Negative experience: Such a shame. Seem like lovely people and a really nice dentist. I have received excellent emergency treatment here, but prior to this I booked an NHS appointment online. I feel completely mislead and disappointed. Having booked the NHS appointment on their website I waited almost 3 months. I even received phone calls to confirm this as the website had booked me in multiple times. No mention of private at this time. Then on the day, 30 minutes before I attend I receive a phone call to tell me it’s not NHS and would have to pay privately. By letting me believe for all this time that I had an NHS appointment, confirming it, then telling me 30 minutes before that I don’t. I have wasted months I could have been sourcing elsewhere, I have no NHS appointment as described and confirmed on their website. This has left me so very disappointed, and to be honest angry that the courtesy of telling me perhaps 3 months ago was not given. I hope anyone else believing and trusting their website booking doesn’t fall foul to their bad practice and misinformation like I have.

Negative experience: Great dental and hygenist service in the past, but now unable to book an NHS appoinment for a check up, despite paying private fees for my hygenist appointments over the last 18 months, so I'll be seeking another provider.

Negative experience: Kept receiving email reminders to book “NHS Check up”. Every time I went onto the system, no appointments available. Finally managed to book an appointment for it to be cancelled without any explanation why or alternative appointment offered. Spoke to reception who advised “you’ll have to book online” & once again no appointments available for the foreseeable. With how incredibly difficult it is to book an NHS appointment you think an alternative would be offered at point of cancellation rather than having to fight for another slot at a later date.

Fantastic experience: Well, this is my first dental appointment in the UK and I must say I loved it. Dr. Ghafoor and his assistant did a great job talking me through the process. Reassured and encouraged me several times before and during the procedure. Very nice staff from reception to dental room. Would recommend to all. Thank you. Maureen.

Negative experience: I found the hygienist on my most recent visit to be very rude. He must have thought I will take my frustrations out on my next patient. I felt very uncomfortable around him as a result of his attitude

Negative experience: Unfortunately if there was less than 1 star i would give gentle dental. Who seem to book my appointment and then cancel at the last minute when I have arranged my children to be off school. I then rang 1st time the reception cut me off and then when I rang 3 times they kept putting off to talk to me and had registered my number and straight putting me on answer phone . This is now the third time they have done this and made me wait for weeks and then decide on the day to cancel and then no decency to ring and clarify. Disgusting and since they have gone private. Children are not important anymore!!!!! Disgusting behaviour and i would not recommend to anyone. Horrible staff who can't deal with their mess up. If it once I would accept but third time theu cancelled on me !!!!! . Ok to have posters that customers to be nice to staff but where is your kindness!!!!! Absolutely fuming!!!!!!.

Negative experience: I haven't been to this dentist in 3 years. I need a check up to see how everything's doing and they are trying to charge me £60.. for a checkup? The last time I came here it was for a tooth removal as my baby tooth had split in half as my adult tried to get through. They claimed they "numbed" it althought I felt every single twist it hurt really bad. I never had a fear of a dentist until then. THEN on top of that they go and remove us from this dentist without warning. I have been trying everyday for 2 months to get a NHS appointment and they will not do it. I'm going to try find a different dentist this isn't worth it
