Fantastic experience: Training with Mean Curls Training Academy (MCTA) seriously helped me level up my skills! Not only that but Neida also helped me address different aspects from my business page set up to social media content, which now I know is very important! The support and kindness from Neida was absolutely superb (very wholesome), I have never had 1-2-1 training before and this truly was the best experience. In particular the high standard of practical learning is what left me feeling more confident & wherever I felt unsure or confused we just started over each time with Neida carefully guiding me along the way. If you are thinking of taking a course for with MCTA I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have completed the Lift, Laminate and define course at mean curls aesthetics. I am so glad I did my course here as I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer! Every single process and step was explained perfectly with demonstrations and practice on models. You are made to feel so comfortable and confident to ask any questions that you have. Not only did I just learn the basics but she went above and beyond to give me all the best tips and tricks, including social media, taking the perfect photos, advertising, how to expand and grow. Everything was clean, hygienic and professional which is definitely important, not every course can offer you this. I couldn’t recommend mean curls aesthetics anymore! Fantastic experience: Having Neida as my mentor was an amazing experience not only due to her great knowledge but genuine need to help her students achieve and get to the best of their abilities. She praises the slightest accomplishments but also uses well-thought-out constructive criticism to help ensure you do it correctly and as best as you can, which makes such a large and positive difference. She offers extra help when she believes it is needed as she truly believes in all her students and will spend much of her time helping even after the course has ended. Fantastic experience: Neida is an absolute genius when it comes to brows. I’d never had any treatment done to my brows before & she took the time to ask questions and understand what look I was wanting to achieve rather than just giving me what I had booked in for. We discussed the result I was after and my day to day look for the brows. In the end Neida gave me a beautiful soft brow lamination and slight tint, which would fit in with my general day to day no makeup look. I had followed her page for a while before deciding to book as I was nervous to have a brow treatment after so long with my natural brows & I’m so glad I went through with it. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Fantastic experience: I booked on to the fine line tattoo course with Neida. Honestly can not recommend her enough. The course was very thorough and knowledgeable. The course was not rushed and she took her time to make sure I understood every step. No question was a silly question. I have been on many courses in the past and many do not care if you leave the course with any knowledge, they are just after your money. This was definitely not the case here. It was refreshing to find a trainer who actually wants you to learn and succeed. I really enjoyed the day, and left feeling confident and ready start my new venture offering fine line tattoos with all my knowledge. I will definitely be booking courses with neida in the future. Fantastic experience: i recently did the hybrid brow & lash lift/tint course with neida and it was such an amazing opportunity for me to grow my small business. she was so thorough with the training of the skills providing models of her own to show us live, as well as three models for us to practise on. one thing i loved about it is the fact she gave us business tips and she provided SO many products to actually start with for our own clients. not many people would give both skills and products. as well as this the salon is just absolutely gorgeous and so clean all the time which makes such a good difference! i will probably be back to do something else if it comes up because i know i will be getting the best training and support throughout the day as well as building my business xx ✨

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my 6 day course training with Neida at mean curls and have loved every single minute of it! We have learnt different styles of lashes over the 6 days including classics, YY lashes, Russians and hybrids. I honestly can’t recommend this course enough. My confidence in lashing has come on so much in the space of a few days with a massive help from Nedia along the way pushing me when I doubted my self. Fantastic experience: I get the baby girl lash extensions and have done a couple of times now. The most recent time I had them done the ladies at the salon worked together to make sure I walked out with the best lashes I could due to my natural lashes shedding complicating the application. Absolutely adore the lashes and no longer feel myself with out them.

I did the 2 days Classic and Russian Volume course, the sessions one to one was the best, Neida is the most caring and lovely person, she explained everything, I was amused on how confident she is and that inspired me a lot, she’s amazing and super professional. The 2 days course is covering everything what I needed to know to start, I didn’t had any experience, I started from knowing nothing and after 2 days I was able to perform what I learned on my sister, and the results were amazing. Fantastic experience: I have visited Mean Curls a few times now. I have my lash extensions done by Neida. I started with classics and then moved on to baby girl . I am always made to feel welcome by Neida and Emma. It is a lovely relaxed, though professional atmosphere. You can either enjoy some quiet time or chat about anything and everything (as I choose to do). In the past I have struggled with my eyes watering and being uncomfortable. I have never felt any discomfort when Neida has done my lashes. Neida has said it is all in the preparation and ensuring your eyes are protected. I feel able to request how I would like my lashes and the girls are so accommodating. I really do recommend Mean Curls . Keep up the excellent work girls xxx

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say that the one-to-one course that I had with you to make me qualified in Russian lashes and hybrids was so amazing i really like how to lash wrap which is a technique that not many the eyelash technicians use use themselves even experienced ones and this maximises the retention which is what will make you successful in this business, you also taught me how to use handmade fans straight away Which I love as we went into the deep end and you taught me a technique that will be beneficial to me in the long run and it’s really made my sets look amazing from the Jump, within two weeks of passing my course I am able to create full Russian sets with handmade fans which even experienced techs struggle you constantly kept up to date with me even though the course is over you still message me to see how I’m getting on you show me support on my page which is so amazing to get support from experienced tech on my page I know if I have any questions you will be there for to help me and guide me through the location of the course was amazing i Love your Salon and I feel as though you are really there for me throughout the journey with the products you suggested to me are work amazing and overall I would really recommend your one-to-one sessions with any up-and-coming eyelash tech as it will put them ahead of the game straight away❤️❤️❤️

Positive experience: The ladies who work here are lovely honestly, eyelashes and brows very well done. However I won’t be going back because they changed the appointment I booked with one person to another without informing me. I didn’t expect it and found it a bit disrespectful as I had expected someone I had been with before. May not be an issue for anyone else but if you have any form of social anxiety like me, I didn’t appreciate it

I have had both nails and lashes at this salon and would never go anywhere else! My lashes are always so full and last such a long time whether I have a full set or infill. Fantastic experience: I love this company. I have been going to Shae since I think the first week she started. She never fails to impress me. She is absolutely amazing and so so so talented. The entire store is lovely and calm and very pretty. All the employees are so nice and work very hard. Will always be my first choice salon. I would 1000% recommend. Negative experience: Absolutely Disgusting! Had an appointment today which I had to book online via instangram because after calling the phone number no one answers! I booked for nails by mistake but wanted lashes I sent so many messages no one replys ! In the message I said I would like to change to lashes and there was availability the day I wanted, I turned up to my appointment and explained what happened, for them to turn around and say that there wasn't a lash tec on site, didn't even ask me if I wanted to rebook just disregarded me and turn her head away and started talking to someone else so I said what are you going to do about the situation I booked this for my birthday! As I'm going out her reply was nothing I can do about it ! And continued to talk to someone else ! Communication awful Management awful No one monitors the phone Don't reply on social media No website No help what so ever ! Poped into another salon on my way back extremely upset and the owner has just made me a hot drink and moved appointments around for me to get an appointment that's how you run a Salon

Fantastic experience: Been getting my lashes done by Neida for over 3 years now. I’ve tried other lash techs in the area and no one compares to her, I’ve only ever left my appointment being over the moon with my lashes as she goes above and beyond on every set of lashes she does. Her salon is a safe place for everyone who walks through the door because neida and all her staff are the most genuine and lovely people! Everytime I get my lashes done by her she gives me the most motivational speeches I’ve ever heard in my life and always get the best naps in as I feel so safe with her. Hands down the best lash tech I’ve ever been too and would 100% recommended her to anyone who wants amazing, full and perfect lashes that have lasted me 5+ weeks.
