Fantastic experience: Managed to get a last-minute appointment for a dental checkup. The reception team was warm, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Redfearn was thorough, personable, and clearly very experienced. Highly recommend—spoken as a dentist myself.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental implant procedure fperformed by Dr Kevin O'Farrell. Prior to the procedure, he explained everything which was involved and the cost. The placement of the implant was quick and I did not feel any discomfort. Both Dr O'Farrell, and his assistant Eva, were very re-assuring and put me at ease during the whole procedure. I would have no hesitation is recommending Dr O'Farrell and Eva of L & H Dental Care for anyone looking for a dental implant in the future.

Positive experience: This would have been a 5 and I contemplated 1 as I’ve never had to speak to the shoulder length, lighter hair receptionist (think it’s Claire) Shirley is just so lovely and helpful, but she’s just so rude when approaching, asking to explain something and she is terrible for not letting u speak. It’s just not needed and actually is starting to make me dread going in or phoning which means I then re think where I want my dental practice to be and spend the thousands that I do with them. I also now would not want any of my older children to go in without me as I don’t want them having that attitude directed at them. Everyone else is absolutely amazing including the other receptionists. Hopefully, the feedback can be taken on board and not deflected so that I can do a more positive one in a few months, as it would be a shame to have to find elsewhere and they are the face of the business many times so a super important role thanks

Fantastic experience: Having experienced tooth issues Dr O'Malley at L&H Dental Care asked me to consider a dental implant bridge. My initial thoughts were to think about it, but I decided to proceed. Perhaps one of my better moves. The end result is well worth the time and expense. The implant is excellent, and although it takes time for the treatment, I am extremely happy with the end result. The stages are explained fully and at no time was I in pain or discomfort. Conor O'Malley and nurse Lauren are part of a great practice. All the staff are friendly and professional and could not make you more welcome. The care and attention of the hygenists is excellent. Jennifer and nurse Stacey are both professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

The very professional reception staff are unbelievably helpful in getting the right appointment to suit my calendar and are very flexible and patient with me always. I am delighted with the plan I am on and the care my dentist has given me over the past year has been outstandingly thorough accurate and supportive. My visit today was for the Hygienist which could not have gone better. It was to the highest professional standards in service and I was very comfortable in the chair at all times. So, thank you L&H. We have always had an excellent standard of dental treatment from Dr O’Malley in particular, but also from the other dentists in the practice whom we have seen in cases of emergency. The Dental Hygienists are very efficient and it helps to see them regularly. The Reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Altogether a very positive review!!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this practice from long before it was L &H. The practice has gone from strength to strength , with the latest treatments and diagnostics available. I would never go anywhere else and would, and have , highly recommended them. From the receptionists, hygienists to dentists and dental nurses, you will be treated with the utmost professionalism , care and respect.

Fantastic experience: I presented at L&H dental post aggressive Chemo with complex dental needs. The staff are incredibly, warm, friendly, caring and professional. As a Nurse myself I fully appreciated this . I was also extremely anxious following my cancer journey. Dr. Conor O’Malley reassured me I was far from losing my teeth to dentures! Instead he took the time to explain the best course of treatment and the future management plan of my challenging dental needs. Both Dr. O’Malley and Dr.Paul Cooney have been exemplary . The practise have their own State of the Art dental lab on the premises and Craig, the dental technician is hugely experienced and has done a marvellous job for me. All the Hygienists have been great and my oral hygiene vastly improved. Not only has my teeth been restored but my confidence too. I highly recommend this practise and I shall continue to drive the one hour from Fife to attend L&H Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had 2 great experiences with L&H - I am a particularly anxious person when going to the dentist, and I needed to have both upper wisdom teeth removed. Both of these procedures were performed by Dan and Evie, and they did a fantastic job (with both the dental work, and calming me down) and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Additionally, I've recently had a hygienist appointment with Jennifer, and she was absolutely wonderful. The level of care provided by Jennifer, Dan and Evie is exceptional, and I can't thank them enough.
