Fantastic experience: These guys take really good care of teeth, and people. I got a toxic metal filling out with a great holistic dentist making sure I didn't get ill from the removal process. (See pic). Gloves and tools were changed to avoid contamination between old one coming out and new one going in. Safe filling put in layer by layer. You won't get this treatment with a normal dentist! Top equipment used to examine teeth, too. All staff were lovely and made me feel safe. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I didn't go to a dentist for 12 years because of an unpleasant experience in the past. This practice has single handedly fixed my fear of dental work, to the extent where I have been able to get an implant to replace a tooth I lost 17 years ago. Fantastic experience: I came to the smile gallery after a recommendation from a friend. Since I was a teenager I all I ever wished for was a perfect smile. I never smiled showing my teeth, and was extremely self conscious about them. I also had a massive fear of the dentist after a bad experience with a root canal many years ago. This fear never needed to be a thing with the smile gallery. The whole team at the smile gallery has been with me every step of the way to my dream smile. They have gone above and beyond for me. And I cannot thank them enough. Graduating the second time around I was a compleat different person now with my dream and I could not stop smiling for the whole day! Fantastic experience: Today I visited The Smile Gallery for an emergency appointment after knocking my teeth out at work. The staff were amazing as soon as I arrived and made me feel welcome and comfortable straight away. Fantastic experience: I required a dental implant for a front tooth and decided to ask Dr. Rahul to give me some honest advice. This he did with professional and practical examples. So I decided to go ahead and have the implant. The best thing I ever did! I now have a smile to die for. I ask friends and family which tooth is the new implant, not many guess the correct one. Negative experience: I booked an appointment with The Smile Gallery in January for periodontal issues, thinking they were gum specialists. However, after my initial visit, the dentist downplayed my concerns and referred me to the hygienist, who since only provided two routine cleanings. Now, after being booked for another appointment in six months, with no real treatment plan or improvement, I decided to look elsewhere. I went to Graystone Referral in Hassocks, where my concerns were taken seriously. They did a thorough investigation with X-rays, tracking and photographs and started proper treatment immediately. I now know what the issue is which has been a real weight off my mind. After 8 months at The Smile Gallery with just two run-of-the-mill hygienist visits for a serious gum issue, my condition significantly worsened. Ironically, when I canceled my final appointment, the receptionist mentioned they had a periodontal specialist—exactly who I should have seen from the start. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I am writing to share my recent experience with The Smile Gallery. After suffering considerable pain due to a molar tooth breaking in half, I searched for local dentists and discovered The Smile Gallery. Their website was exceptionally user-friendly, allowing me to easily send a message requesting an appointment. Although I missed their call the following day, I promptly returned the call and spoke with Kira, who was clear and professional. She efficiently checked for the next available appointment and confirmed a booking for two days later. Upon my arrival at The Smile Gallery, I was pleased to find sanitisation measures in place. I proceeded to the reception area, where I met Kira in person. Her professionalism and reassuring demeanour helped ease my anxiety while I waited to be seen. Shortly after, I was invited into the treatment room, where Rahul and his colleague conducted an X-ray of my mouth and diagnosed the issue. They presented multiple treatment options, and I chose to have the tooth extracted. The procedure was swift and painless. Fantastic experience: I have recently received excellent treatment from Ali Rifai.Due to infection causing bone erosion on lower jaw,I had to have 2 existing implants removed,insertion of bone graft and 2 new implant pins to receive new bridge spanning between Lower right 4 and Lower Right 7.I can certainly recommend to anybody who may be needing this type of advanced dentistry in the future.

After a bad experience with a previous hygienist I now see Michelle who is so lovely, professional and welcoming and always does a great job. I also saw Tessa for the first time today and she was absolutely lovely, chatty, friendly, understanding and kind and I really felt she made time for me despite me just popping in for a checkup. Fantastic experience: This is for Rachel, the dentist who did my wisdom tooth extraction last week. I just wanted to thank her for her kindness and patience, as she is aware I had an extraction with another dentist last year which resulted in nerve damage and a huge amount of pain. I still get pain from this extraction which has made me anxious about having anything else done. Rachel understood this and put me at ease by taking her time and talking me through everything. The smile gallery literally saved my holiday: they gave me an appointment on very short notice and in just a few mins, dr rahul fixed my crown back temporarily until I was able to get home and get a new crown- exactly what I needed. Negative experience: Not a great experience with these guys to be honest I called them for an emergency because I was in agony they had me in and done nothing and charged me £150 went back a further 3 times to which they did nothing I think I've spent around £600 for them to basically tell me what was wrong and that I need a lot of work went back the last time thinking they are going to sort my teeth out that had pain but the dentist done the teeth that weren't in pain so again I left there in agony to which they charged me £298 absolute con

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient who suffers from severe anxiety I found the smile gallery very helpful and respectful of my needs. I have to be put to sleep to have any work done and they have been very accomodating. I came in with severely damaged teeth thinking I would need full dentures but was assured that wasn't the case. Two appointments later and I am so pleased with how they have started! I am half way through my treatment and couldn't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: My Invisalign treatment with The Smile Gallery has been exceptional. Dr Ras was my dentist throughout the whole process and she was great because she explained everything in great detail to me so I didn’t feel anxious about anything at all. I had my labial frenum removed in between my front two teeth to ensure my teeth moved together better by Dr Rhal. He along with Dr Ras made me feel extremely comfortable about the whole operation. Dr Ras, along with Jade, Nicole, Charley and Abbie have been the team that have taken me through the whole process and all of them have been incredible. Leane on reception has also made booking in regular appointments stress free and has been a really friendly face to see every-time I’ve stepped into the Gallery. They have all been incredibly kind, professional and informative, even coming in early and staying late on occasions just to ensure I had the best treatment they could offer. My life has genuinely changed for the better since completing my Invisalign treatment and I’m eternally greatfull for the team at The Smile Gallery for helping me do it. Fantastic experience: Where do I start ?? I can honestly say the smile gallery has completely transformed, not only my smile but my overall confidence! I’d always been self conscious of my teeth, I had quite a gap in the middle and had always longed for a smile to be proud of. I had two back teeth missing which always concerned me and a bridge that hadn’t really ever matched my other teeth, in my opinion. I saw an offer on Instagram for implants at the smile gallery and that was when the journey began. From my very first visit to my last, EVERYBODY at the smile gallery made me feel I was their only patient. I was extremely nervous of dentists But I can honestly say I no longer have any problems at all, in fact I look forward to going now as it’s like visiting friends. Rahaul, who performed all of my work, was the kindest most patient dentist. He explained EVERYTHING and totally put me at ease from the moment I met him. I really did feel in safe hands. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Aak over the last few months for a range of cosmetic procedures. I have had filler and Botox for many years but honestly say I have never had a result as amazing as what Dr Aak managed to achieve. I have, for many years sunbathed with no sun protection and have a lot of sun damage to my face. This has almost disappeared with the skin cream Dr Aak has introduced me to. After a very stressful year I was certainly feeling my age but was not happy with the results I was getting from other practitioners. I did not want to look like I had anything major done to my face, I just wanted to look fresher. I felt confident enough to let Dr Aak do what she thought was best to achieve my desired outcome and WOW I was not disappointed. The woman is a miracle worker! Fantastic experience: I visited Aak & Jade at The Smile Gallery looking to get botox and maybe lip fillers. They made me feel at home and relaxed, both incredibly easy to chat to - felt like i’d known them for years! Aak was so informative about both procedures helping me decide to get botox and a lip flip instead of fillers. The botox was completely pain free in my forehead with the tiniest tingle on my lips and i’m i’m over the moon with the final result, better than I ever imagined. Fantastic experience: I’d been contemplating Invisalign for a long time and had various advice regarding a complicated cross bite. The over riding advice from other consultations was to go with fixed braces - likely for a min of 18 months which at 40 wasn’t something I felt comfortable with. Its also a nerve wracking choice given the financial aspect! My consultation with The Smile Gallery was incredibly thorough and I could tell their expertise was excellent. My regular dental practice had heard good reports from them. Because my cross bite was so complex I started the process realistically saying if I could get even 80% correction I’d be thrilled. Fast forward two years and I’d say the result is greater than that and i wouldn’t have done anything differently- I feel really confident with my smile and the cross bite is an issue of the past. The treatment was all bar one week of early discomfort- pain free and the treatment plans and guidance seamless. I’ve recently been for some post treatment advice around my retainers and it’s always nice to return and get the same experience. I am very grateful to have been in good hands and feel so confident with my smile now. Thanks to Dr Rahul and the team for great results!

Fantastic experience: I came to The Smile Gallery as my old NHS dentist was not letting me book an appointment after covid. I just wanted general dentistry & a clean. I had my first appointment with Dr Rahul and I learnt so much about my teeth, I found the scan really informative also! I then decided to go ahead with Enlighten whitening to freshen up the colour in time my birthday. 2 weeks later I came back for a review and the difference is amazing!! Thank you so much. Whilst here I also booked a consultation with Dr Aak as I was a bit conscious about my skin, I am now on a simple skin care routine and after 3 weeks on it, i have seen results already! I ended having Profhilo with Aak which has really helped my skin. I also booked in for a course of Retinol peels with Nurse Jade, I have only had one so far and can already seen the difference. Dr Aak recommended skincare too which I have now started which has been a game changer. Her knowledge is amazing and she made me feel so confident that I had choose the right clinic.

I have always had issues with my skin, I have a lot of scarring due to never taking skin care seriously etc. When I met Dr Aak I realised this had to change so she got me started on the most amazing skincare! Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Ras for the last year and just recently completed my smile journey, I was initially very nervous about attending the dentist after a few years of avoiding it, but Dr Ras instantly put me at ease. We came up with a plan to achieve what I needed/wanted and at every stage Dr Ras explained everything clearly, I was always given options and there was never any pressure applied to make decisions. It has been a joy seeing Dr Ras regularly during the last year due to her professional and friendly nature, plus she has always made sure everything is as comfortable as possible. Negative experience: As a recent customer of the Smile Gallery, I can NOT recommend them. The wording used in their treatment plans is completely misleading. When purchasing an Invisalign treatment package, you would expect all items included within the plan to actually be Invisalign, or at least of the same standard of quality. They are not. Using duplicitous wording, and not highlighting key facts is a deceitful way of supplying inferior products. The aftercare failed dramatically and I was left with no alternative but to spend more money with different practice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending The Smile Gallery since September 2021 when I first started my Invisalign journey, it’s now come to an end and I am so happy with the end result and not to mention the service from The Smile Gallery team. Dr Rasneet has been my dentist, and she has been amazing!! I actually got a little emotional coming to the end of my journey, over the years my dentist experience has not been great, which has lead to me feeling quite anxious to go. Rasneet has changed my view on that, and has not only given me confidence with my smile but confidence again in going to the dentist. Rasneet and the rest of the team have always been so welcoming, inviting and friendly! They also got me a lovely card and bottle of Prosecco when they found out I got engaged! It’s going to be strange not popping in every few weeks for a check up on my Invisalign progress, but it’s safe to say I will definitely be returning! Thank you Rasneet and The Smile Gallery team! Fantastic experience: So pleased, I decided to register with The Smile Gallery in East Grinstead. I had my first appointment with Dr Rahul Nehra last week, and was very impressed by the relaxed, friendly, informative experience. It’s reassuring to know that Dr Nehra has won many accolades for his work. A well set out treatment plan was emailed to me the same day.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Nehra and The Smile Gallery by my regular dentist for a tooth extraction. I felt comfortable and in very safe hands from the moment I walked in. Dr Nehra took the time to talk through my options and help me make an important decision. He and the rest of the team were all outstanding. I left the practice with very clear instructions on how to ensure that my socket heals properly. It's been three days since and all is well so far.

Fantastic experience: Really thorough consultation with 3D scanning so you can see your teeth in a whole new perspective and discuss any issues whilst being able to see what they can see. Rahul spent a long time discussing things I could do at home to improve overall gum and tooth health as well as ways to reduce staining etc. This was probably the best experience I have had with a dentist.

Fantastic experience: In my 40+ years of visiting private clinics ..Honestly this is one of the very best I have ever joined! All the staff are so friendly, helpful & welcoming…and I definitely won’t be going anywhere else from on! Highly recommend to all!

Fantastic experience: I am under the care of Rahul for my Invisalign Braces. Him & his team are so friendly. Rahul was very honest with me before I started my treatment & said he didn’t think I needed the braces as it’s a big cost for a slight change. I appreciated his honesty & knew it wasn’t about the money but the outcome for him. So I decided I wanted the braces anyway. He is extremely professional, funny and makes the experience so pleasant. I was greeted at the door and instantly made to feel welcome, especially for someone who’s afraid of the dentist due to poor treatment from a different practice. Fantastic experience: Fantastic treatmemt at The Smile Gallery. I called for an emergency appointment after my current Dentist had suggested root canal treatment but couldn't start treatment for a further two weeks. The Smile Gallery saw me the next day and recommended a much less invasive solution. I was given an appointment a few days later and although very nervous, they were patient, kind and the treatment was pain free. My tooth looks better than before and more importantly no pain. Needless to say I have now left my previous Dentist and will be seeing The Smile Gallery going forwards. Cannot recommend highly enough

They’re extremely knowledgeable and answer any questions you have without making you feel stupid! They’re extremely friendly, perfect place to go - especially if you don’t particularly like going to the dentist. Am loving the start of my journey with my teeth and can’t wait to see them when they’re all done.

Having not gone to the dentist since a child due to a fear of the dentist and pain, I’ve had quite an extensive list of treatments and an extraction. The whole team are very welcoming and caring and they always make you feel at ease and never rushed. I have, and will continue to recommend them to friends and family! The journey continues.
