Positive experience: My dentist at this practice has been one of the nicest, most thorough and gentlest I’ve ever known. It’s hard to get hold of the receptionists at times and calls are rarely returned if messages left. They’re friendly on site but not so efficient with communication. That’s my only feedback. Getting onto google to leave this review was crazy, however. I suggest using another platform.

Fantastic experience: After 27 years I forgot what a filling feels like and was anxious about revisiting the dentist to actually get work done... But I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience with Ayesha. She was so gentle, that I didn't even feel the initial injection. She explained everything and began by talking me through the procedure- so that I know what to expect. A super helpful approach for people like myself who are anxious. I'm a very grateful patient today :)

Fantastic experience: My upper teeth needed to be taken out and replaced. My Dentist Ayesha is a wonderful person She will listen and explain everything you need to now. As I don't like pain I'm not the best person for the Dentist . Ayesha put me at ease. She explained about diffrent plates I was able to have. I did have a nhs plate put in It was OK But then I decided to pay for there other Plates on offer . I choose there top of the range I had them fitted today. The color was normal teeth colour and the gum was made to blend in with my gums And the fit is perfect, no glue to keep them in place needed I feel in my self a lot happier with them Thank you Ayesha for your help and time. I Recommend Ayesha anytime. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: I am a very reluctant patient at the dentist as i suffer with fibromyalgia which means my pain threshold can be near zero. Because of my fear, i had not attended a dentist since pre-pandemic time, so i was very surprised when i was offered a same day appointment after two of my teeth had painlessly fallen out. My main concern was getting the glaring gaps in my mouth at least camouflaged. The layout of the surgery had completely changed since i had last attended, as well as the staff. I would have forgiven the staff for giving me a lecture about regular attendance but they could not have been more helpful and pleasant, nor less judgemental. The dentist, Ayeesha Ahmed was very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. I explained my situation and she listened, then carried out an examination. I told her about my fears and my condition and she checked my records then outlined my options for treatment, without pressurising me in any way. She temporarily dressed my teeth, which allowed me time to think about my treatment and choose. She also discussed strategies for managing both my fears and pain, which i greatly appreciated. Ms. Ahmed’s approach and professionality made my dreaded emergency visit to the dentist a pleasant and positive experience. Furthermore the surgery is a pleasing, calming space and scrupulously clean, which also instils confidence. I will certainly not dread my follow-up visit as much. I am very grateful for this.

Shiaob, Abdul (Dental Consultant), and all staff are the most professional and thorough dentist team I have ever had the pleasure to work on my teeth. Team explains all procedures very carefully and what the procedures need to be done. Very honest and very trusting! I would not go anywhere else, unless it was an emergency where I was away. I have been going to EAD for years. BEST DENTAL SURGERY ANYWHERE!

Over the years, I’ve had a variety of dental procedures, including Invisalign, and the care has always been first-class. Fantastic experience: I came across this practice by chance on Social Media as i was unable to register with one closer to home and all I can say is im so glad. Its a small practice so ive met everyone during the time of my extensive treatment. The place is absolutely spotless, modern, easy to access area, reception staff are so polite and helpful. Ali is my dentist and he is just amazing at what he does. Im an extremely nervous patient due to bad past experiences but Ali explains everything about procedures and options in fine detail, he isnt rough with you and honestly does his best to make it a pleasant (if thats possible lol) experience and takes it at your pace. Quality of treatment is top notch. I have no intention of leaving the practice now

Fantastic experience: First time in 12 years able to get a dental appointment so I was already impressed. But how much has your dental appointments changed in that time. The lovely friendly receptionists meets you as you walk in and the waiting room is cozy and relaxing. Gone are the days of 6 ft high pictures of someone getting teeth worked on, fluorescent cold lighting and the sound of dental drills, the sounds that immediately put you on edge. Warm and modern styling, a tv sat on nature documentaries and no sound coming from the operating rooms. I was so relaxed when I got called in by the lovely Ali, he was wo easy to chat to and put me so at ease. He explained in detail what the state of my teeth were, good points, bad points (I need to floss) and what my treatment plan would be, and the costings and different options for me from NHS to private fillings and crowns. What a wonderful experience I had. We feel very honoured to have Ali and the team as our dentists.

Dr. Hafeez has done restorative work on my teeth on multiple occasions and it's always been a positive experience. Friendly, quick and professional service and with freezing done really effectively each time it's been painless. I'd especially recommend them for people who are afraid of going to the dentist. I don't dread getting work done anymore! 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! All dental and reception staff are more than welcoming and helpful. I was very uneasy about the dentist due to prior experience from when I was younger but since going to East Ayrshire Dental I don’t mind going to any appointments now. They talk to you throughout your whole appointment and explain what work will be carried out and let you know what’s happening throughout your treatment which I personally find much more relaxing than not knowing what’s being done. 10/10!!

It's not just a dentist office, it's a group of people that are friendly, welcoming and helpful plus make you as comfortable as possible during your visit. You have questions? Well they've got answers and they'll explain as best they can without making you feel rushed or feel like you're in the way. Not once in a little over 2 years have I ever felt like a bother or just a customer. They make you feel like you're with friends and what more can you ask for? You're greeted with a friendly smile at the front door, a friendly smile when you go into the room for your appointment and that same friendly smile on your way out. If you're looking for a dentist that treats you like a friend and a person then these awesome people are well worth visiting!

Fantastic experience: I am just about finished with my invisilign process, and I have been more than happy with the process and results from start to finish. The staff have been excellent in every visit, and the service/reassurance they have provided has been great. The invisilign results have changed my life, as before, I would very rarely show my teeth when smiling in photographs and my smile would negatively affect my self esteem. Now my teeth are in perfect shape and the whitening has made a huge difference to the colour. The whole thing has improved my confidence and happiness greatly. Would definitely recommend!
