Fantastic experience: After some poor experiences at other dental practices I have been attending Northwick Manor for four years. Kirsty and Adrienne have been responsible for restoring my dental health and encouraging me to be much more attentive to preventive care. Treatment has been exemplary and always after careful consideration of the options. I strongly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: New to the dental practice, I was greeted by the lovely and diligent receptionists at the front and guided to the hygienist’s room. A dental cleaning session by Miss Georgia Orme has been the most painless cleaning sessions I have ever had. A thorough professional and communicator, Miss Orme explained each steps of the cleaning as we went through it which made me feel at ease. After the session, preventative measures were provided in the form of interdental brushes most suitable for my teeth and further recommendations. All concerns were cleared in the most pleasant manner. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: If dentistry in general can be described as a pleasure, then Northwick Manor is the GOLD standard. I have an inherent fear of the dentist having suffered at the hands of the school dentist in the 60’s & 70’s. It was brutal. Once at work I found Mr Tipton in St.Johns, who was brilliant & I stayed with him over 30 years, until his retirement in 2012. Although I was transferred to a BUPA dentist, I didn’t feel either comfortable or confident, or indeed “a part of anything”. I found Northwick doing research online. After giving them a call I felt reassured that they could allay my dental fears. The receptionists are not only incredibly nice, kind & pleasant, but knowledgeable as well. I see Dr Kirsty. She listened to all my worries & concerns & after a very thorough examination explaining everything as she went along, gave me a full low down on what was needed & why? I am approximately half way through that treatment now, which includes crowns & it’s just such a positive experience. It’s like a whole new world of dentistry that is done “with you” as opposed to being done too you….there is a world of difference. There really are not enough adjectives to describe how amazing this practise is on all levels. Thank you to the whole team, you are amazing. 100% RECOMMENDATION

Fantastic experience: I went with Northwick to start Invisalign treatment and have stayed with them for dental checkups and hygienist appointments. I’ve always found everyone lovely, including the receptionists, my dentist Kirsty and my hygienist Georgie. They’ve been really helpful with my Invisalign, explaining everything and giving me hints and tips along the way. My teeth look so much better than they did and I trust their advice and have counteracted some dubious statements I received previously from an NHS dentist. While private dental treatment does cost more than on the NHS, the care and treatment I’ve received are very good and they have a variety of payment and insurance plans to spread out the cost. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Northwick Manor Dental Practice enough! I have struggled with dentists since I was very young due to previous experiences. I always had to have someone go with me, however after the 2nd appointment I felt comfortable and safe going on my own. Needles are a huge no for me, Natalia understood straight away and showed me every single piece of equipment she would be using so I would feel comfortable. Natalia has NEVER pressured or even hinted that a needle would have to be used.(in my case) she makes sure that you are aware you can take small breaks or stop if things get too much but not once have I ever had to do this, she’s very gentle. I have never wanted to go to the dentist but I found myself asking for extra work to be carried out because I felt so comfortable and knew it would be done properly and professionally! The practice is so welcoming and everyone there is very understanding and friendly, they remember every conversation you have had previously, they really do care about their patients!

Fantastic experience: Richard was superb, he explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He even drew me a diagram. I cannot praise him enough. Additionally all the staff there are fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I phoned the practice about an emergency I’d been having with a cracked back tooth. From the second I called the staff at the practice were incredible. They were kind, helpful and able to get me an emergency appointment the same day. Within a week I was able to come back and have the tooth extracted. Dr. Sharan was friendly, professional and very helpful and explained everything in amazing detail, making sure I knew exactly what the plan was and what to expect. As someone who has previously been incredibly anxious about seeing the dentist and needing work done, I can’t recommend Northwick Manor Dental Practice enough. I was treated with respect throughout my visit. All of the staff were warm, friendly and made me feel much less anxious bout the whole thing!

Fantastic experience: Looking for a second opinion on a course of treatment I’d been recommended by my usual dentist I called in to the practice as my needs were quite specific. Upon entering I received a really warm welcome from the lady on reception who was patient and attentive whilst I explained what I was looking for. I was booked in for an appointment for the following week but assured that I would also be placed on a priority list in case a cancellation became available sooner. Later the same day I received a call asking if I could attend an appointment that evening! Wow! From this point on my overall experience only got better! I was made to feel completely at ease from the minute I walked through the door for my appointment. Laura, the dentist, listened to me and allowed me the time to explain exactly what had happened, talked me through every step of the process in detail, before and during the treatment I had. Even when I felt like I was going to be sick, Laura and her dental nurse and another nurse were so incredibly kind and patient, reassuring me, getting me some water to drink, letting me take my time to compose myself again! The care and attention I received from all the staff was above and beyond anything I’ve experienced at a dental practice before. I am so grateful that as a patient who was in a serious amount of pain, not registered with the practice that I was able to be seen this efficiently. Thank You so much! Charlotte

As two people who used to get anxious about visiting dental practices and getting dental work done, this is now never the case since joining Northwick Manor. Richard is our dentist and he is so friendly, patient and always goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy & comfortable. When you visit, you know are in an judgement free zone and getting the best care from all professionals involved. All staff members deserve recognition including reception staff, dental nurses, etc. they all genuinely want to help & have always been so accommodating. Fantastic experience: I have to say, I have been to different practices along the years but Northwick Manor Dental are the best. Had a lot of issues with my teeth but Dr Richard Fairchild managed to fix everything quick and profesional. I must admit I am a bit scared of going to dentists because of my past experiences but had no problems, no pain whatsoever. This practice deserves all the five stars reviews they can get. Fantastic experience: My daughter had an appointment with the orthodontist and her assistant this morning. They were very patient and understanding. They really helped her to overcome her initial anxiety by listening and treating her with kindness and respect. Hopefully we can now make some progress towards getting the treatment she wants.

Fantastic experience: What a beautiful practice. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a warm smile and a hello on first name terms, which is lovely. You are checked in and offered a drink if you would like one.They are all so welcoming and make you feel so relaxed, and this is just the front of house. The practice is clean and very fresh, with what looks like fresh paint and decor. I can only comment on the one dentist I have used which is Sharan and wow what a kind and caring person with a vast knowledge and information, which he is willing to share with you to help you understand more what’s achievable and also to help you get the results you want. I have never had to wait for long periods of time between appointments and I can always find times to suit me, which is a massive plus compared to my previous practice. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who requires a dental practice or needs to move from their current one.

Fantastic experience: I went to Northwick after being advised by my current dentist I would need to wait for 2 weeks for an emergency appointment. I had suffered an injury while on holiday and chipped both of my front teeth. Not only did Northwick Manor see me straight away for a consultation, but they fixed my teeth there and then within the hour. The work Kirsty did was incredible you cannot tell I had any damage to my teeth, which is great as it wasn't a very good look for work. As a result of all the amazing things they have done I have left my current practice and set up to continue with Northwick! :) Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: I’ve got to admit that post extraction it was agony but now my mouth is comfortable and adapted to the loss of the pesky molar ! Hurrah! Firstly, Natalia , listened sympathetically , gave a thorough examination and fielded my many questions. It was evident she  had read up my recent and past dental records.  Her ‘ figure of eight ‘ extraction technique and advice was appreciated . Natalia’s extraction was less traumatic than I’d anticipated; the subsequent few days , regrettably, were excruciating! I learnt of the ‘joined up nature ‘ of the nervous system and the consequences following an extraction. On my return reassurance visit. Natalie’s good humoured conversational style, complemented by factual details benefited me . A useful follow up. Finally , the delightful  female Reception Staff member, Kate,   speedily and practically handled my early Saturday morning emergency visit and the evening return visit. She registered my needs. I have been with this practice for many, many years and continue to praise the service offered.

Fantastic experience: After sticking with my NHS dentist for a few years and on every visit being made to feel like rubbish about my teeth and leaving in tears from how i was spoken to i decided to see the hygienist Georgia at Northwick Manor. My anxiety around dentists is awful and it takes a lot out of me getting through the appointments. I was dreading my visit as although i have kept up with my check ups i hadn't seen a hygienist in over 10 years. The welcome i received at reception was lovely (I was in fact greeted by Georgie herself who then handed over to the lady on reception) and they carefully explained the forms I needed to complete. I immediately felt at ease. I was taken up stairs to the seating area and I explained to the lady I was anxious, she was lovely and told me I would be in safe hands. I could tell from the waiting room that this was no like no dentist i'd ever been to before. As i entered the treatment room and met with Georgia and her lovely assistant I burst out crying. Whilst I explained my previous history and anxiety around dentists they listened patiently and I never felt rushed or like a burden. Georgia took her time going through my current cleaning routine and then explained what she would be doing during my treatment. After every area of my mouth she gave me a little break to check I was ok before moving on to the next area. This was the least painful dentist experience I have ever had. Afterwards she explained what changes I could make with interdental brush sizes and wrote it down for me what to use in which areas and left me with 3 brushes to take away. When she showed me my teeth in the mirror I could have cried again. I couldn't believe how great they looked and how caring and compassionate both ladies were. My only regret is that i didn't go to Northwick Manor years ago. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. Thank you to Georgia and everyone at the practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Northwick Manor for a couple of months now and had some treatment done. Their professionalism is brilliant. I was so nervous to go back to a dentist after six years out, but they looked after me very well and were sensitive to what I needed. I would 100% recommend this practice.

Although I felt slightly apprehensive prior to the treatment Kirsty talked me through each procedure calmly, put me at my ease, and was very kind and extremely professional. Fantastic experience: I recently had my first visit to Northwick Manor Dental Practice after it was recommended to me by a family friend. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was welcomed with a warm smile and offered refreshments whilst I waited. My “wait” can’t really be classed as a “wait” because my name was called within minutes. My dentist, Kirsty, was unbelievably attentive. She was patient whilst I communicated my concerns and answered all my questions. My checkup was thorough and yet gentle— I have never before had any dentist take the time to explain each step of the appointment nor spend time to discuss the results of my x-rays in depth. Considering I’ve always been a nervous dental patient, I walked away relaxed and confident in the next steps of my dental plan. Once agreed, Kirsty also told the front desk what appointments to book me in for next- so I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. My key message is simple: I couldn’t recommend Northwick Manor enough & I wish I’d made the swap sooner! I’ve never before walked out of a dentist with such clarity, confidence & ease. My partner attended the appointment with me and was equally flummoxed with how high the bar was set for standard of care (in comparison to our previous practices). Fantastic experience: I changed to this practice after seeing good reviews and was not disappointed. My dental hygienist, Georgia and her assistant were so thorough, caring and professional it was a pleasure to have treatment and such a relief after previous dental practices poor treatment. Fantastic experience: I have been delighted with my experience of Northwick Manor Dental Practice. Staff are welcoming and professional and the dentists take the time to listen and explain any treatments and to give a variety of options where possible. I have recently moved my children over to the practice and I’m so glad I have done. One of them was quite apprehensive of going to the dentist- but it really felt like they received 5 star service, from walking in the door and being welcomed by Lisa, at reception to the dentist treatment. Lisa was so kind and made my children feel at ease. Fantastic experience: I have had serious and long-standing problems with my teeth, as I did not look after them properly during my teens and 20s. I joined Northwick Manor dental practice in 2020, during the pandemic. The NHS practice in Dudley which I had attended for many years before I retired had temporarily closed. I was quite reluctant to transfer to a private practice, because of the cost and because my NHS dentist had been excellent. However, I received a very thorough initial assessment with Faith, which identified repair work needed. Faith provided a careful explanation and plenty of reassurance, which persuaded me to enrol. Since then, I have been treated by two other dentists at the practice, Richard and Kirsty, both of whom have been excellent. I have had an extraction, removal of roots and several fillings, all of which have been done very professionally and without any adverse after-effects. In fact, I have now enjoyed the longest period of stability with my teeth for many years. As well as the high quality of the work which has been carried out, I have been impressed by the willingness of the dentists at Northwick Manor to explain the treatment options and to answer questions, and the kind, attentive and approachable culture in the practice. Finally, the reception staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful in booking and changing appointments.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this dentist enough, Kirsty is a phenomenal dentist made me feel so at ease. I suffer terribly with panic attacks but the service I received was brilliant and I got through it with a smile and a laugh. She even changed the music for me to feel more comfortable and hummed my way through the work I was having. Best service I have ever received! He is very knowledgeable and answers every question professionally, he also has great humour which makes for a better experience. Fantastic experience: It's a really nice practice with vibrant colours that take your focus away from being in a dental practice. The staff will sit down with you before a procedure and explain what they will be doing and answer any questions or worries about your procedure. Also the reception serves some really nice coffee, always a bonus.

Fantastic experience: Like a lot of people I have always found dental appointments and treatment difficult. I attended Northwick Manor Dental Practice with a broken tooth causing some pain. My appointment and treatment with Dr Natalia was the best experience I have had at a dental appointment. The environment is calm, peaceful and the welcome on walking in was so friendly I felt immediately calmer. Dr Natalia explained step by step what was happening. I didn’t feel the anaesthetic injection and didn’t have any pain or discomfort during the treatment. I am actually looking forward to having my other dental problems assessed and treated.

I felt that my needs were listened to and understood. A treatment plan was given and printed out for me to read in my own time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist was excellent and one of the best treatments I have had.

Above all was the Fantastic Staff who are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I booked an emergency appointment at this dentist and they fitted me in really efficiently. The receptionist was SO lovely, friendly and welcoming! Then the dentist that I saw (Sharan) was so calm, friendly and a great listener. He made me feel comfortable and at ease being there (as somebody who is super anxious of going to the dentist!) and talked through everything with me really clearly and was very informative. His assistant seemed lovely too! Such a positive experience and fantastic customer service. I would 100% go back here again and I’d recommend them to anyone! Amazing

Fantastic experience: I could not be happier with the service from these guys. I have tried many dentists over the last 20 years who have left me in a lot of pain and seemed to show no concern. At Northwick I have seen 4 different dentists and each of them treats you with respect and a high level of care. My teeth are in a bad way from long term illness that I have recently recovered from, but I feel confident that I am in good hands especially with Sharran who specialises in difficult extractions. I lost my faith in dental care for many years, but these guys have restored my faith and always make me feel comfortable and in control. It should also be noted that I am always welcomed with a smile and courtesy by the receptionists who often offer me a drink. I would highly recommend them, especially if you are nervous of dentists.

Fantastic experience: Visited here as I had chipped my tooth while training for team GB. I was very well looked after by Adrienne who did a fantastic job at repairing my tooth. Both Adrienne and Chloe P made me feel very comfortable and at ease even though I was super nervous. There was a lovely sense of team work at the practice with a smile on everyone's face. Would 100% come again.

Fantastic experience: Like another reviewer I feel so lucky to have been recommended this dentist. I’ve been told off by countless dentists for my teeth (sometimes in rather shaming ways) but Northwick have taken a different approach and it’s really paid off. They’ve been nice about my teeth from the start and explained exactly why and what happens when you take better care of your teeth and gums. I’m finally interdentally brushing daily, not to avoid being told off but as an investment in the lifetime of my teeth and at my appointment today was told my teeth and gums are now looking great! I’ve gone from dreading the dentist and avoiding it for 5 years to being fully committed to going every 6 months. Aside from the excellent care and attitudes of all the staff I’ve seen the actual atmosphere of the practice is relaxing and professional which also helps for a very nervous and dentist avoidant patient like I was! I highly recommend Northwick to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with Natalia today for a new patient appointment. She thoroughly examined my teeth, gums and mouth. She took photographs and x-rays, then discussed each with me and what each one means for me. We discussed a treatment plan and I am booked in for my first appointment in just a couple of weeks. I know I am in very good hands. Based on my experience today, I would have no hesitation recommending this dental practice, particularly Natalia.

Positive experience: Not a client (as of yet) but the receptionist Demi was incredibly helpful and pleasent to talk to and was good enough to take the time in discussing dental plan options with no pressure just helpfulness. Thank you for your kind manner and courtesy.

Positive experience: Initial visit only to establish possibility of treatment. Found reception staff extremely courteous and helpful. Very efficient and professional in their roles and a pleasure to converse with. Practices also very knowledgeable and precise when discussing possible treatment and appeared to be extremely proficient in all aspects of dentistry. Currently awaiting costings for proposed treatment and will have time to consider. No pressure to commit to treatment and would recommend this practice if private treatment is required. Initial consultation very worthwhile as the atmosphere was very relaxed and I was made to feel that my individual needs were paramount. So far an excellent and rewarding experience.

Fantastic experience: After coming down with a tooth infection just 10days before i was due to fly out on holiday and being told I couldnt be seen for 5 days to discuss having the tooth extracted at my dentist. I sought the help of Northiwick Manor, where i have my son registered. I spoke with the delightful Demi who took all the details and spoke to a clinician who agreed to see me the very same evening! I arrived and was greeted by the lovely reception staff and then by Dr Richard. Richard and his assistant (zara if i recall) were incredible! I was put at ease straight away. Richard listened to what I had endured the past week and that my antibiotics werent working and agreed to help get me out of pain and hopefully on my flight. My infected tooth was extracted that evening with almost no pain at all and today I have been back for my checkup which all went well and i am able to fly off on my holiday with my little boy tomorrow. I cant thank them enough! Thankyou again Northwick Manor ☺ Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: very impressed with the friendly staff. Kirsty has been very kind and informative, explaining everything she is doing during my root canal treatment. The treatment rooms (and the toilet)are very clean which gives a very good impression.
