A, was my hygienist and she went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable, I was scared and not been to hygienist for a very long time. I now am no longer scared to attend thanks to Fathima's professionalism. Yesterday, I got to meet again a particular doctor that I met before to clean my teeth. Dr Hannah Genta. She was so lovely. She put me at my ease. This was my second visit with her. We chatted. Negative experience: My experience at Dental Beauty Camden today was very distressing and humiliating. 72 hours ago, my tooth started hurting severely, and due to stomach issues, I could not visit a dentist immediately. About 48 hours ago, the pain worsened, and when I woke up in the morning, my mouth was full of blood. Due to time constraints, from 8 a.m. until around noon, I searched for a clinic and finally got an appointment for the next day at 4 p.m. On the day of the appointment, I arrived at the clinic at 3:30 p.m., while my appointment was at 4 p.m. When I entered, the receptionist loudly asked what support I was under and what I was receiving, but later denied asking this. Her tone and behavior made me feel that the clinic does not trust its patients, while a professional clinic should trust its patients. I explained that my tooth’s root canal was damaged and infected. On the phone, I was told they would treat it, but when I arrived, the dentist told me that it had to be treated privately, costing £750 plus £28 for the visit, even though I was under NHS Universal Credit. She said that if I wanted it treated under NHS/UC, she would not give me a time immediately because it would take a long time and I would have to wait for an NHS appointment. During the visit, the receptionist took my phone, apparently to check my name, but accessed private sections of my Universal Credit account without my consent. When I realized it, I politely retrieved my phone, but she reacted negatively. This action caused me great distress and feels like an abuse of her role. I believe her behavior was overly possessive, harsh, and unprofessional, and in some ways insulting and humiliating. Unfortunately, some staff, due to their young age and lack of experience, do not have enough skill to interact respectfully and empathetically with patients. Instead of receiving dental care, I left feeling humiliated and upset. I hope the clinic management adds more professional and experienced staff to the system so that patients, especially those with financial or health difficulties, can be treated with full respect and care.

Negative experience: These practice hasJust been taken over I have been with them since along time ago when they were ace dental an they were good however they called cancelled mine an my kids appointment the day before our check up I tried to rebook an they were rude an were trying to offer me only 3.30pm appointment that conflict with the school pick up the reception lady first hung up then the next one kept repeating that she can't book it an if I am ten mins late then they can't see me yes I know that's why I am asking for an appointment for 4.15 so we are not late they only seem to accommodate things like hygiene appointments an proper dental health comes as a secondary I will be now joining elsewhere as this is not acceptable.

Negative experience: I attended this clinic’s Invisalign Open Day, which was advertised as offering a free consultation and £2,000 off Invisalign treatment. However, the reality was very disappointing and misleading. You don’t actually get £2000 off. I felt misled and pressured. The quote I received for Invisalign treatment was also significantly more expensive than other clinics I’ve consulted. On top of that, when I decided not to proceed, the receptionist became noticeably rude, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. Don’t waste your time.

Fantastic experience: Been a patient for many years, both NHS and private treatments and always been very satisfied with the standard of service. Dr Hannah has been my dentist for about a year or so and has impressed me with her professional skills and warm personality. She has given me exceptional treatment and gone the extra mile this week. I saw her first thing on Monday, having lost my top front crown over the weekend. I knew the only immediate option was a single tooth denture and she took careful impressions and promised to try to get the lab to do the work as a priority as I am volunteering for a charity in a very public position all over the bank holiday weekend. It was very upsetting but Hannah managed to get the tooth made and fitted it this afternoon, just in time. Fitted perfectly and looks so natural, I'm completely happy and you'd never know it's false. Thank you Hannah for saving me the embarrassment of having to face all those people without a front tooth. You're an absolute angel
