Fantastic experience: Looking for a local dentist in Canada Water and tried out M Dental. Has an online booking system and really good proactive reception staff. Dr Antonio Tarsia saw me and I was really lucky to have him treat me for a cracked tooth the same day! Was an emergency situation and despite it being a Friday, the practice stayed open to treat me. All the staff were really professional and treated me very well. Really glad I tried M Dental out.

Negative experience: Was quite pleased with this dental practice for many years but unfortunately quality of dental work has really fallen (ill fitting crowns and teeth more uncomfortable after fillings than before) and dentist made me feel extremely uncomfortable during my last visit so will no longer be coming here.

More importantly, I can absolutely trust that they will only make treatment recommendations with a view on what is best for me and my circumstances - an experience I did not have with every clinic in London, as some have been more focused on charging me treatment fees to the benefit of their practice. Fantastic experience: I have had various treatments across the last year and these including two full implants from Doctor's Tim and Ciro. Asides being extremely professional and on-the-ball, they also have an extremely nice manner to go with it. I could not have been happier with the quality of service I received from start to finish-and this including their excellent assistants. This not to mention a most warm and friendly reception. I had complete confidence in the entire process from the get-go and honestly, could not recommend the entire practice highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I am an American expat with several decades of experience living and working throughout the Eurasian land mass. In the aggregate, I’ve spent the greater part of my working life in Moscow – until the roof caved in on prospects for structured foreign investments in the Russian domestic market with Mr Putin’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine. My point is that I’ve become something of a connoisseur of – among other health & medical services – dentistry. I’ve had my choppers looked at by dentists in ports of call that include Geneva, Nicosia (Cyprus), Riga (Latvia), Vladivostok and Moscow. For those of you not in the know, Russia produces excellent, world-class dentists – with exceptions, obviously, as might be encountered anywhere else, in any profession. After relocating from Moscow to London, I began a search for a reliable dentist. Through word-of-mouth as reinforced by my own direct enquiries, I quickly gained the impression that high-quality dentistry, like cuisine cooking, is not, shall we say, a prominent feature of life in Great Britain. The situation, as I’ve come to understand it, is passing strange. The UK is seriously underserved by the overall number of dentists currently working, and yet the quality of their practice, collectively taken, is inadequate. The traditional laws of supply & demand seem to have skipped the domestic market for dental services in the UK. I experienced this anomalous situation first-hand in my first choice of a clinic. My experience was underwhelming, to say the least. I then began reading patient evaluations of their experiences with and opinions of their chosen dental professionals, when I came across M-Dental in this context. The high praise and compliments seemed genuine. (I’ve become fairly experienced at sniffing out ‘Potemkin village’ customer comment pages.) With the admittedly verbose discussion (above) for background and context, I can honestly assert that M-Dental is among the top two or three dental clinics that I’ve ever used. The final layer of professionalism, as I’ve learned over the years, is not only doing leading edge, high-quality work, but making it look effortless – simple, even. The staff are polite, efficient and helpful. Dr Adriana Blanco is highly professional, with the patient’s comfort always foremost in mind. She never proceeded with the work at hand without ensuring that I was comfortable with it. She even let me play my favourite recording of Bach’s Goldberg Variations (Glenn Gould, remastered 1981) on the office’s sound system. I plan to use M-Dental for all my dental needs and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for professionalism in dental care.

I’ve consistently been treated by Ms. Preeti Budhwar, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and professionalism she brings to every appointment. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at M Dental for the past 2 years and the entire team have always been incredibly kind and helpful. I initially suffered from a very bad (and painful) tooth infection I had developed and had to receive an emergency extraction of said tooth at M Dental. Following this I was on a braces treatment plan for almost 2 years and I want to say a massive and special thank you to Dr. Katarzyna Wojtas for treating my teeth. She (and her assistants) were always incredibly proffesional, understanding and helpful throught the entire process. My only gripe was how much it all set me back. Luckily the dentist treatments I was able to claim via private healthcare however the orthodontist treatment you can't claim (as it's considered cosmetic) and it's rather costly. One of my crowns also slightly chipped during the treatment but luckily not broken and still functional/intact. Overall however it's still been an absolute pelasure and for anyone looking to get their mouth treated for whatever reason, and if you're looking for the most proffesional care, then I highly reccomend M Dental.

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just finished my braces treatment yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My jaw and face have changed significantly, in the best way possible. Before the treatment, I had more of a “lightbulb” head shape, but now everything looks balanced and natural. It’s a transformation I didn’t think was possible, and it has boosted my confidence even more. While I’ve never struggled with communication or expressing myself, I used to feel a bit self-conscious about my smile. I often found myself smiling with my mouth only half open, trying to hide it. But that’s all in the past now. My smile has improved so much, and I’m finally proud to show it off. Fantastic experience: I recently finished my orthodontic treatment with braces, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My teeth were quite crooked, but Dr. Kasia recommended the best solution. She was very supportive and provided excellent guidance throughout the process. Although the treatment was originally planned for a year, we finished a bit earlier, which was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I started coming here about 3 years ago. I had to get a crown, which I had to pay for in monthly payments due to the exorbitant price. After a year of pain, the crown fell off. Fortunately, I didn’t lose it, and since I was still within the one-year warranty, they reattached it (rightfully) at no additional cost. After that, I had a general cleaning, and they found some cavities that needed to be treated. I agreed to the treatment and was convinced the problem was solved after that. I had another general cleaning on September 2024, and the only thing the hygienist told me was that I needed to have my gums checked (with an additional cost, of course). I left the appointment thinking that I didn’t have any further problems with cavities. Yesterday, I went back for the gum check, and the doctor told me I had several cavities, including a large one, on 3 different teeth. Aside from the fact that in less than three years, I’ll have spent at least 2k here, and overlooking the absurd price increases during this period that I believe are not entirely justified, I find it ridiculous that after the September appointment, I wasn’t informed about these cavities. Not to mention the incorrect price communication I received during the last calls. I’m really dissatisfied and disappointed with the way you operate, especially after all the money I’ve spent. I simply find it ridiculous that I’m still dealing with issues from September because the hygienist didn’t communicate as she should have to. And now, all treatments under £500 have to be paid for in full upfront, another thing I find highly ridiculous. I will finish the cavity treatment with you, but you don’t deserve any of all the money I’ve given you till now.

Fantastic experience: In the past six years I've been receiving dental care at CBC Studio in Canada Water. Earlier I'd sought dental treatment while living in various countries and some works had left me with much regret. When I arrived in England, I was fortunate to find CBC, which has a competent team of dentists speaking multi-languages. So far, most of my dental work has been done by Dr. Tim, who is highly skilled and always attentive to the patient's needs and concern. I am also appreciative of Jodi, the hygienist, who has taught me a lot more about the regular care of my teeth. This week, I met with Dr Priti. She is Dr Tim's colleague. To begin, she asked me a few questions relevant to my health. Then she impressed me with her observation and her efficiency. I believe that Dr Priti's sensitivity also helps to reduce the patient's stress while in the dental chair. It's a rare skill which she possesses. I highly recommend CBC Dental Studio.

Edit: after the consultations, where my questions weren’t really understood or answered, I got in touch with a manager, who seemed to understand a concern and said that they’ll ask the orthodontist, but ended up not getting back to me and not offering to schedule an appointment

Fantastic experience: I am very glad that I found this clinic - they found problems where another doctor did not see them and cured a broken tooth, because another doctor did not pay attention. Special respect to Dr. Tim for trying to save your tooth as much as possible, instead of more expensive options, and as a result, there were no additional procedures, which is why the entire treatment was cheaper than offered elsewhere. Special thanks to the coordinator Irina, who sorted out all the questions that arose to the smallest detail, after which everything was clear and precise both in my treatment and in making a decision on the treatment of my wife (she has IOTN 4). I really regret that I did not find the clinic earlier, perhaps I would not have had to treat a tooth cracked due to an old filling. Now I advise all my friends to consult here first of all

I'm generally very afraid of dentists, and it causes me a lot of stress, especially the anticipation of pain during the appointment. What I liked most about M Dental at Canada Water is the individualised approach to each client. They care for their clients as if they were family, and I've never seen such service anywhere else. I also appreciated that the dentist didn't push unnecessary procedures. On the first day, we identified the main issues and created a schedule of visits that wouldn't strain my budget. The clinic itself is bright and cozy, with no clutter or large posters advertising things like why you shouldn't eat candy. Everything looks minimalist and stylish. During my appointment with Dr. Tim, I had cavities treated and fillings placed. I was scared when I saw the syringe with the anesthetic, but to my surprise, I barely felt anything when the injection was administered. Everything was done quickly and painlessly, with pleasant music playing in the background to help calm me down. I also had a great experience getting a dental hygiene. In just 30 minutes, my teeth were perfect and free of plaque. I received recommendations for visit frequency and oral care. Overall, I apologise for the lengthy review, but I personally appreciate detailed feedback when something is truly great. So, I highly recommend M Dental. I loved everything about it. Fortunately for me, I now have a dental clinic in London that I trust and don't fear visiting.

Fantastic experience: For many years I suffered dental issues of various nature and never had the willing of finding a dentist after past traumas. Unfortunately my lack of care caused me a lot of dental issues and pain and, after reading so many positive reviews of M Dental, I decided to give it a go. That being said I had a really positive experience with Dr Kasia and though my treatment went on for 2 months longer than expected, I am super happy with the results. Negative experience: My daughter was very unlucky to straighten her teeth by Dr. Katarzyna. We followed all steps and recommendations set by the doctor. At some point Dr. Katarzyna said that the enamel on the front teeth is deteriorating and we need to remove the braces before the teeth are perfectly straight. When she took off the braces it became apparent that enamel is not just damaged, but there are holes that need to be filled, and that is her front teeth in upper and lower jaws. And once she is 18 she will have to have veneers. We came to the clinic with slightly not straight teeth and left with almost (but not really) straight teeth with severely damaged enamel. After two weeks after taking of the braces one of the retainers came off and metal part was sticking out inside of her mouth. I called the clinic and they said that doctor will only be working on Thursday, which is 3 days later. They offered to see another specialist next day which I accepted. However it was extremely uncomfortable and I removed the retainer myself and the doctor cleaned the teeth the next day. After the visit I received an email that I need urgently pay 72£ for the visit. I was extremely unhappy about it, as it was retainer that they just fitted that came off and they wanted payment for cleaning the teeth after their mistake. None of my family of 5 will ever go back there.

Negative experience: This place USED to be my dentist. I have to say, I'm extremely disappointed as, they are not loyal to their long time loyal patients. I was charged £350 for one set of retainers, ONE SET, after my braces. They should understand people lose them, accidents happen. My first set, I accidentally swiped them into the dishwasher whilst cleaning and they were completely destroyed. So I had to buy another pair at £350, thats £700 on 2 pairs of retainers. Then my dog (puppy at the time) decided it was a good idea to go through my beauty bag (god knows how he got in) and chew my other set. Now IF I was to buy another set, that would be £950 on 3 pairs of retainers which I just cannot afford right now and is an absolute rip off. I've had quotes from numerous dentists, in Knightsbridge (£350 for 3 pairs) Crawley (£450 for 3 pairs) Redhill (£350 for 3 pairs) East grinstead (£375 for 3 pairs) and it seems asif CBC are the only dentist charging this price for ONE PAIR. WHY?! This is ridiculous, as people make mistakes.. we should have back-ups if anything goes wrong. It seems asif it's cheaper to go down to Knightsbridge which is a rich area?! HOW?! Not only that, I had little (1mm) chips on my teeth after having braces and Tim wanted to charge me from £350 per tooth to get them sorted.. now, the new place I'll be going for my composites charge £280 per tooth (Smilesbysethi on insta) in Knightsbridge. TO COVER THE WHOLE TOOTH WITH COMPOSITE. It's just a rip off and a money maker. They literally take the p*** with loyal long term patients. I'm sad to say, I will never return for any treatments.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here. Cbc is a Bupa affiliated dentist and I underwent a root canal and replacement crown, feeling absolutely no pain at any stage from consultation to permanent fitting, and even after each visit once the painkillers had worn off. The staff are really pleasant and were lenient with me when I had to make a late appointment adjustment, despite the fact that they could have charged me a fee for rearranging. Fully recommend, you can't put a price on feeling good about your smile

Negative experience: My crown broke after a little over two years. The practice said they only give warranty for one year, so I would have to pay full price for replacement. Normally, crowns are meant to serve 15-20 years. Just a fact.

Negative experience: Quality has dropped, and left my mouth full of ulcers. I had a hygienist recommend the airpolish method for cleaning my teeth. It left my gums very tender and the suction tool was used too vigorously with too much pressure. The hygienist pressed the suction tool against my gums overzealously, causing ulcers around my mouth after the treatment. Reported this to the reception team but I didn't seem to get much of an apology from this at all. Have since moved on to another practice in the local vicinity who take such needs into account. If you do get work done by them, do remind them to be careful with your teeth and gums, especially for the price premium you are paying.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at CBC Dental Studio for a few years now. Dr.Tim provided me with a few treatments including crowns, fillings, and retainer removal. During consultations he is always discussing the treatment plan and listening to the needs and concerns of the patient. I can’t recommend him highly enough! Crowns look as natural teeth, and the fillings, especially in the front - you can’t tell if these are fillings at all. Dr. Tim has certainly great attention to detail and sense of aesthetics. You’ll be in good hands 100%. The team of receptionists and administrators is wonderful - professional and polite. Fantastic experience: Just WOW. My fear of dentists is real and this place has the sweetest people ever! I got my wisdom tooth removed by Dr Ciro, and both him and the assistant made it the best experience possible. I felt so taken care of from start to finish, can't recommend enough!

Negative experience: This place is a money pit. They have NO respect for their loyal customers of many years. They decline you treatment and make you pay more for unnecessary check ups. This is totally absurd and excessive but they insist this is ‘the way we operate’. I was appalled to be treated like this after many years of being a loyal customer. I suggest you AVOID this practice if you have any self respect.

Fantastic experience: Post treatment edit: I went to CBC Dental with a fractured molar and I was consulted by Dr Adriana B who showed the utmost levels of professionalism when carrying out my treatment. I went back repeatedly (part of the treatment plan provided by Dr Adriana B) for some fillings and hygiene sessions and despite having to go for anesthetic injections she was at all times ensuring I feel as little pain & discomfort as possible. I will go back to finalise my treatment and potentially discuss with them further regarding an implant but will post an updated review once the treatment finalises. So far I feel I am in very good and capable hands and I am getting the best levels of dental care and treatment. Setting appointments is done via reception (calls and/or emails) and the person in charge of reception is super friendly and accommodating to appt changes/payment methods and other logistic related matters. I will most likely go back in a few weeks to discuss implant options but I will 100% go back to this place for my yearly checkups. Being treated by Dr Adriana B was a pleasure, yes, you wouldn't say that about going to the dentist as most people get anxious when it comes to dentist appts!

Negative experience: I have sensitive teeth and informed the dental studio of this before my hygiene appointment. I requested to have the tools set to the minimum power setting, but this was not done (with the scaler) until I started to squirm from pain when I had my teeth be cleaned. Maybe the scaler pressed my gums. Additionally, I don’t think the power settings was lowered for the polishing. I have had positive experiences in the past with other dental studios and usually do not leave with uncomfortable sensations after my appointment. However, after the hygiene appointment with CBC I am still experiencing some sensation. I noted a similar review from another patient. I believe the level of the service/ accommodating patient requests should be commensurate to a premium price being charged. Interestingly the practice offers a free gift to patients if they leave a five star review. I didn’t feel comfortable accepting the gift because I don’t think they should be used to influence reviews. On a positive note I felt the staff and hygienist were kind.

I have been living in Canada and US for long time and during last 15 years in UK and can assure CBC quality standards are equating to some of the best dental clinics in North America. All CBC personnel is highly experienced, friendly and find a personal approach to each patient. Reception area is friendly, comfortable and radiating positive atmosphere to all visitors. All doctors and hygiene professionals are highly qualified and experienced. This is undoubtably one of the best dentistries in London and I highly recommend to all patients who are looking for an honest and highly experienced dentist.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Tim Meskhi to have cosmetic/reconstructive treatment for upper incisors following 12 months of orthodontic treatment. Dr Meskhi recommended an excellent treatment plan tailored to my needs: teeth whitening followed by reconstructive work. I was blown away by the end result. My teeth look so natural that I want to smile all the time. The clinic also offers various facial aesthetic services. I was offered free consultation with Dr Meskhi and he performed procedure with usual care and attention to the details. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of patient care after each procedure. The team of the clinic checked on me after two days and arranged follow up consultation in two weeks. I have been in many famous and expensive clinics in London but never had such good results. Although the clinic is a bit far from my house, the treatment and service you get from the entire team makes it worthwhile.
