Negative experience: Was passed the details for this dentist by 111 to try and get an emergency appointment for my 6 year old son, said they couldn't see him under nhs but could if I paid privately, putting profit over the well being of a 6 year old child.. this wasn't the only practice, and I will be leaving a review on every one that turned my son away unless we paid ridiculous amounts. This is absolutely disgusting and shows for them its all about profit and no compassion for a child...I hope youre ashamed

Fantastic experience: I had Loren and Zoë, I called them the Dream Team. Both of them were brilliant, friendly and professional. Loren did an absolutely amazing job repairing my broken tooth, with absolutely no pain or discomfort whatsoever. The ladies on reception were also welcoming and helpful. A very positive experience all round.

Fantastic experience: I just went in for a deep teeth cleaning, a regular 6 month appointment and the hygienist who cleans my teeth is not only a charming person but far more importantly he has the most gentle touch of any hygienist who has ever cleaned my teeth. Even when digging around for the deepest set piece of plaque he manages to cause no pain. I thoroughly recommend him as does my wife, who is very anti visiting dentists or doctors.

Fantastic experience: To list just the Dentist is unfair, the receptionists, the procedure and overall experience was good. This was my first visit and the dentist gave me the most thorough checkup I've had and I'm 74

Fantastic experience: I sort of hit the wrong button but this gives me the option to be able to complement both the dentist and the dental assistant. Loren was calm and patient and answered all my questions. She also did an excellent job of giving me an injection. The dental assistant did and excellent job of gathering the water from my mouth so I didn't gag.

Negative experience: Appalling service I work and came out of work in Lyme to attend the appointment i was 7 minutes late and they refused to see me as clearly its a cattle market service in order to maximise profits before considering people and efforts they make to attend appointments booked almost a year in advance. I urge anyone treated the same by these people to complain as they need to change their policies and be accommodating. Patients are not pound signs there's real people with real lives who need dental treatment and this kind of system is appalling.

Fantastic experience: My first time to Allenton dental practice, very warm welcome by receptionist as I walk through the door Checked in showing to the waiting room which I waited for under five minutes then taking him into the treatment room for my checkup. The dentist herself was such a lovely lady. She treated me with respect explained to me everything she is doing And just about to do also the Dentist assistant was very friendly and made sure I was nice and comfortable in the chair. Normally, I don’t like going to the Dentist personally, but this time I had a good experience And probably wouldn’t mind going back and seeing him again in nine months

Fantastic experience: I’m terrified of the dentist and I hadn’t been in over ten years. My dentist was absolutely brilliant at keeping me calm, telling me what was going on and not causing any pain, which was what worried me most, through out the procedure.

Negative experience: Disgustingly poor service. Told a refferal had been done on 3 seperate occasions, left with toothe ache for over a month only to find out that it hadn't been done at all. If you can use another practice I would.
