Fantastic experience: I joined Danbury Dental Care today after my appointment with Dr Kaly who, along with her lovely dental assistant made me feel at ease straight away as I had to have an extraction. The whole process was fantastic and I cannot recommend them and this practice highly enough. The receptionists where lovely and very friendly too and I decided to join their monthly payment plan after realising how much money I could save myself. I called the dentist at 9am this morning to see if they had any emergency appointments and i was seen and home by 11 such incredible service! They took X-rays straight away, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and got me started on antibiotics. What really stood out to me was how kind and welcoming they were to my daughter, who came along with me. She wasn’t a patient, but they still took the time to chat with her and make her feel included. It made the whole experience so much less stressful for both of us. I left feeling cared for, reassured, and truly grateful. Couldn’t recommend this team more highly!

We booked a sedation appointment for my brother who is special needs and Jonathon was very considerate and understanding. He made sure the entire booking process and the treatment received was as smooth as possible. There is no judgement, she regularly checks on welfare and comfort throughout procedures and you can see she is genuinely enjoying her job. I have seen her for cosmetic procedures (bonding) and to have an implant and each time it has been a great experience. She will also explain things in simple terms not dentist speak so patients are fully clued up on their procedures. I highly recommend Danbury Dental Care, especially Kaly and Thinnus.

Dionne is always very welcoming as you arrive and very helpful at making convenient appointments and explaining the treatment charges. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Danbury Dental Care highly enough, especially for anyone who is nervous about visiting the dentist. I have always been absolutely petrified of dental treatment—to the point where I shake uncontrollably as soon as I sit in the chair. In the past, I’ve even passed out from fear. But everything changed when I met Dr Kaly. From the very first check-up, she put me at ease by explaining everything in detail and chatting to me throughout the appointment. The level of care and attention to detail at this practice is truly outstanding. They use advanced technology, like 3D scans, and take the time to walk you through every step of the process. I needed two fillings, which would have normally been a terrifying experience for me. But Dr Kaly and her nurse (who was also amazing!) reassured me constantly. I was shaking, as usual, but thanks to their kindness and patience, I didn’t even feel the needle for the numbing —something I never thought I would say! They made sure I felt nothing during the procedure and provided so much reassurance throughout. More recently, I started the journey of getting a dental implant, which initially felt overwhelming. The thought alone scared me, but Dr Kaly, Dr Thinus , and the team have been incredible, explaining every detail and answering my millions of questions ! I had to have a bone graft, which was a big step for me: I opted for sedation, and they made sure I felt completely safe. The aftercare and support was outstanding - they contacted me the next day after treatment to check i was ok. I was not sore or in any pain which I thought was amazing ! When I returned to have my stitches removed today (without sedation), I was extremely anxious, but Dr Kaly promised it would be fine—and she was right. She used numbing gel, and I didn’t feel a thing! The nurse was even there to hold my hand if I needed it, which was such a kind and thoughtful touch. The reception staff are also lovely—so friendly and welcoming. They take the time to chat with you about your treatments, which makes such a difference. If you’re a nervous patient, Danbury Dental Care is the place to go. I never thought I would feel this level of confidence at the dentist, but now, when Dr Kaly tells me everything will be okay, I truly believe her. I still have a long journey ahead with my implant, but for the first time ever, I feel excited rather than scared. I am beyond grateful to the entire team for their patience, kindness, and incredible care. If you’re anxious about visiting the dentist, trust me—you will be in the best hands here!

Fantastic experience: Had my first hygienist appointment today. The lady was absolutely fantastic, and so lovely. I think her name was Rose. I was very nervous as I have a bit of a dentist phobia but she made me feel so comfortable and reassured me throughout and it was a lovely experience and super happy with my results! My teeth feels much cleaner and look so much better!

Fantastic experience: I booked in rather hastily, due to an emergency (broken tooth and infection). Having not used this dentist before, I am happy to say I very high recommend the whole team. They got me looked at quickly. Dr Ali Kanji gave me clear information and advice (and some temporary pain reduction). I needed a tooth extraction which was carried out a week later, and to my surprise was painless, and again Dr Kanji was excellent, talking me through the process and going out of his way to make sure I was ok. Over the next few months, Dr Kaly, Rose, the Dental Hygienist and a dedicated team of nurses and receptionists guided me through the Invisalign programme with professionalism and kindness. Fantastic experience: I have extreme anxiety regarding dentistry, probably trauma from a school dentist when I was a young child. I’ve been looking around for ages for a dental practice that recognises extreme anxiety and offers solutions. That I feel comfortable in. And not made to feel like a highly strung and crazy patient. I honestly feel there is no judgement here. From the moment I met Dionne the lovely friendly receptionist, I already began to feel calmer and reassured, she was professional and very attentive. She was very proactive regarding fees and helped set up a payment plan that really was very reasonable. The actual layout and aesthetics of the decor, in the waiting room areas is very tasteful and calming, with lovely piped music, I felt like I was in a lovely boutique hotel rather than a clinical dental surgery. Today I saw Rose, the hygienist for half an hours appointment and she put me at my ease straight away. She explained everything she was doing and kindly suggested we could stop at any time, if I felt uncomfortable or overwhelmed. I really felt listened to and reassured and my fears started to melt away. I then went in to see the dentist Dr Kaly, she had already made an impression on me from my first initial visit. I felt 100 percent safe in her hands, she was extremely professional, calm, confident and friendly. I had expressed to her all my fears and worries and she addressed each of them with patience and compassion, medically she explained procedures too, instinctively I knew that if I couldn’t have-the courage to work with kaly as my dentist then I would not be able to go to anyone. I knew she had integrity! I am so pleased to say that thanks to her expertise I was without pain and calm during the procedure. I know that I can go back and have the rest of my work done and not worry. I really felt valued and I really did matter at this dentist not feeling like just a number. I feel confident that there is a plan for me moving forward and happy for the first time in my life at nearly 57 years old. That I do not need to fear anymore. Fantastic experience: Kaly is an amazing dentist - I have had 2 appointments with her now and she is lovely, kind and professional! She has helped me overcome my nervousness and is very understanding and actually listens to you and explains what she is doing and why. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Also Amelia (dental assistant) is professional and lovely and the reception staff are a pleasure too! I had a root canal under sedation in December and today my temp filling removed and permanent filling put in (awake and without sedation) and can honestly say I didn't feel any pain at all. Fantastic experience: My daughter visited today, she is diagnosed with autism and adhd accompanied by numerous sensory difficulties. We were recommended Danbury dental by our dentist for sedation, they were amazing from start to finish, my daughter finally recieved her treatment with no numbing! She wouldn't even have an X-ray before which shows how comfortable and at ease she felt! The care she received was 5* thank you for being so patient and understanding ! I highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Have only just started my clear aligner treatment but have been going dealing with Danbury Dental Care for a number of weeks now and have to say that they’ve been brilliant. The customer care is fantastic and they’ll do all they can to meet your requirements. It’s not my usual dentist but I’m more than happy to travel over half an hour each way to have my treatment here as they are so good! Fantastic experience: I recently had a wisdom tooth removed. Dr Anish and Kay made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure and, despite being warned that I might experience bruising and discomfort over the following days, I was left with no discomfort or pain whatsoever.
