Fantastic experience: Absolutely phenomenal service . I had moderate to severe periodontitis with receding gums on both incisors since my teenage years that had progressively got worse. Dr Reena Wadia and Dr Devan Raindi and the team looked after me and undertook a comprehensive treatment plan. I received two gum grafts to fix the receding gums . As of now the inflammation of the gums has been stopped and my smile restored completely with no sign of gum recession. I couldn’t have asked for a better service and the medical team were extremely professional and clearly very adept at their jobs. The surgeries were not painful and the recovery was very straightforward. I would recommend RW Perio to anyone suffering from a gum condition - you will be in very good hands .

Fantastic experience: On Friday I had my first hygiene appointment pre-gum surgery. The hygienist, Vitus was absolutely amazing. It was thorough and completely pain-free. It's the best scale and polish I've ever had.

Negative experience: Warning to Others - All Hype, Terrible Patient Experience I had a highly disappointing experience with this clinic, and I feel compelled to warn others. My dentist referred me here for gum recession treatment, and the process has been nothing short of frustrating. After initially phoning the clinic on September 26th, I provisionally booked an appointment for October 19th. However, I had made it clear that I needed to confirm with my new employer if my dental plan covered the consultation, when it kicks in and treatment costs. The clinic agreed to hold my spot until mid-October, which seemed reasonable at the time. Shockingly, less than 24 hours later, on September 27th, I received a call from them, pressuring me to confirm the appointment because of "interest from others." I reiterated that I was not yet able to commit due to the reasons already explained, and they grudgingly agreed to wait until October 4th. Then, on September 30th, I was contacted via WhatsApp, again pressuring me to confirm, with the clinic now setting a hard deadline for a same-day payment—completely disregarding the agreements we had previously made. When I called to confirm on October 4th as planned, I was told that my appointment slot had already been given to someone else. The person I spoke to cited their "24-hour policy" ignoring our prior agreement(s) and making me feel like they cared more about filling their schedule than honoring their word. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and frustrated with how they handled this, and it became clear that their focus was more on their own needs than on patient care. Needless to say, I found a different practice, where the service was far superior, and the staff genuinely cared about addressing my concerns and making me feel at ease. Completely unprofessional service: Don't make agreements you can't keep. Treat patients with respect—we are not just a source of revenue. Save yourself the stress and avoid this clinic and find somewhere that does great work and focuses on Patient experience.

Positive experience: I really loved working with RW Perio as a dental team. The facilities were extremely nice, the staff was excellent and the quality of the work was impeccable. I communication around my surgery, the instructions for post care, and the appointments were always helpful. The staff was knowledgible, kind and caring. By all accounts a 5-star organisation, if you can pay for it. The reason for the 4-star review is the pricing and, more importantly, how it was communicated. The price of my initial surgery was quoted to me, but this did not include the price of pre-surgery cleanings and post surgery follow ups, which were quite expensive even for private dental care. In fairness to RW Perio, this miscommunciation could be my fault as I may have not asked the right questions but costs should be sign posted more clearly to people paying out of pocket. If money is no object or you have dental insurance, this place is the best in the business. I do not regret working with RW Perio, and I would recommend them to anyone who can afford it.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for over four years, Dr Reena and her team have a high standard of patient care, and I would not go anywhere else so long as the standard remains high. Steve Jobs mentioned there are "A players" and "B players" in life. In a world full of "B players" this clinic has a "A player attitude" when it comes to client care.

Fantastic experience: Gum Specialist, Dr Devan, is an absolute genius. Until I was referred to RW Perio, I had absoluitely no idea that there was a solution for gum recession. And this is the only place in the world I would trust with such scientific, meticulous wizardry. I had 2 'surgery / treatment' appointments to have the gum taken from the top of my mouth and placed over the receeding gums. (So clever.) Hand on heart, both experiences - 2 hours each - were utterly painless. And crucially, I had 100% success on both occassions. I've already told Dr Devan that I will visit him again in the future to treat / resolve some gum recession I also have with my lower front teeth. (The only reason I'm not going tomorrow is because, not surprisingly, when you sign up for such impeccable expertise, it is an investment.) I can't thank Dr Devan and the RW Perio team more. The health of your gums / teeth is paramount, and I wanted to resolve my gum recession concerns ASAP, as the likelihood is, things will only worsen as time goes by. Think of visiting Dr Devan as the answer to all your gum issues!

The clinic looks amazing online , but in person it surpassed all expectations, from the luxurious and serene reception area to their state of the art surgeries/ and dental equipment. I truly felt like I was at the Ritz Carlton of dental clinics everything was beyond 5 star service. I’d like to especially thank Simren and Shahbee for taking the utmost care of me prior and throughout my treatment . They were both so attentive - I felt so calm and at ease because of their calm and gentle approach and warm demeanor. Fantastic experience: Fantastic place - sometimes you get what you pay for in life, and that is true here, but it is soooo worth it. State of the art assessment, training and equipment. I've had gum disease for years and been struggling with my normal hygienist routine. They did a good job - but I've learned that we needed to go deep(er) to fix the issues and win the futile battle we were fighting. Going to see a periodontist is the answer, and I'm told RW Perio is one of the best (a recommendation from an independent dentist who had worked across private and NHS sector for decades). Within a few months the issues I've had have completely reversed - and on top of that, we have reason to believe it may have helped my pre-diabetic risk. Good luck and don't hesitate to see Reena Wadia.

Fantastic experience: My wife was referred to R W Perio as her gum disease did not seem to be improving with our local dentist. She was not sure anything could be achieved but after treatment and reassessment she was shocked by the fantastically improved results. Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from receding gums for a while, but I’ve been reluctant to get them checked out. I finally plucked up the courage to do something about it, and I was referred to RW Perio by my dentist. I am so glad I went to this clinic. They are so professional, warm and inviting. Dr Devan conducted my gum grafting procedure and I cannot stress how good he is. He was very gentle and comforting (also very patient!). He made me feel at ease during the procedure. If you have receding gums, don’t delay getting it checked it. I only wish I went earlier. The pictures online may look horrid, but it was not painful as I thought it would be. RW Perio have great technology to numb the area well. The aftercare is also very good. Fingers crossed it was successful, and looks better than I expected.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited RW Perio at 75 Harley St, for a periodontal advance assessment, I had previously started my treatment with another Pratice but wanted to get a second opinion. I have to say I was not disappointed, From the moment I enquired about an appointment, to the booking and then the assessment itself; everything was efficient, professional and communicated. The staff were great, helpful and answered all my questions. RW is a very modern take on a traditional dental practice, it is sleek and inviting, the area is spacious, the practice itself is based in a beautiful house, which oozes history and sophistication. The surgery room was clean and bright, patients can bring their own music and head set or choose from their Spotify, you have calm imagining playing on the ceiling, gone are the days where you felt terrified at the mention of the dentist. Dr Devan, was warm, welcoming, reassuring throughout and the assessment was detailed and clear, every step was explained and professional, most of all it was positive. Nurses were hands on throughout and RW provided me with a blood test, it is optional but it helps to determine if you have diabetes, this is a unique service and thankfully I was not! One of the best dental appointments I have had and I haven’t started my treatment yet, I can’t believe I’m looking forward to my next appointment. RW is 5 star service for everyone, thanks!

After 6 months of professional care and attention the challenge has been met and with continued good practice by myself I am confident my teeth and general wellbeing are in good shape. Fantastic experience: As someone who has for almost their entire life absolutely despised going to see anyone in the dental industry, I have found the staff and dental specialists at R W Perio to be absolutely amazing. They listened to my concerns without judgement. They didn't make me feel like I was over reacting (as others have done). They talked me through the whole process of my treatment and guided me when it was needed. I will say that you need to be prepared to pay for their knowledge and expertise, but for me personally the way my gums are now compared to before, how I feel about myself and how my anxiety has almost completely disappeared after all these years makes it more than worth it. My initial review quickly confirmed a diagnosis of periodontitis and a treatment plan was drafted and discussed. Fantastic experience: RW Perio was a fantastic experience. I received four gum graphs over a period of about a year. I had no idea what to expect and found the process smooth, professional and friendly. Dr Reena and her team were extremely accommodating, answering any questions I had and making sure I knew what was involved in each stage. Although quite expensive, it's an investment in long term health. I also found the attention to detail and personal level of care very much worth the money. Needle phobic and with previous insecurities about my teeth, I was apprehensive about this course of treatment but can definitely feel and see a difference now it's been completed. My advice to anyone considering this is to explore this option and start a conversation, Dr. Reena is incredibly open to talking things through and genuinely invested in doing what's best for each case.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to RW Perio for the past 12 months or so. My new dentist referred me with advanced gum disease. I had red, inlfamed, bleeding, painful gums. I had been going regularly to my general hygenist and always had issues with my gums. It got slighgly better after every treatment and then got worse again. I don't smoke, I cut out sugar from my diet years ago and only drink water and green tea but somehow my gums were always red. Something had to be done. On my first appointment with Reena she had a very frank and candid discussion with me, saying that my gums were so bad, she cannot guarantee 100% recovery. I booked the treatments straight away to not waste more time and see what the real pros can do for me. My first deep cleaning had to be done by a specialist doctor, Dr Devon. I booked the double apppointment, this meant that the deep clean is done on both upper and lower on the same day. The whole treatment is 2 hours, so 3 hours for me including travel. If you book in advance you will be able to get a Saturday appointment but as I prefer to keep my weekend free the Friday and random weekdays worked for me, last appointments start at 3.30pm. The treatment itself is pain free, slightly uncomfortable and more of a jaw-flex than anything. Inbetween specialist treatments, I only needed 1 full and 1 follow up I think, I also had hygenist appointmens with Vytus. My gums are now fully recovered, my smile went from a red, painful mess to a light pink, almost white healty smile. An absolute miracle I think. Reena is happy with the results and said I probably will not need further treatments, ever! I am following the instructions of using the electic toothbrush which is no longer painful. I clean inbetween teeth with the little brushes and occasionally check plaque levels with the purple tables as Vytus thought me! He is an absolute gem! I only have follow up hygentist treatments every few months, which I am continuing at RW Perio of course. I am back to my dentist who is also very happy with the results. Reception is very friendly and welcoming and the ladies always look fabulous! Payments for treatment are taken at the time of you booking, normally I book the next one when I am there. They take cards including American Express. Big thanks to the whole team, they are the best!

Fantastic experience: I visited RW Perio for a Polish and Perfect treatment and the experience was the best I have had when it comes to healthcare. The entire experience was nothing short of what I call the best of healthcare, from the moment I stepped in, until I left the building. I generally feel a little anxious in the dental chair, but the hygienist and team were so brilliant, not only from a treatment perspective but in how they made me feel, and as result that I was so relaxed in the dental chair that I nearly fell asleep. Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my dentist to address gum recession on one of my bottom teeth. I was very impressed with myriad aspects of the practice: the friendly and welcoming reception staff, the technology, etc. Dr Reena is exceptional; her knowledge, her demeanour, her technique and even her after care (I had a gum graft and following the surgery, I experiencesd some anxiety; via email and telephone, Dr Reena assuaged my fears) . Her staff are equally capable. Vitus is excellent; thorough, engaging. The assistants are also excellent. Oh, and during procedures, I was asked for my musical preferences, which was lovely, as music was played during my procedure and cleanings (I was torn between Goth and Classical; the former was not available; however, I enjoyed some Classical). Whilst not at all surprised at the outcome, I am pleased to report a successful procedure, quick and thorough recovery and excellent periodontal health as a result. Fantastic experience: Dr Reena have fairy hands! My gum recession surgery was a super success! I didn’t have any pain during or after! Dr Reena is so delicate with the instruments and anesthesia that you can’t even hear or feel anything!! Fantastic experience: I have been going to RW Perio for over a year now, for treatment and maintenance of periodontitis, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I was so worried about the state of my gums/teeth but Dr Wadia made me feel at ease and confident about the treatment plan. RW Perio is a beautiful dental practice, which is spotlessly clean and bright.  Reena and her team are relentlessly courteous and polite. During my 6 months of visiting RW Perio I had 3 hygienist appointments, a non-surgical periodontal surgery (root surface debridement) and finally pocket reduction surgery.  During each of these appointments my comfort was prioritised, I was treated with care and respect.  I was seen by Vaida (hygienist appointments) and Reena (periodontist appointments).
