Fantastic experience: Very happy with Beverly house dental they are all really friendly, they send text and email reminders for your appointment and they email your invoices which is really helpful if you have insurance. I’ve been going here a few years now and had checkups , cleans, fillings etc and always had a good experience my dentist even shows me what he has done in the X-rays and photos and explains everything thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have found this dentist to be very good.they give plenty of time to talk and advise on any problems you may have.i am very nervous of dentists,but here,they do their utmost to put me at ease.

Fantastic experience: Quick service. Nice staff that attended me very well Doctor was very clear on his comments and communication . The treatment he performed was perfect, not painful, quick. The result, also, what was expected.

Negative experience: I wasn't impressed by my visit at all, £135 for a new patient appointment with no scale and polish, prices seriously need reviewing, appointment took a lot longer than needed too as dentist although nice, did talk a bit too much, I came away feeling deflated and disappointed, he made me feel like my teeth where not good when in reality I needed a good scale and polish and two minor fillings. Have since booked with Genix in Market Weighton and have paid £100 for new patient appointment and scale and polish.

Fantastic experience: Visit yesterday for a check up. Dentist was very thorough, talked me through every aspect of the process. He had a friendly, relaxed and professional approach. He actually put me at ease straight away. He took the time to model good brushing techniques and advised on general day to day care of my teeth. Photos and x rays were used effectively to explain the problem areas. What a fantastic all round positive experience. First class customer care.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are welcoming from the receptionist to the dentist and the nurses. I’ve always been seen on time. The care I receive at my appointment is excellent. Luis the dentist and Jo the nurse explain everything and listen to my needs. The care is never rushed and my dental check up is thorough, including examination of my glands and jaw. Advice and demonstration regarding oral hygiene is given. Thank you for the safe and high standards of care. I attended the surgery for my 6 monthly check up and my teeth cleaning. I felt safe in the care of Luis and the kind nurse assisting. I had a thorough dental examination of my teeth, gums and oral health. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. Thank you so much. Thank you for your safe care and attention. 17th December 2024 I attended today to see Jasmine the dental hygienist and Ellie the dental nurse. They were both welcoming and caring. My care was thorough and delivered in a safe and expert way. The atmosphere was relaxed and patient oriented. I appreciated the advice given by Jasmine to improve my technique for brushing my teeth. Thank you both so much for my care. 17th June 2025 I attended my appointment with the hygienist Jasmine and Ellie the dental nurse. They were kind and thorough in the care they delivered. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful each time that I attend. Thank you everyone.

Fantastic experience: Again the staff were great. I had a reaction to the anethetic, which I have never had before, Loui and the dental nurse were fantastic. I was a little bit upset and they were really kind and attentive. The work that they did, is fabulous, I love seeing the before and after pictures. The dentist staff also rang me later in the afternoon to check that I was ok. Such a wonderful practice and staff. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Having needed something to sort my now diminishing bottom teeth after years with gum disease and earlier rugby injuries to them now being in my 60’s and getting regular cleaning and check ups. I was loosing faith in dentistry as a whole, you see or know people who don’t even go to dentist with better teeth. Anyway these new people have taken over my existing practice and like I say teeth not getting any better so Louis my new dentist recommended removal of some front teeth and replacement with metal pallet clip to my canines /fangs which at present still intact. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome, it early days 2 in fact but they seem great so well done to Louis and team My only gripe was the cost but I suppose you get what you pay for thanks again

Fantastic experience: I was able to take a cancellation appointment at short notice for treatment to a crown that had worked loose. The dentist recommended refitting the crown and carried this out in the appointment. The dentist also explained my options should the crown work loose again. I was very satisfied with my treatment.

Reminders all in advance and I have been given flexibility if needed nearer the time to move an appt, this was no problem with the friendly team booking each time.
