Fantastic experience: Kim has been my hygenist for over a year now and I was an extremely nervous patient. From day 1 the practice has been fantastic. I can now go for deep cleans with no anxiety, Kim and all the team are always so gentle, caring and understanding. Fantastic experience: I don't give 5 Stars easily, but once you commit to private treatment, what you actually get is streets ahead of what the NHS is capable of. You see a private dentist - a highly skilled person who does what they do very well - but when you need something like an implant, they direct you to a specialist. They do implants so often, their procedures are finely tuned, they've come across almost every possible version of them, and as a result, they are quick, proficient and totally pain free. It's like going for a blood test where that person does it all day, every day - you don't feel it and it's quick. The first session at NDS involved (in layman's terms) removing a broken off tooth and then putting the implant into the same 'hole'. Hamed was very crafty - I never noticed him putting numbing gel on my gums, so the actual injection happened without me being aware. No pain, no drama - but a very safe and sterile process he called an operation. Everything healed properly and today was my last visit. Now I can go back to my dentist for the actual tooth part. I'm not a stressful person, but would recommend them for anybody with a dread of dentistry. The surgery is nice and extremely well equipped and all the staff are really nice. It is comforting having real experts doing the work.

Fantastic experience: I have recently been discharged from this practice following treatment for gum disease and the fitting of two dental implants. I have been treated very professionally throughout by Hamed and his team with great care given to my comfort during procedures. The final result is quite remarkable, I now smile without hiding my mouth and the gum disease has been improved to such an extent that I now need no further specialist treatment. I must give a special mention to Kim the hygienist who has looked after me for the last few years. She is so gentle and caring but always thoroughly professional. Thank you NDS !

Fantastic experience: Was referred to NDS by another dentist to remove a badly broken extraction attempt. I had quite a bad phobia of dentistry due to the horrendous experiences I've had in the past and more recently, from the dentist who refered me to NDS. I use the phrase 'had a phobia' as Hamed and the team are nothing short of exceptional. Hamed is patient, caring, welcoming and has a calming influence. He explained exactly what he was doing and how he was going about it, he took his time afterwards to make sure that I was alright and well. Fantastic experience: I have recently completed 2 years of dental treatment by Dr Andres Pradales and his assistant Joanna, starting with treating my severe gum disease , subsequent removal of some teeth, and culminating in having 2 implants. I cannot praise them enough for the care and attention to detail I received at their hands, everything was explained clearly. Some of the procedures were uncomfortable but Dr Pradales took great care to put me at my ease and make things as painless as possible. Fantastic experience: I have just completed my treatment today at Norfolk dental specialists and must say the service from beginning to end was amazing. Feeling a little worried at the beginning all staff made me feel at ease , the reception staff and dental nurses are wonderful a credit to your company. My actual treatment was under dr imran sharif who was so kind and helpful, nothing was any trouble , everything was explained and organised I was never kept waiting. Fantastic experience: 2 implanted front teeth. An excellent experience. Slightly longer process than expected but mainly due to the Dr recommending a bone graft to provide improved stability for the implants (at no extra cost). Extremely happy with the care and advice I received throughout the work. The overall cost is high but in line with others in the UK and I am absolutely thrilled with the final outcome. Money well spent.

Negative experience: Had tooth implant placed by Hamed Kurimi and I wasn’t impressed I wasn’t explained before each procedure what exactly is he gonna do! I had to ask “what was that” after he had placed a device in my mouth and done scanning without saying a word what the device is! This is not right way to treat patients!

Fantastic experience: Having experienced a raft of dreadful NHS dentists I was extremely frightened of the whole process. So, when I needed an implant I knew I would have to go privately to try and ensure a good outcome. I decided to use NDS as they were recommended and it has been the most positive experience. Fantastic experience: Being a referral from another dentist, the booking in receptionist managed to get me in within 5 days due to a cancellation so that was a great relief. The welcome at the dentist was just like a 5 * hotel all very calm and relaxed. Well the whole meet and greet with Andres and the dental nurse made me feel very at ease. Fantastic experience: I thoroughly recommend Norfolk Dental Specialists. I was referred to them as my teeth had degraded to such a degree that I no longer had a viable bite and I was embarrassed to smile in public. It took a year's worth of visits but the result is wonderful. I can eat and smile again! I was treated by Hossien, who was fantastic throughout. Fantastic experience: Brilliant! So glad implants are available now, I really didn’t want dentures, and the NDS team instilled confidence all the way - very professional and friendly. In the first consultation options are discussed and a written ‘individual personalised plan’ is given detailing each stage/appointment which I found handy. The ‘implant placement’ stage is the slightly brutal stage, involving drilling into the bone but with no pain as such, just pressure - a similar feeling to a tooth being pulled but in the opposite direction. The impressions are made digitally. The ‘fitting of implant retained restorations’ is the final stage. My final implants/restorations fit perfectly and blend in naturally with my normal teeth and I’m delighted! I can eat normally again! A big thank you!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been receiving treatment from NDS for over 10 years for gum disease which was severe initially and I was referred by my NHS dentist. After having initial treatment and thereafter hygienist treatment with Kim and the team my gum disease has stabilised and improved immensely. Very professional, friendly and proactive. Fantastic experience: I had 2 implants fitted in my front teeth over the course of several months. Every step of the way was clearly explained and I felt the level of care was exceptional. I'd had 2 dodgy crowns in front teeth for 10+ years following an accident and when one finally failed (dramatically, publicly, a tooth falling out in the middle of a training event, the stuff of nightmares) I was looking at dentures and felt in my 50s this was just not ok. Imran was hopeful at first I could have just one immediately implanted but after x rays advised the 2nd was not stable enough to make this successful. I needed a bone implant to provide the initial stability for the titanium and there were 3 month periods in between to ensure everything was fully settled and strong. At no point was it too painful and throughout I felt the service was both professional and very personal. Finally on 29th January 2024 I had my new teeth fitted and I couldn't be happier. It feels life changing to lose the denture and live a normal life again. They feel strong and stable and look great. I cant recommend Imran and staff at the practise highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Visits to Kim, the dental hygienist, are an investment that is paying dividends in terms of preserving the wellbeing of my teeth, and in my general dental and oral health. I had visited hygienists elsewhere, prior to moving to the area, and only wish that they had provided the level of service and care I benefit from with Kim and Norfolk Dental Specialists.

Fantastic experience: I was only 20 when I lost my front tooth. I had fallen over with my arms tucked in my jumper as a child and my tooth took the brunt of the fall. I had gone through years of extensive work to try to save the tooth, root canal and restorative work, but unfortunately I inevitably lost it last year, as it was dead. Losing your front tooth at such a young age is not ideal to say the least, but they say you have to make the best of a bad situation, and I know I made the best decision going here. I first want to make a special mention to the receptionists, they are honestly just so kind and caring and wonderful. They took the time to learn me and my name, so I would always be greeted with a smile and a "Hello Hannah" As soon as I walked through the door, it made me feel very special and cared for. Next, I want to thank Dr Hamed and his lovely assistant Chloe for taking care of me and doing such a wonderful job. I was an extremely anxious patient, not about the procedure itself, but about the healing periods. I would constantly get in my own head and convince myself that something was wrong, or something had failed, when in reality I just needed to trust the process, because everything turned out perfect. I would Email in my concerns and each time Chloe would always call me back and answer any questions I had, she talked me through any anxieties I had in a really calm and confident manner. The procedures themselves were really easy and straight forward, you can tell that Dr Hamed is just the pro of all pro's. I had a bone graft as well as the implant procedure. He did incredibly well as always, and my results are amazing. I feel so lucky that he was my dentist. The implant and crown are fully fitted now, it feels incredibly strong and look amazing. I'm so happy. A big big thank you to Dr Hamed for saving my smile. I will be forever grateful

Fantastic experience: I’ve had gum disease and pain for years but in two sessions with Dr Karimi i am pain and disease free. I have follow up sessions with the hygienist as well, also excellent. The staff are friendly and approachable and I have the upmost confidence in them. If you have ever been worried about treatment, don’t be, this practice is excellent.

Fantastic experience: I have just received 3 implants which I am very pleased with. I did not have enough bone so needed bone grafts. Despite being a little worried about the procedure everything went very well. Every step of the process to receiving the actual implants was successful and Hamed Karimi is clearly a very talented implant specialist. Everyone I met at NDS were extremely capable, pleasant and caring. They even reserved us a car parking space. I plan to use NDS for all my dental needs and can highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had two appointments this year with Emily Taylor, a hygienist at the practice. She is thoroughly professional, friendly and reassuring; my teeth have never looked so good and behaved so well since the treatment. Positive experience: Very impressed at how quickly emails are responded to. When I visited DR Sharif was thorough, gentle and encouraging. My x-rays and the results of my examination were explained clearly to me and my choices made clear. A nice suprise was the six month interest free payment scheme.

Fantastic experience: I have always been absolutely petrified of anything regarding a dentist or similar. My concerns were highlighted when I was referred to Norfolk Dental Specialist by my regular dentist as I was having some gum problems and I was not sure what to expect on my first visit. Fantastic experience: Outstanding Dental Specialists - I had taken the decision to seek out a new dentist, who thankfully referred me to Dr Hamed Karimi at Norfolk Dental Specialists - whom I am so grateful to for his expertise and treatment, which involved deep cleaning (I remained pain free throughout) and regular visits to one of the hygienists Ella, who has also provided expert advice with dental hygiene.
