Have been looked after by Dr. Osama for many years, takes an interest in his patients, explains everything he does simply, thorough examination of teeth and general health of mouth and excellent 'chair' side manner. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Never been a fan of the dentist, who is?! Either way, I had the privilege of 10 years free dental and the DDS (Defence Dental Service) are truly missed. That being said. Eastwood family practice is on par and my dentist there (not sure of her name) is bang on. Polite, to the point, steady with the hands and compassionate and their service and staff including the girls on the reception are top notch Edit- 30/07/24- chipped a tooth two days ago. They got me in this morning and fixed the tooth which fell under the no charge bracket due to previous visit. Top notch. 5 stars. Edit 07/05/2025- Once again, very happy with the service from all staff. Reception were happy to help and my Dentist, Harneet, was as always, veery professional, friendly and gentle after a root canal. I loved how I signed a form saying RCT is not guaranteed but she assured me of her work that it will be. No pain, no post issues. Job done. Encouraging me to visit more frequently. Thanks once again

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. Had been in pain for days and managed to get a consultation quickly even in the middle of a pandemic. Ended up needing a root canal which was fast tracked as i was in so much pain. They did an amazing job and i have no pain and can actually chew my food again!! Very happy with the service all round and feel completely covid safe. Ozzie is the best dentist ive had in my whole life and his team are awesome too.

Negative experience: After going to a dentist in Eastwood (Kent elms) I never wanted to go back to a dentist as I thought it was a waste of time with the services that they are providing especially the hygienenst as I booked 30 mins for £60 and was only in the chair for 5 mins and didn’t even finish the top row of teeth, I was only 17 at the time working and barley had money for the bus let alone dental care so after confronting them about this they said that the time it takes to do paperwork and get ready comes out of the 30 min slot u booked which accumulated to over half the 30 min booking time, after this experience 4 years later I searched out for a dentist as was having wisdom teeth problems and was calling left right and centre to try get a appointment and getting told it’s up to 2-3 months waiting list, soon as I found oak dental the amazing receptionists took me in the next day after only signing up the day before and not only got me in to see the dentist but also the hygienist all in the same day, and the hygienist was amazing, she spent well over the 30 mins that I booked and didn’t leave 1 tooth out and noticed the difference immediately and I even double checked with the receptionist before booking the hygienist and said about my previous experience and that will even pay for a extra 30 mins on top of the original 30 to make sure it’s done properly and reassured me straight away that it would be unnecessary to pay for a extra 30 mins because they get the job done in the first session and was just as she said! Couldn’t recommend enough and the best and welcoming dentist I’ve come across thank u so much !! Yes to oak dental And BOO!! To Kent elms dentist!!! I’m pretty sure there run by the same people but Rochford one is so much better

Fantastic experience: The welcome l received from two members of your team on reception was exemplary. After giving explanation of my problem, they booked me in straight away to be seen after only awaiting for about fifteen minutes. The dental technician was very kind and a prompt solution should be given to me within a few days. I was very pleased with the speedy, kind and prompt attention given by the team at this particular Family Dentist.

Fantastic experience: Arrived for my appointment 5 mins early, as I always do, and at the allotted time I got a call to go in to the surgery. As ever, very polite and helpful. I will be returning for as long as they invite me. I would also like to point out, I received many txts prior to my appt to ensure I didn't miss the date and time. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: The whole experience from booking the appointment for a routine check up to visiting the hygienist went well. I was taken to the treatment room on time and felt that I had been given a thorough check up, it was recommended that I visited the hygienist and I was able to accept an appointment for later the same day, again taken to the treatment room on time. The only slight downside is the stairs to access the practice, they are quite steep but I accept that this is quite common.

Negative experience: It's really difficult to leave a review when I was only in the chair for 2 minutes. No x-rays were taken, and I wasn't even asked to remove my false teeth.

Fantastic experience: Just phoned the dentist. What amazing service. I just called my own dentist to be told my dentist had left and they couldn’t have me on there books for some strange reason. Called these and they were so helpful getting me and my 2 children in and as as they could. Very friendly and amazing customer service! X

Positive experience: Had one appointment booked since August then when the time comes it was cancelled not once but twice. They did offer me new dates quite quickly but seem to forget that as I’m employed on shifts it’s quite tricky arranging new dates with short notice! Then when I finally get to the aforementioned appointment empty waiting room but I was still kept waiting 20-25 mins which made me late for work. All in all a bit disappointed ☹️

The receptionists and nurses are so kind and helpful, hygiene is a 10/10 and treatment is outstanding. I am a very nervous patient and Harneet is the only dentist who has ever made me feel at ease. I may still feel nervous, but I feel safe and cared for before during and after my treatment. I feel so lucky to have found such a fantastic practice. I once had to cancel an appointment with very short notice due to a family bereavement and Harneet personally phoned me herself to offer her condolences and check on my welfare, I also recieved a very lovely message from the girls on reception the same day. They are all just so caring and truly go above and beyond to ensure the best possible treatment. Thank you all so much.

She’s really turned my confidence to positive by her amazing work on 2 of my front teeth that had bothered me since my teens. Jo, the manager is also amazing. She is so very accommodating. All round

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Family Dental Eastwood for several years now. Always been happy with their dental treatment, and always felt comfortable at 6 monthly check-ups.

Negative experience: paid for teeth to be cleaned by hygienist .. not cheep either...not good.. missed loads of staines on the top row .. and on the bottom aswell by my gums ...loads missed still needs re doing ...the lady done it on her own ..where normally its a 2 person job ..cutting corners dont pay off clearly ..

Positive experience: My appointment in June was cancelled due to the X-Ray machine being out of order. I was told I needed X-rays due to the length of time since my last. Yesterday, when I asked why they weren't taking them, I was told they were not required !!
