Fantastic experience: I had an urgent need to see a dentist as one of my teeth had cracked and the filling came out. I was seen quickly, within a couple of days and a very effective intervention undertaken. All of the team: receptionists and dentist, were delightful. I continue to be impressed by this team.

Negative experience: EDITED .....THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL , SO EDITING MY PREVIOUS REVIEW I was accused of not attending appointments up to three times which is absolute lies. I was in hospital and inform them as soon as I could and then I had sickness and diarrhea bug. I also informed them as soon as I could then, but it seems like they would rather I had gone into this surgery and spread the bug around. Received a very poorly written abrupt letter from them saying I was now off their books and they will be reporting me. Vile place with vile staff. AVOID

Negative experience: I would avoid this practice. First of all the dental work I received here was below average every time I have a cap that is a completely different colour and pertrudes from the other teeth. On top of this don't cancel appointments last minute as they will block you account with no warning. When you try to discuss your issue's you are practically ignored by admin staff and management . Will be reporting to DCS

Fantastic experience: The reception staff and dental nurse were lovely, as they always are. Stephen was excellent, very friendly and reassuring. I feel very well looked after and would recommend him and the surgery to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Stephen Roberts was so thorough and explained in detail why I need the work doing that I requested. I had thought it was just how my teeth were but he pointed everything out on the X-ray. He is also extremely gentle. I can’t wait to have the work done.

Fantastic experience: I saw Gemma today, she was amazing. I explained to her how nervous is was and where my love of all things dentistry ranked. Despite that confession she was nothing but excellent. She went at my pace and was happy to stop when I needed to gather myself. As always my eyes leaked during the procedure, my only criticism would be that Gemma let me leave the surgery with mascara tracks down my face!! Although I'm booked to go back in a month!!!

I was unable to get another appointment due to the dentist shortage until my appointment with Stephen. I was very anxious and told him this. I needn't have worried. He was patient, kind and put me at ease. Luckily I only needed a check up but I came out with my anxiety quelled and faith restored in the fact that my new dentist is an asset to the practice. As are the receptionist and dental nurse working with Stephen. Thank you Stephen.

Fantastic experience: I have had the worse experiences with a few local dentists in the past which has caused me to have anxiety and panic attacks. I got booked in here and made to feel welcome. The staff are lovely. I was seen by Parsa, an amazing guy, and his lovely assistant and to put up with me needs a gold medal. He made me feel a little at ease, but because of how bad I am It will take a while. Can't thank them enough so far. 100% recommended

The Dental Practice have great staff, the receptionists are always helpful, and both my Dentist and Hygenist do a thorough job, and always put me at ease. It's only a short walk from Hamilton Square Railway Station, which gives me the option of going there on the train, rather than taking the car.
