I’m an extremely anxious patient, Mr Al -Hashemi is aware of this and treats me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Clinically, he is undoubtedly the best oral surgeon I have seen. And I’ve seen many, including Harley St. His extractions are seamless. Fast, thorough, calm and empathetic. From a mouth of horrors following failed cosmetic treatment (elsewhere) he has attempted to rectify, both myself and family members are happy to travel to see him, as opposed to local services. Fantastic experience: Fantastic man, from the start I was told step by step what was going to be done. In a week I had my top teeth taken out and a new set implanted. All of the staff were wonderful and to top it off I lost 10lb in weight due to only being able to have soup when the teeth were taken out.

My appointment was at 9:00, I sat in the chair at 9:06, was done and out by 9:15, the dentist spoke through everything with me and put me at ease. Fantastic experience: I came to the clinic last week after cracking a tooth and my own dentist not being able to get it out I was in so much pain so I booked myself in to the Mulberry clinic to have sedation. I was scared to death but Della the receptionist reassured me and brought us up a cup of tea as we were early. Dr Hashemi popped his head round the waiting room door and said hello so my nerves were settling but once in the chair I was terrified again. Both the nurse Stef and the dentist reassured me again and said I wouldn’t need sedation so I said I would try. Well in no time the tooth was out, so quickly that I couldn’t get my head round it. Yes the injections into a painful tooth weren’t pleasant but nothing was as bad as I had imagined it would be and poor Stef who was holding my hand the whole time must have been in agony! All I can say is thank you again for such a comfortable and calm experience. Everyone was so lovely and I would give 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Mum has returned today after being referred by her nhs dentist with 5 new teeth screwed in. Prior to this she had a titanium plate which she has had multiple of over 40 years. Finally she has proper teeth, can smile confidentially and eat using her front teeth. The dentist was super informative, friendly and compassionate as my mum is deathly scared of the dentist.. hence why her teeth had got in such bad condition. Can’t recommend enough! This surgery is pretty good they have a lovely receptionist who greets you on arrival, dental assistant who takes you through she too is lovely then to the boss he is the one that inflicts all the pain from injections to removal of nasty tooth oŕ root which he done very quickly. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Shawqi on the recommendation of a friend that had needed front teeth repaired in 2019. Shawqi spent a good hour or so explaining the procedure, expense and end result and totally reassured my fear of the unknown. I had same day all-on 4 removal and replacement with excellent personal & compassionate service. I can honestly say it's been a complete game changer for me. I can now smile confidently and don't need to hide behind my hand. I have many people comment on my beautiful teeth and smile. I return for regular check-ups all included in the original service and hygienist appointments. Mulberry are an excellent practice and the only practice I will ever need for the rest of my years.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction appointment with Mr Shawqi Al-Hashemi on Monday 19th August. I was slightly late due to traffic on public transport, but the dental surgery were understandable with me. But regarding the appointment, I was thinking I was going to be in there for more than 10 minutes, but was only in there for 5 minutes and the tooth was in and out within 5 seconds. He was so professional and efficient. He is one of the best dentistry professionals I’ve seen and been to.

Fantastic experience: After discovering I needed dental implants my dentist Dr. Jennifer Mountjoy of The Dental Center, Cayman Islands recommended Dr. Shawiq Hashemi of Mullberry Dental Clinic, Harlow, London to me. Despite living in the Cayman Islands we had a consultation with Dr Hashemi and Dr. Mountjoy who explained the process in brief detail. I've recently travelled over 13 ½ hours from the Cayman Islands to Harlow, London for this life changing experience after suffering with gum disease, tooth loss, dental pain and having to wear a bridge for many, many years. I’m having my first check-up this week. The stitches are starting to dissolve the swelling is subsiding and the pain is minimal. I’m just so pleased I had it done – and wish I had done it years ago. From beginning to end, all the staff at the Mullberry Dental Clinic were very caring, professional, talking me right through the procedure, checking up on me at each step of the way, after each intervention. Even the longest and most difficult part of the process, having the extractions and implant posts fitted, for which I had sedation, went very smoothly. I am very pleased with the result, my new teeth look very natural and I would definitely recommend Dr. Shawiq Hashemi and his team if you are considering having implants. I am absolutely delighted with how my implants look but most importantly, I'm gaining my confidence back. For this I'm beyond thankful to Dr. Shawiq Hashemi for making this all possible for me. Positive experience: I was greeted by friendly staff and all staff were friendly throughout. I did to wait as there was delays however when I went in I was only there for 5 minutes. I had my wisdom tooth removed and I have never known anything so quick. They were really claming and reassuring and made me feel at ease.

My husband is over the moon with his new teeth (and smile) there was virtually no pain and very little discomfort afterwards. Fantastic experience: Vivian is the hygienist at Mulberry Dentist & she is fantastic. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and was very nervous, however Vivian made me feel so comfortable and I’ve left with the most beautiful clean teeth! I’m now back to feeling confident. Negative experience: Was sent from Hadham dental practice to have an extraction. Dentist litterally RIPPED my tooth out broke the tooth next to it in half.my mouth was. bleeding profusely.Do not attend this dentist under NHS. Was not an experience I would recommend. Did not act in a professional Manor.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Mulberry dental was such a lovely one! I first booked in over the phone with Pam the receptionist and she managed to book me in for a same day appointment and when I arrived she greeted me by name, helped me fill in all the relevant forms and let me sit in the waiting room whilst I waited for my appointment. Then Lilia the hygienist was so sweet and nice I loved herrrr!! She was so professional and explained everything I needed to know about teeth and how to floss and when to do it. She even spoke about the angles at which I should be brushing!! Such a lovely team I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Shawqi is a top gun dentist in my opinion. I was referred here for a sinus lift as of course not too many “dentists” want to take that on. Super polite friendly and helpful, the work was completed swiftly and professionaly, even managed to get a couple of implants in also! Wish I lived nearer and could use his service more often, not that I enjoy having teeth pulled but I have suffered elsewhere for an hour with someone trying to remove a tooth, unsuccessfully! Positive experience: Had my wisdom tooth out here. The tooth was out in no time and had no idea it was even out it was so quick. However, I have seen comments around the Dr not being good with nervous patients and I would 100% agree with this as I am a nervous patient and he did not make me feel at ease one bit. He was definitely not friendly and I felt like I couldn’t even ask a question.

As a professional Mr Shaquie Al Hashmi did the implant to me .no pain at all . All take 20 minutes to do the implant . Now, can you imagine being in the chair, an injection to numb being given on an extremely sore wisdom tooth and despite groaning in pain, you're made to laugh? That was my experience! Negative experience: I was referred by my own dentist for a sedated wisdom tooth removal. I walked in to the clinic nervous/teary as I had never had a tooth removed before, which I did explain to them beforehand. Mr Shawqi Al-Hashemi brushed this off, told me to sit down and open my mouth, injected me 3/4 times with numbing and immediately starting pulling the tooth out. There was no wait time for the numbing to kick in so I felt everything. When I screamed he asked why, as if I would be screaming for no reason.. He prodded me with a few more numbing injections and finished the job. I was expecting to be sedated as a nervous patient, this is what I had been referred for. I can see past not being sedated, but the fact that he didn't even allow the numbing to kick in is a joke. This dentist should not work with nervous patients, he has no patience and just wants you in and out. They ask you to complete a form on your experience at their practice before you have your treatment... I wonder why.

Negative experience: A joke. I went there early December just because it is close to where I live and had good reviews on Google. Went with pain on the right side as an emergency appointment. Said I need a filling on each side and tried to push me for a tooth extraction and implant worth 2500£. Asked me to come the following week at 11 oclock. Went at 11. The dentist "Andrew something" says sorry I said 11 but I actually meant 10. Started rushing through. Did the wrong side and then said don't have time to do the one that hurts. I said do u realize u have done the asymptomatic side?! He said it would have hurt you later :-) Worse. He said now I have another patient waiting sorry about the mix up with times. Problem is we are shut for the rest of December so see you sometime in January (an exact month later) Seriously, he said that. They should somehow play the looney toons music on the background.

I had no pain during the treatment and it was so quick! I don’t know what’s going on in the next step but so far so good . Thank you all

Fantastic experience: Simply the best Dental Practice ever. Like most I have inherant fear of Dentists and the decison to have an implant was a tough one. I was recomemended to the Mulberry Dental Clinic by a friend and have never looked back. Extremely friendly and professional staff and Mr. Shawqi Al-Hashemi the Principal Surgeon is a consummate professional, super fast and made it all seem like a genuine walk in the park. I cannot thank him or the team enough and I would recommend this practice without hesitation. Five stars all the way for me!!

Positive experience: I got referred here for a tooth extraction, I was very nervous and the dental assistant was fab. Unfortunately the dentist himself wasn’t the greatest he definitely can’t come with nervous or scared patients. After him getting the hump and telling me he will refer me to the hospital on 2 separate occasions I had to just deal with my fear as I was in so much pain and waited long enough for the appointment. It was finally over once the tooth was taken out. The dentist told Me if I need another tooth out then don’t be referred back to him to referred to the hospital as I’m too much of a nervous person. Well I am happy to not go back there.

Fantastic experience: My 1st visit today, and very impressed, the staff are amazing and made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous. Tooth removal was painless, thanks again.

Negative experience: I was really disappointed as I was told that my mum couldn't accompany me despite me being disabled & on medication from my gp so that I could attend the appointment as I was so anxious. After struggling to get up the really steep stairs to the waiting room, there was a young couple waiting together as she was a bit nervous while my pensioner mum was waiting out in the cold. I've had no aftercare, not even a leaflet about what to do to prevent infection despite me having an autoimmune condition & I wasn't given any antibiotics.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to the Mulberry dental clinic by my dentist, as during a tooth extraction by my dentist broke tooth off in the gum line. I was quite nervous but they were all so professional. The whole extraction took minutes. I was so happy, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was very apprehensive about my impacted wisdom tooth extraction. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist (which sadist looks forward to it?!) but my fears were allayed at the Mulberry Dental Clinic. Even when I had a little panic they were so kind and reassuring. The procedure was completed incredibly quickly, I was astonished. Totally recommend this fabulous practice.

Fantastic experience: Daughter had a tricky tooth extraction near a nerve growing sideways. I was quite worried as I wasn't allowed in with her due to Covid but they were so friendly and made her feel at ease. Extraction was fast, painless and no issues afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Talented. Its a 10 stars. I was referred to Mr Shawqi Al-Hashemi and my husband as well. This Dentist is very talented and he has a great team too. Very professional. I recommend 100%. During my very first appointment with him, he extracted my teeth in a few seconds + no pain.
