Fantastic experience: I got my Invisalign done as well as some fillings, Natasha was absolutely fantastic throughout. She took the time to explain the whole process so well, saw me last minute every time I had any concerns, and took so much care in her work. All of the staff treat you so well, it’s like going in for a catch up with friends rather than to get work done. My teeth look amazing and I am getting compliments from everyone - I feel like I’ve improved my smile and made new friends all at the same time. From the moment we walked in, all the staff were warm, friendly and smiling — they took the time to speak directly to my 4-year-old daughter, which immediately helped put her at ease. My daughter needed a filling, and it went so, so well — she was comfortable and happy throughout. Fantastic experience: I needed six high aesthetic upper crowns and two complex root canals. I was lucky enough to have been recommended to Yew Tree Dental. Considering the amount of work I needed, I initially had some anticipation, but I needn't have worried. The dentists were dedicated professionals. Fantastic experience: After a bad experience having a couple of wisdom teeth out at a different dentist, I was nervous about having a third removed, but the team at Yew Tree really put me at ease and made it a painless experience. Negative experience: I was highly disappointed with the treatment I received from Dr Narinder Dhadwal. Her work was subpar, and the cost of the gum treatment was exorbitant. I sought additional opinions from other specialists, who confirmed that the treatment I received was inadequate. I have both X-rays and photographs to support my claims. I am in the process of filing a complaint with both the General Dental Council (GDC) and my solicitors. I strongly advise anyone considering Narider Dhadwal to seek treatment elsewhere.

Negative experience: I recently visited Yew Tree Dental Care, specifically Dr. Ricky Ghataura, due to severe dental pain while being pregnant. During my consultation, Dr. Ghataura examined me and determined that my wisdom tooth needed to be extracted due to severe decay. Despite informing her of my pregnancy, Dr. Ghataura proceeded to take an X-ray of my wisdom tooth. The first attempt to capture the image failed, so she repeated the X-ray a second time, which also failed. She then scheduled another appointment a month later to extract the tooth and perform another X-ray. Upon consulting with two other dentists, I was informed that X-rays, especially high-radiation ones, are generally not recommended during pregnancy due to potential risks. Despite my severe pain, Dr. Ghataura did not suggest seeing another dentist for a quicker resolution but rather scheduled me for a follow-up with her a month later, citing a lack of earlier available appointments. I cannot recommend Yew Tree Dental Care, as my experience suggests that patient care and safety are not their top priorities. Instead, it seems they are more focused on financial gain. I intend to escalate this issue legally if there are any adverse effects on my baby’s health due to the inappropriate treatment I received.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of the practice for nearly 30 years now and have enjoyed their kindness, care and genuine interest in the wellbeing of their patients. This is true of the dentists, dental nurses, hygienists and reception staff. I considered the Invisalign process off and on for quite some time, during which they were very happy to review, answer any questions, and give me lots of time with no pressure to make my decision. So much so that they really pulled out all the stops to ensure I got an Invisalign time-limited discount when I decided at the last minute! The process has worked really well for me and I'm incredibly pleased with my new straight smile. Raoul is a real expert in all things Invisalign, and my case did require my teeth to move quite significantly to straighten up. He's also an artist when it comes to composite bonding to enhance the small size of one of my teeth! I can't recommend them highly enough, I'm delighted with the results.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Clinic had an appointment with Dr. Ricky Ghataura, she checked my teeth and gums thoroughly and told me everything wrong with detail, absolutely lovely customer service. I felt really welcomed and comfortable here as they listen to all your concerns and also was amazed as the receptionist Manj Mudhar made some time to fit me in before Ramadhan. Left my consultation with a goodie bag! Definitely worth spending the extra money here as they have specialists on sight for certain procedures aswell so you have nothing to worry about :)

Fantastic experience: Few days ago I had emergency appointment with Dr Raoul and his nurse Paulina. He got me out of the pain and put back filling in my tooth. Fantastic experience: I have recently had a lot of new crowns done and I was very nervous at the begining, however Dr Ricky has been simply amazing. She has been so reassuring and kind, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was ok. Her work has been marvelous thoughout and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I have a new smile. Jenny honestly made me feel relaxed and comfortable after feeling so anxious to visit. Fantastic experience: Yew Tree dental care are brilliant at what they do. I needed some specialist work done to an infected tooth. This required specialist equipment and they have everything they need for diagnosis and treatment on site. The dentist Raoul and his assistant were fantastic and explained everything as the treatment progressed. The result is that the tooth was saved and I am in no more pain. Thank you to everyone at Yew Tree for looking after me so well.

Fantastic experience: A mixture between someone who has an apprehension about dentists and emergency dental treatment is rarely good. Add into the mix root canal treatment and things don't improve. Notwithstanding, the treatment and care that I received from Yew Tree and in particular Ricky, Manj and Raoul was outstanding. Over four visits (driven by the complex anatomy of the tooth) I was always made to feel as comfortable as possible. All elements of the procedure were explained clearly and any concerns that I had were fully addressed. I'm lucky in so far as I am an NHS patient at my local dentists in Farnham Common (who were not able to perform the root canal due to the difficulty of the root channels), should I ever drop out of the NHS system and have to go privately I would quickly beat a path to Yew Tree. The team, environment and service are really excellent.

I had my tooth extraction by Dr. Ricky Ghataura whos extremely knowledgeable and performed outstandingly. The reception staff were of equal help. Fantastic experience: The staff were fantastic when I went in after my son fell over and banged his front teeth. Yew Tree is not our regular practice and we did not have an appointment but they went above and beyond to see my son and make sure we were ok, and even followed up days later to check on his condition. Highly professional and highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Just completed my aligner treatment and so pleased with the results. Raoul and his team have been amazing and I felt fully supported through out the whole process. Definitely worth paying more to get that personal experience and having regular appointments/check ups, than doing the cheaper alternative at home!

Fantastic experience: Not gonna lie I was a bit skeptical about all the 5 star reviews as 9/10 times I had bad experiences with dentists. But since the moment I arrived to my appointment here I felt welcomed - all the staff was really nice to me, they took me in on time and the Dr explained everything patiently after the examination. For the first time in my life I wasn’t told off for having a high sugar diet (I’m improving but it’s still hard as I have a really sweet tooth); rather the Dr explained how I can have sugar in a wiser way which nobody did before - before I was just told ‘stop having sugar’ and that’s it, so I very much appreciated this Dr’s advice. I then had a cleaning and the hygienist was also really nice to me and made me feel comfortable. The place is very clean and overall looks nice. The prices are better than in other places too. Overall 10/10 - recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am one of YEW Dentist's oldest clients. I pay monthly for the service I receive (dental check-up twice a year and hygienic treatment 3 times a year), so I know this place well, I am very satisfied with what they do. A few months ago, Dr Neil Shukla and I agreed to have five teeth implanted in my lower jaw so that he could connect them to a fixed full denture. The process started a few months ago and everything went well until the end. Two months ago, everything was finished; the complete lower denture is attached to the implants. It is well fixed, and I use it to eat or chew in a very natural way. Its cleanliness does not require any complications. After about two months, I can say that the whole operation was a complete success without any problem and even the appearance looks natural as if I had no implants. It was an exceptional experience, and the credit goes to Dr Neel, he is a very professional “Dental Implant Surgeon” and knows very well what he is doing. I take this opportunity to thank my dentist Dr Natasha Shukla and my dental hygienist Jenny Emery and everyone with whom I had contact, in particular the dental nurse Sarah Edwards whom I have known for more than twenty years.

Fantastic experience: I have recently come to the end of my Invisalign treatment with Dr Raoul Patel and I am thrilled with the results. Throughout the treatment I have been in to the practice several times for check-ups and to assess where we were at with my teeth and each visit was always delightful, warming and friendly. I also had a new crown fitted which looks superb, and is a perfect shade match to the rest of my teeth. Raoul has a keen eye for detail and listened to my needs very carefully and delivered an excellent outcome. Fantastic experience: Pre-pandemic I had my dentist in London but after working from home, I needed to find one local and I’m glad I chose Yew Tree dental. I just had an initial appointment with Dr Natasha and it went incredibly well. She ran through my dental history, took her time to explain what she was doing and gave great advice on what do post check-up. The reception team were great too. As soon as I got in, I was checked in within seconds.

Fantastic experience: Dr Natasha Shukla and Sarah were both amazing with my 12 year old daughter who is severely needle phobic and needed two extractions. Natasha has a caring and meticulous approach which enabled her to carry out the treatment without the need for sedation which I was sure my daughter would need. Fantastic experience: Yew Tree Dental in my opinion are way ahead as the 21st century ‘Dental clinic’. The professionalism and customer experience throughout the pathway is very focused on the patient. Dr Neel explained the whole process of extracting my back tooth before I even signed up. My extraction was complicated however, on the day I was expecting to be there for 45mins to 1 hr. My extraction was completed in 25mins and I did not feel any pain. I’ve been lucky that I did not have bleeding after or pain once my numbness wore out. This is due to the professionalism of Dr Neel and how he extracted the tooth. Strongly recommend if you are looking for TRUE PROFESSIONALS. Thank you.

Positive experience: No cleaning appointments until September.. absolute joke! When I had to cancel my last appointment due to being on holiday they didn’t ask if I wanted to reschedule either.. I don’t think these lot care about their customers as much as they think they do. *UPDATE* The practice reached out and were able to rectify the situation. I was offered an appointment the next day with the dentist and was dealt with nicely by Dr. Ricky. I appreciate that they made a huge effort to come back and sort this after my initial review.. so as it’s only fair.. I’ve updated my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars! Thanks Guys, appreciate it.

All the staff are courteous, kind, caring and comforting. Joining was a testament to this - smooth and inviting, with a welcome bag full of goodies and all! But it’s the level of service that really makes this place stand apart. From reception to the hygienist (shoutout Hetal, who was so patient, lovely and comforting!), to the dentists. This practice is structurally seeped in excellence. Notably, Manj in reception is always so polite and sweet, immediately making patients feel safe and comfortable upon entry with her inviting and smiley demeanour. This really sets the tone for the remainder of the visit, without which, would be full of dread and anxiety. She is so incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring she is doing whatever possible to make you feel safe and comfortable; her customer service is truly exemplary. It almost just feels like visiting a friends house! She is such a gem, an asset in any setting! I have also had the pleasure of both Dr Natasha and Dr Raoul’s support in resolving an issue with a very tricky tooth. The duo worked together harmoniously behind the scenes to ensure the best possible outcome for me, stressing they were more interested in long term relief, as opposed to short term fixes. I have seen both on separate occasions and each and every time, the two endeavoured to reassure and comfort me, selecting the best treatments, at a pace that I was at ease with. Their explanations are thorough, and their patience second to none. The team consistently work together to find suitable timings according to my limited availability. The setting is clean, professional and reassuring.
