Fantastic experience: Great dental practice! - all the dental, nursing and admin staff are lovely and friendly and Dr Maddison is a great and highly skilled dentist. He repaired my front tooth so good it’s impossible to tell it’s had work done on it at all. I’ve also had an upper crown fitted by him and it’s now several months later and it’s rock solid. All at a price massively below what I’d been quoted by another dentist. I couldn’t recommend New Moston Dental enough!

Fantastic experience: Oh my way to the dental practice I felt a bit nervous but as soon as I got there I felt calm, the staff there were very nice from the receptionist to the dentist that did my check up, all round a good appointment

Fantastic experience: After having a bad experience with my previous dentist I was recommended to go to New Moston Dental and I’m so glad I did. The staff on reception are excellent and I had a great experience with Victoria the dentist. She made sure to explain everything as she was doing it and it really made me feel at ease.

Dentist asked questions, completed check up then explained what he would do at further appointments, nurse supportive. I met Danny he was so gentle with me he explained everything to me , reassured me everything will be fine . Don't know why I was so nervous. Fantastic experience: First time to a dentist in years, felt nervous about going but the staff were so calming and reassuring, that I felt so much more relaxed. Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental surgery. Been at this dentist my whole life and all of the staff I have encountered have been lovely and competent. I have had lots of check ups and various treatments over the years and they have always provided me with high quality care. They especially have been very understanding and supportive of me as a person with a severe needle phobia and have allowed me to have procedures such as fillings without anaesthetic at my request but equally have supported me very well when I have had to have procedures such as tooth extraction where needles have been essential to the treatment, even prescribing me with diazepam prior to the extraction to ease some of the anxiety. The only issue I have ever had is that I do struggle to contact them via telephone as my calls often ring out or go to voicemail. Otherwise a genuinely fantastic dental surgery, can't rate them high enough!

Positive experience: The dentist and dental nurse were excellent as always. unfortunately on this occasion the card machine was not working and after 3 attempts with the machine saying "No connection" i was repeatedly made to feel it was my fault. Thankfully the only person on reception that was a familiar face took charge and i was told i would be called later to take payment over the phone.
