Fantastic experience: Hadn’t been to see a dentist in a while and let’s face it, its usually nothing more than a nerve racking encounter. However, Minul Shah has redefined my experience, she’s very friendly, meticulous and diligent - she really looks after you well. The receptionist, Kelsie, was kind and helpful with answering my countless questions and even when in a spot of bother (printer couldn’t work), she was very positive, stayed professional and calmly explained the situation. Who would have thought I’l say it, but I’m excited for my next check up!

Negative experience: I cannot recommend Harrow Smile Clinic to any Deaf patient. My husband and I have spent the past eight months chasing them to book a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter for a routine check-up. Despite repeated promises, suggested agencies, and multiple follow-ups, they never confirmed a booking or provided a revised appointment date. The clinic’s communication has been inconsistent and slow, with long periods of silence. At one point, they claimed they couldn’t find “an interpreter who meets our conditions” – which raises serious questions about whether they were offering fair pay or reasonable terms to qualified interpreters. Access to healthcare is not optional. Under the Equality Act 2010, service providers have a legal duty to make reasonable adjustments, including arranging interpreters for Deaf patients. After months of delay and no progress, we’ve had no choice but to find another dentist who takes accessibility seriously. If you are Deaf or need communication support, look elsewhere. There are other London dental practices who will book an interpreter as standard without you having to fight for it.

Negative experience: Very disspointed about the customer service that I received!!!

Negative experience: I left this dental clinic feeling judged and humiliated as a mother. Dr. Alisa, though perhaps well-intentioned, spoke to me in a scolding and dismissive tone when discussing my children's dental health. There was no compassion, no understanding of the pressures and realities many parents face — just blame. She seemed young and possibly inexperienced with children, and had a notably heavy hand during the examination. Dental care should be about support and education, not shame. A parent should never walk out of a clinic feeling like their love or effort was questioned. I will not be returning, and I urge the clinic to train its practitioners in empathy, especially when working with vulnerable families.

Negative experience: Very rude and aggressive receptionist. The staff are a bunch of amateurs can't even read a x ray image properly they almost removed the wrong tooth

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Dental Smile. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional — she scheduled an appointment for my wife, only for it to be cancelled without informing us. On top of that, she charged us despite my wife being entitled to free NHS treatment, which was both unfair and unacceptable. It was an emergency, but they claimed to be fully booked for NHS patients. Sadly, it felt like only private or preferred patients were being properly accommodated. As for the dentist, the experience left me feeling that unless you're part of a certain background, you won’t be treated with the same level of care and respect. That is deeply upsetting and not what you expect from a healthcare provider in the UK. In short, this is not a practice I would recommend, and I strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere where professionalism and fairness are respected. Mokhtar

Doing her job in a playful manner she became a friend for my daughter. Feeling looks accurate. We also received some dental care recommendations. In deed very positive experience. Positive experience: The receptionist Charley is very rude when she answers the phone like she is being forced to take the call. She comes across aggressive and arrogant. Very argumentative. All other staff there are brilliant and very attentive.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this dentist for a my wisdom tooth with SARAH.. I don’t think so she is even dentist , fully expecting a professional and efficient solution to what was a straightforward issue. Instead, they decided to waste my time and exploit my situation to squeeze every possible penny out of me. Rather than addressing the obvious need for antibiotics, they insisted on unnecessary X-rays and pointless “consultations,” dragging out the process while I sat there in pain. It was crystal clear from the beginning that all I needed was antibiotics, ( which I have already told that which one) yet she prioritized padding their bill over providing care.rather then solving my problem she keeps mentioning the price again and again ..you can tell soooo greedy..and knowledge is ZERO and at the end she gave me the same antibiotic which I mentioned it to her … It felt less like I was at a dentist’s office and more like I was dealing with a shady car salesman trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. After hours of frustration and hundreds of pounds spent, they finally gave me the prescription that could have been issued in five minutes. Save yourself the headache (and your wallet) and go to a dentist who actually cares about their patients instead of treating them like ATM machines. This place is a disgrace to the profession.

Over the last few months, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the reception team—they’ve been super efficient, which is a big change compared to the past when it was difficult to get through. Fantastic experience: One of the BEST dentist visits :). I had filling done on one of my tooth and the overall experience was so amazing. From being able to book appointments at ease to actually getting through the appointment, just felt so smooth and pain free. Rarely have I came out of dentist visit with such a broad SMILE on my face . Great place to visit for any dentals!! The dentist here is so friendly and amazingly helpful.

Fantastic experience: I have just had a crown fitted over a damaged molar - and I want to thank the dentist - Alisa Ahmed - for doing a great job. The preparation takes a good while but fitting the crown went very smoothly because she had done such excellent preparation. She was very attentive to the sensitivity of my teeth and ensured I had sufficient local anaesthesia. All in all a great job.

Negative experience: The covering receptionist Jaimini? is a joke as the front of person. She barged in when I was trying to talk to the dental nurse regarding my son's appointment. The rude receptionist Jaimini kept on interupting. She thought she owns the place and kept on dictating the dental nurse Himadri. I have written a letter to Dr Vaghela, but not sure it will reach the dentist. If the practice is going to employ her, she would definitely need further training as the first person of contact. Absolutely Islamophobic as well. The practice has more Islamic patients than anyone else. On the other hand, Himadri, the dental nurse was very polite and understanding. I have emailed the practice explaining the full situation and made a formal complaint.

Fantastic experience: When you enter the surgery, the atmosphere is very calm and soothing while waiting to be seen by the dentist. The staff have been very friendly(no wonder the name of the surgery is 'SMILE CLINIC'!) Before the implant op, I was thoroughly informed about this and what to expect while being treated and made me comfortable during the op. It was very helpful for the dentist to give me a print out of the post operative implant for patients. .I would recommend anyone with any oral hygiene problems.

Fantastic experience: Great professional service. Visited multiple times to get some fillings done. The practice is modern with a friendly receptionist and all of the staff were great. They also have a nice alert system that texts and emails you reminders about your appointments. Sanjeev the Dentist was accommodating and was very helpful in answering a lot of questions that I had. He was also great with the finished work. One thing I appreciated the most was the photos he took of the teeth before and after. This helped me to have a clear understanding of what work was done and the state of my teeth. Other clinics I've been to do not offer this as part of the service, and so I would always have to go off the dentist's word on how the teeth were. However seeing the state of the teeth before and after helped reinforce the need for better dental hygiene. Great practice and great staff. Highly recommend!
