Negative experience: No answer on the emergency number, left a message to which I was ignored. No return phone call received. Poor practice

Fantastic experience: The team are fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable about the job they do- I always feel like I know more after visiting. My teeth always feel great after a visit. It’s always nice to have a chat with the girls on reception while waiting too- they show genuine interest in life outside of why I’m visiting the dentist- makes coming back all the more important. I have my visits with Dan who is wonderful- I came from an nhs dentist who I was always in and out with barely any communication, but Dan explains everything to me everytime. And Tatiana the hygienist is my teeth’s best friend always feel like I have a new mouth after a clean from her. Thank you All as always. Their Denplan is great- a small monthly payment sorting 2 hygienist and 2 check up visits a year keeping my teeth healthy. Thank you thank you thank you.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care. Everything explained perfectly. Asking questions are answered in full and easily understood. I have 6 appointments booked for dentures and can't wait to go back. All staff etc are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Negative experience: I can’t explain the relief to have trusted my gut and get a second opinion with another dentist. Recently had an initial appointment which left me nearly in tears at their almost calculating and cold approach to what I ‘should’ have done, with a very concise run down of costs as we went. Not at all interested in what I was concerned about and offered to ‘just put a cannula in and sedate me’ . I do need work (I’m ridiculously frightened) but this was a lot of work and if I didn’t do it, they would refuse to cover me on the dental plan. Now found a wonderful dentist and Big bonus- I can start their dental plan BEFORE my treatment.

Fantastic experience: Chloe Harrington and her assistant, Chelsea, were absolutely brilliant. They went above and beyond to help me find the right treatment and were genuinely concerned with getting me that, regardless of whether or not it would be the most lucrative option for them. They were friendly and helpful, and I will definitely go back if/when I need to.

Negative experience: Had an implant carried out here and due to the botched extraction now have ongoing issues with food getting stuck on gum line and told nothing can be done about it. Can't comment on the other dentistry aspects as use a different dentist for day to day stuff.

Fantastic experience: Ash and his nurse Grace looked after me extremely well. I went to have some cosmetic treatment - composite bonding on my front teeth. The treatment was completely pain free and the checked on me throughout the treatment. The appreance of my teeth are amazing! The colour match is perfect and you can not tell that I have had fillings placed on my front teeth, they look completely natural and I would definitely recommend anyone with dental issues to come here. Thank you both I can smile with confidence again

Fantastic experience: Dan has been my dentist here for a few years now, I have had crowns, fillings and extractions from him and his work is always brilliant, he is always polite and welcoming and talks through whatever treatment may be needed, great dentist and a great practice.

Aftercare is excellent, and while I am in the middle of my procedure I am very impressed. 13th January, Just completed my temporary Denture with Kevin, or should I say St. Kevin, I am over the moon with the whole process, and the standard of service is second to none, Kevin , very professional and patient listened to any niggles I had and solved them more or less instantly, made a few alterations over night so I could have a fitting the following day...delighted, would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I paid £75 to see a dentist to discuss tooth whitening. When I arrived I was seen by a dentist whom proceeded to examined me without any knowledge why I was there. I then had to explain that I wasn't looking to join the dental practice but just to discuss tooth whitening. I left feeling that I had been rather unhappy as I was told nothing other then yes you can have tooth whitening...which I knew as my teeth are in very good order! I have then be constantly chased for payment despite having paid this at the time of booking. 4 months on the dental practice have finally confirm that I did pay. I hope their dentists are better then their administration team.

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy my visits, which is a strange thing to say about the dentist but it’s true! Everyone is so pleasant, helpful, and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. It’s nice to have the personal touch too, even though I come every 6 months I feel like I’m remembered and I’m not just another patient, it’s the personal touch which is appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Ash managed to fit me in last minute for an urgent issue with my tooth where part of it had broken off. He used some of his lunch break which was so kind and thoughtful. He went above and beyond expectations to make sure my tooth was fixed and back to normal within days of things going wrong!! I highly recommend him :)

Fantastic experience: Great practice, I have used them previously about 3 years previous for my implants, very skilled in what they do, as I now needed another tooth replacing in my upper jaw, my 1st new appointment the team got straight down to business doing a 3D scan of my complete jaw and designed a treatment plan for my course of treatment so I felt save in their hands and they could sort out my new requirement efficiently.

Fantastic experience: I am a regular patient to this practice and I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone ! The receptionists and management always go above and beyond what they need to and I have never felt so comfortable at a dental surgery before !! Everyone from the front desk to the dentists and team are so welcoming and friendly I actually look forward to seeing the dentist !!! Thank you so much can’t wait for my next visit !

Negative experience: Poorest experience I’ve ever had with a private dental clinic. Don’t expect to have any resolution to any issues you have with this clinic. Edited to add; response below clearly highlights the issue - management can’t even manage to get the basis of my complaint correct after extensive communication - at no point have I sought an NHS dentist. Equally unprofessional to share details of patient activity on a public forum.

Fantastic experience: Very professional staff. They are all wonderful people who know how to do their job. I have a lot of work to do with my teeth, and Dr. Ash, along with the lovely nurses make my journey easy and painless. The reception team is very nice and helpful as well. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve ever had the lady was too aggressive not very friendly made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed she was extremely rough I had to ask her to stop. Considering just how expensive it is they should take more care with there clients. I won’t be going back.

Very professional and made me feel at ease straightaway ; I had a chipped tooth so had to go and see Kevin (the miracle worker) and his lovely assistant Grace who within 20minutes repaired the tooth . Negative experience: Terrible place because doktor repaired wrong tooth and he did not communicate About and after finishing i could not see on 1 eye and my mounth was paralised also did mistake because he injected to the mouths lips and it should be inside tooth also doctor had problém with His sight also assistance person was wrong because did not provide good assistance and doctor could not check her because could not see inside my mouth also doctor injected too strong sedativa at least 3 injection its too much bloodyhell i think the inspection should go to check this privat doctor i was very unhappy with this service also i cannot bite because left side is higher than right side the doctor did it too big and 1 tooth too strong tight which occured health problém and lot of problems was there as well i dont recomend it also he left me 3 month waited for appointment without explaination

All 5 members of the Clinic and the Reception staff have been warm, sensitive, excellent at communicating incredibly good at what they do and have transformed the state of my teeth & gums! I highly recommend the Clinic - it’s been the best dental care I have ever received!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this practice enough. Warm, friendly and welcoming. Daniel Williams checked my teeth and was very reassuring despite all the work needed. I was then referred to Kevin for partial dentures. I have, today, received my dentures. They are amazing. A perfect fit and an exact copy of my own teeth. Even after careful inspection by my keen eyed family members, they passed as my own teeth. I would like to say a BIG thank you to Kevin for making these wonderful dentures, for giving me the confidence to smile again and for preparing them in time for a very special day.

The level of attentiveness not only from my dentist, but all the staff, including behind the desk on arrival. I'm so happy I decided to move here. Positive experience: Avoid this surgery. Whilst I really am happy with the professionalism of my dentist (Dr Ash), he is brilliant at what he does, he ensures that the patient is comfortable and talks through procedures to ensure patient is aware etc… The surgery is very unorganised which reflects onto the patients experience. This surgery seems to have taken on too many patients which has meant that appointments are few and far in between (1 and a half month wait PER appointment. My treatment plan that was assured to be completed in 3 months (should have been completed in April) will now be earliest completed in December. My appointments have almost always been late with no explanation, the surgery has failed to book in confirmed appointments which resulted in a 3 month wait time to be seen by dentist. There are ridiculous additional charges and add ons to the plans which are totally unnecessary.

Fantastic experience: After receiving below par service from another dentist I came to Hereford dental and implant clinic and I’m so happy I did!! From the moment I enquired with Carrie-Anne I was put at ease. I had my free consultation with Chloe who talked me through my treatment plan and the best course of action. Everything was properly explained, and no pressure to make a decision straight away. Of course I’ve accepted my great quote and I can’t wait to see my new smile!!

Fantastic experience: I used to really dislike the whole dental experience but for the last 6 years I’ve been with your practice starting with my orthodontic’s with Gursch and now I have Ash looking after my Oral Health which is an absolute pleasure! He is reassuring, comes across very caring and compassionate and as though he has my best interests at heart. He takes the time to explain X-rays and what needs to be done to ensure I have a pain free healthy mouth but also I really like the way he explains how he has placed “watches” on the teeth which could be an issue going forward. We spoke about the removal of stains on my teeth from when I had the lingual brace removed, and where old feelings are causing discoloration so I am thrilled with what the plans are moving forward and can’t wait to see Ash and your team again.

Fantastic experience: I was terrified of having an implant fitted. But the whole process was made so reassuring. Aly Virani is clearly an expert at the top of his game. Everything was explained to me carefully and clearly. There was no pressure whatsoever. I felt immense confidence in the practice. And the extraction and insertion of the implant went so smoothly. I had no pain during the extraction, barely any bleeding or swelling afterwards...I felt I got off really lightly - largely due to the careful planning and staged approach.

Fantastic experience: Dr Daniel Williams is my dentist. He is a professional with an excellent bedside manner and has done wonders for my damaged mouth.....and that is my personal and ongoing experience.

The welcome is always warm and friendly and the dental treatment itself is always carried out with great care and attention to your needs. Negative experience: The dentists are very good there but they move on every couple of years. Recently I went back with a dental issue, at the front desk I was told by the receptionist that I must speak about my problem directly with the dentist who did the work, as he has left the practice now, this is not their problem! If you are looking for one dentist for many years to come - this is not the place If you are looking for caring front desk team - this is not the place

Fantastic experience: I first found the dental clinic several years ago when I was desperate for help. The team then as now are a most professional team. Their knowledge and skills are second to none. The care is first class and putting patients at ease is as holistic as it can be. I have recently, due to wear and tear had some previous work refreshed. I can't speak highly enough of the "precision medical engineering work" carried out by Kevin. A really excellent, skilled and caring professional. I can't thank him enough for my renewed confidence and smile!
