Fantastic experience: Nida has taken me in after my previous dentist passed away. She has been sympathetic to my anxiety at seeing anyone new and also just looked after my teeth in the most fantastic way. It’s genuinely been a great transfer and I would recommend not only Nida but the whole team. Reception is friendly and helpful, the building is easily accessible and the dental nurses so friendly. I would thoroughly recommend this practice as all staff I have been in contact with from receptionist to dental nurse have been really nice too.

Fantastic experience: Visited a few weeks ago as a very anxious patient, had my first treatment a couple of weeks ago. I was reassured from the moment I stepped in the reception door, to the treatment room,. I was feeling a bit daft about the anxiety, but was soon put at ease by all. Very good service.

Negative experience: I was quite disappointed as I’d travelled a distance to visit. I was enquiring about teeth whitening and was told by the dentist that the treatment is not guaranteed to work. I do not understand why I could not have been told this over the phone to save the cost and my time travelling to and from the surgery.

Amazing kind staff and again couldn't be happier with this Dental surgery. Thank you again Vida. So as advised I went in for my composite fillings on 6 bottom teeth. Dates were flexible... admin was spot on and yet again the best care I have ever experienced. Lovely reminder phone calls by lovely staff...what more do you need! James Pugh and his dental assistant were nothing short of brilliant. So so caring, fantastic communications and the end result today couldn't make me happier! I will see this amazing team again in 60 days so will follow up with the journey. Thank you again. A very happy man! 18th June and bang on schedule with impressions done today for my top and bottom plate. Such nice people and I'm convinced you couldn't get better treatment! As long as they are open I shall be going there! Again super happy and highly recommended. Well today see's the end of my 6 month journey and I feel amazing. Fantastic experience: After some years of not attending a dentist due to lies, botched work and sales man tactics in london, i moved to Hampshire and found vida in fareham after a painful infection. They have provided a treatment/care plan and explained every little detail to me, a no rush service have answered all my queries and took the time to address all issues, im actually looking forward to the on going work. The staff are very friendly and informative and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Vida around this time last year as I had concerns that my front tooth was loose and that I would loose it. With the help of Martin dentist and the hygenists who have taught me how to take care of my mouth properly my gums are healthy and there is a marked improvement in the stability of my front tooth so fingers crossed. Fantastic experience: I am not sure anyone enjoys the dentist but McInerney Dental Care put you at ease throughout your treatment. Very professional and a huge step up from my previous nhs dentist in terms of high end equipment and technology and fresh cleaen feel to the clinic. Updating following a tooth extraction and whatever way you cut it it isn't going to be an enjoyable experience. But Helen was amazing at keeping me calm and breathing! Making the whole thing do-able.

Fantastic experience: I've now had a couple of visits to VIDA Dentistry and I can honestly say I've never been to a dentist quite like it. Both Summer today, and James previously, were really welcoming and friendly. They've done an amazing job, and what I've particularly liked is how willing they are to explain the process in detail as they go along. There's no pain, but if there was, they regularly check in and treatment can be stopped at any time. Compared to my previous dentist, who was incredibly negative and made me dread visiting, VIDA Dentistry are so positive and reassuring, that's very much their USP. I will definitely recommend to everyone that I know.

Friendly staff on the desk and Konstantinos was very informative and helpful. Nice location, too. Car parks outside practice, or park on High Street for one hour, or Bath Lane for any length of time.

Having not been registered with a dentist and requiring an emergency tooth extraction, I called Vida and was given a next day appointment. As this was my first extraction I was a little anxious but was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Care was taken to ensure the extraction was as painless as possible. Every step was explained clearly throughout. All members of staff I spoke to from reception, dental assistant and dentist (Kostas) they were all lovely and friendly. Great service! Fantastic experience: I have just finished having a dental implant by the fabulous Kostas. The whole lengthy procedure was made more bearable by the fantastic staff especially Kostas, my dentist and the lovely Jordan, Dental nurse. To be able to have a few laughs along the way is so good too. The staff are all super friendly and the Surgery is equally welcoming. I feel relaxed, have confidence in their hands and feel supported completely throughout my treatment. Everything is also explained fully at every step. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vida Denistry.

Fantastic experience: VIDA spotted a problem with my teeth that had been troubling me for years. It really was a bit of life-changer. I had constant pain which I believed was my sinuses and they spotted as a very uneven bite which has caused my jaw to twist. It was sorted out in very short order. Having been for my 3rd time I can safely say that the standard of dentistry is exceedingly high and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I unreservedly recommend this dental practice and I don't say that very often about anything!

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient with many bad experiences in the past I was extremely nervous about restarting my dental journey, but I can honestly say my experience at VIDA has been exceptional. From the first consultation with James right through to today's session with Summer the hygienist, it's been a very good experience and I don't say that lightly! My concerns have been listened to and I was never made to feel silly for being so anxious I was offered sedation and anaesthetic and I felt like I was cared for every step. The results so far are great and the work continues and I'm confident that for the first time in my life I may well end up with a confident smile. I highly recommend the team at VIDA especially if you're someone that feels a bit anxious and hasn't managed to see a dentist for a while.

Fantastic experience: 11.1.2025 This is a quick note to say, I have just had a front tooth root canal procedure carried out by Bryony. The whole procedure was absolutely painless even the two injections one in my gum and one in the roof of my mouth were done with care so that even these were painless. The procedure took just over an hour and a half to complete. During this time Bryony kept checking I was ok and took xrays as she went to make sure that the canal had been found and had been filled to her satisfaction. I am an anxious patient but after this procedure I wont be any more. My tooth that was dead and infected is now free of infection and should be good enough to last for several years without me having to have the tooth pulled out and a false tooth put in place.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Vida for 15 months and in that time had a tooth extracted, root canal treatment and a crown fitting plus dental hygiene work. I have been treated with great care and been impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I have great faith in the expertise of Kostas, my dentist, and Bryony, my root canal specialist also Vaida, my excellent hygienist. They have helped save 2 of my teeth and improve the care of gums and other teeth. I have had the treatments explained well and been made as comfortable as possible during them - and they have been successful. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful. The building is pleasant and it is helpful to be able to use their free car park for patient appointments. I happily recommend the practice.

Fantastic experience: I am awaiting substantial Work on my top teeth and have two temporary crowns one of which came off. Receptionist managed to fit me in same afternoon to have it stuck back which wasn’t successful but Dentist James stayed late to make a new temporary tooth which looks great so I didn’t have a missing front tooth for the weekend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Vida for many years, and they are all so nice there, and if you’re at all nervous about dental work, they really put you at ease. I have Denplan with them so I don’t ever have to worry about costs, and the few times I’ve had an emergency they got me in straight away. I’ll never use another dentist. They are highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Over the weekend I had terrible toothache. On Monday I phoned for an appointment and was fitted in the same day, even though this was the first time I've used this dental practice. At reception I was met by Anna & Louise, both very friendly and helpful. I saw James who was friendly and knowledgeable, he examined and x-rayed the tooth. Then explained the options and costs involved & booked me in for the next day. On Tuesday I saw Marcin and Stacy, again very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Marcin explained what needed doing to fix the pain & the cost. But that I would need to see one of the practices Endodontic specialists to complete the root canal treatment. Stacy checked that I was okay, several times during the procedure, very reassuring. At every stage I was put at ease & felt relaxed. I'm so glad to have found this dental practice, excellent service all round. I had an extraction of a large molar today at this practice. The process was painless, James is very professional, explains clearly the treatment plan. Five hours later only a slight ache.

Fantastic experience: I am, at least historically, a very nervous patient. VIDA is easily the best practice I’ve ever attended. James in particular is just exceptional at what he does; for a nervous patient his bedside manner is absolutely spot on. I totally trust him and feel very at ease during my appointments. Positive experience: My dentist told the receptionist that i need an hour hygienist, I was asked her the cost and been told £87 then (she doesn't say that prices for half an hour) on the appointment date after my treatment (different reception lady) told me that £174, I said I've been told £87 she said that is for half an hour. To be honest it took 40 minutes that day for my treatment not even an hour. My point is you should be clearly explaining of the cost. Otherwise is good service.

Staff at Vida from booking on the phone all the way to the dentists chair have been extremely helpful and understanding getting me seen for an emergency appointment at short notice. I'm an extremely nervous patient but they reassured me and explained everything that was going on including the next steps in my treatment and how we can manage my phobia! Access and parking is easy and the practice feels very modern, clean and well presented. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist in the area!
