago. Since then, I have always had a positive experience visiting this dentistry. The reception helps you choose a convenient time for your appointment and explains everything regarding services and prices. I was treated by Dr Haseeb Abbasi. The doctor is patient and attentive to the patient's feelings. The fillings are placed securely and accurately, and there was no pain. When you are in the doctor's Haseeb chair, you do not feel panic and feel in good hands. Also, his advice on maintaining dental health is very useful. I recommend this clinic and this doctor.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and such a scam, even in a serious condition just because it’s on NHS provide you will never know how you were neglected till you go to other professional clinics you simply see the difference.

Fantastic experience: Had an incredible experience with Dr. Haseeb. I had fillings and teeth cleaned and he was incredibly kind and patient with me as I had a fear of needles. He encouraged and checked that I was okay throughout and gave me really helpful and insightful advice about dental care for the future. Fantastic experience: A superb dental surgery with lovely and diligent staff. I have been coming for several years and have always been impressed with their work. In particular, Dr Senna and her dental nurse Tatiana have been particularly good. I've had 2 crowns and 1 filling this year, all have been done both expertly and painlessly. Also, I have found that the reception staff have been particularly helpful too in arranging urgent appointments and fitting to times that work for me. Overall : An excellent surgery and one I would recommend without hesitation.

After a bad experience many years ago ( with treatment for bruxism ) I was very nervous but she was very reassuring and explained everything. I was booked in for a second treatment ( a month after the first ) but instead of just going ahead she assessed me and decided I didn’t need it . So nice to find an honest practitioner !

Fantastic experience: I am over 70 and have a mouth full of caps or crowns, whatever you like to call them. I began life as a very nervous patient who once needed sedation during her teenage years. As life went on, I forced myself to go to a dentist. Despite bouts of periodontal disease (exacerbated by stress) and all those crowns, I still have all my original teeth without the need of implants or bridges. Today I have my teeth cleaned every three months (a GREAT hygienist at this clinic) and my teeth checked once a year or more if I need it. Two days ago I saw Dr. Joanne for the first time and she’s now my new dentist. Fast, efficient and pleasant. If you’re nervous, take heart and push yourself to make an appointment. In the future, you’ll look back and be glad you did. Lastly, I know for a fact that treatment is rarely as bad as you think it will be! Now I’m over 75 and still attending the same clinic. Everyone looks after me so well but I’d like to add a word about Jurate, the hygienist. She’s really special but, more importantly, she doesn’t miss a thing - problems arising and she picks up on them right away. Plus she has good ideas how to improve cleaning and help with associated gum problems. She is a great asset to the team.

Fantastic experience: My 3rd time using this dental clinic and it always has a calm environment with friendly staff. I saw Dr Haseeb this time round, he was very welcoming and professional along with his assistant. I was well-cared for as he was meticulous and thorough with the service he provided. Negative experience: My 1st time visiting this practice with my partner and child as NHS Patients. I have been a dental nurse for 15 years working in both private and NHS practices. I thought I would use my maternity exemption and visit as a NHS patient. I saw Dr Senna. Exam was very rushed was over within 10 minutes. Quick basic check of the teeth followed by 2 X-rays. I was then told I grind my teeth which I have never been told by any dentist I’ve worked with nor does my partner hear me grinding at night time and I would need a mouth guard to sleep with at night. An impression was taken for this to be made. My partner also needed one as-well even though he does not grind. His check up was the same, very rushed a mouth guard made not even a basic scale of the teeth which should be included in a band 1 check up if plaque or tar tar is visible and clinically necessary. She went straight for a Band 3 on both us knowing she would be paid more UDA’s for this and would mean more money for the dentist. She saw 3 patients myself, my partner and my 8 year old daughter all within 25minutes. I will not be returning here to collect my mouth guard or as a patient.

Fantastic experience: Always good customer service and great treatment here. Dr Sanjit has been treating me for a number of years, including doing my Invisalign with great results. Dr Jurat Berg, hygienist has also been excellent. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: This is based on my own experience as a client for several years of 80 Kensington dental clinic. Joanne has been my dentist for several years now who is very professional in her work and always done her best for me as a patient of the clinic. When I initially came to the clinic my teeth were in good shape but my brushing and flossing was not great and I had endless gum issues and decay. Joanne made me aware of the issues and problems I would have moving forward if I didn't change my way of keeping my teeth more healthy and to stop gum disease. Joanne was taking a genuine interest in my well being and I was very impressed with her service, she was very patience with me and being direct and honest is the best way. Thank you Joanne for all your hard work and making me feel welcome always. The reception team are very helpful and will always do there best to make sure they get a appointment for you when convenient for yourself or if you have any general queries. They work very hard and I have always received great service a special thank you to Namita, Kajal and Omi who do there very best in getting an appointment when needed and providing a great service for the clinic I am grateful to them. Recently I had a appointment with Grei as Joanne was away and I was hesitating but Omi reassured me I would be very satisfied and happy as sometimes its hard to adjust when you are used to seeing the same person. Thank you Omi. I recently had a check up in august with Grei for the first time he was polite and professional and made me feel very comfortable, he had given me a few more extra tips on my teeth and I was very happy with Grei and the service he provided thank you wishing you the best. Fantastic experience: Always a good experience at 80 Kensington Dental Clinic whenever I visit there. From booking appointments to after care, their service is five star. Dr. Haseeb is exceptional, providing the best care possible. He gives good advise and make patients feel comfortable on top of his professionalism, and his assistant is very helpful as well. Negative experience: This dentist is an absolute rip off. Their charges are extortionate. My advice is go elsewhere. I called for a replacement Invisalign retainer, these criminals wanted £500 for one set, this was quoted by two different staff members on two different calls. Every other dentist in the area provides three sets at and around this price mark. Do your research and go elsewhere. I’m £1000 better off for doing so! Review in response to the business: that’s all well and true but two different staff members independently confirmed that you were charging £500 PER retainer. I suggest you train your staff accordingly because when two different people say the same price it suggests you’re now backtracking based on this review. When the review was posted two different staff members were very happy and willing to charge me £500 for ONE retainer.

Fantastic experience: My family had a very good experience at this practice. Communication was good. Appointments for kids and adults were made easily - and changed easily as we needed. Appointments were held on time. The equipment was high quality. And the costs and choices affecting costs were discussed upfront and without pressure. The prices were also reasonable. Location is great. Overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic and the doctors there.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr Sanjit for my dental care and she is really pleasant and empathic which makes appointments for a squeamish person like me a lot easier. I had to have an extraction done recently and she took the time to patiently answer all my questions and go through everything with me beforehand for reassurance. The reception staff have also been friendly on all my visits. Overall, would recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is a lovely group of dentists, receptionists, and hygienists who take good care of their patients in a friendly but very professional way. Their service is efficient and they do not waste your time, either when making appointments or getting treatment. If I should ever have to leave London, I would miss this practice a great deal.. An odd thing to say about dentists, I know, but it is true for me.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at the clinic. Dr Grei is very patient and understanding, he made the whole experience less painful and made me feel very comfortable even if generally I am not good with pain. I had 6 teeth removed and everything went very good and smooth, I had no problems at all. I would definitely recommend and can not wait to return for my next appointment.
