Fantastic experience: Not keen on having any dental work, but Martin always makes sure I know what's going on throughout the treatment and gets the job done in a thoroughly professional and patient centred approach. Have had issues with lower jaw pain recently and Jennifer and Martin have been great in getting me in urgently to check out the problem. Fixed now.

The treatment and attention to detail provided by the dental care team (dentist and hygienist) couldn't be better or more more professional. My sister had joined a year ago and recommended when I had suffered toothache for months and my previous local dentist was unable to provide appointments to deal with this. Paul was very helpful and arranged for another appoint later on in the day to deal with the toothache. Paul and all the practice staff I have dealt with are very professional and helpful. I have now transferred over the Borland & Morton with the rest of my family. Would highly recommend.

The practice is very good in accommodating as best they can an urgent need, and also time allowing, dealing with anything during a check-up They will go the extra mile - Paul took 3 x-rays just to be sure about a bit of sensitivity with a couple of teeth

I’m not a fan of having any dental treatment done because the last few practices I tried were not very friendly and treated me like I was just another number. Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with the dental hygienist yesterday (10th Feb 2025). She advised me on cleaning intra-dental areas, gave samples of intra-dental brushes. And she also advised me not to rush when brushing teeth. Everything was done politely and professionally.

There isn't many dentists I have tried in the past as I am totally scared of some of the dentists, this phobia stems from childhood when I was having a filling the the tooth shattered I finished up with stitches in my gum. But thankfully them days have gone or have they?. But not in Borland & Morton they are a brilliant team of dentists.

Positive experience: I had a hygenist appointment here and I thought the staff were lovely, they made sure I was looked after and they made sure my teeth were cared for. I do struggle at times with people wearing masks which made it a bit difficult to understand as I lipread but it's a great dentist and it was a local one when I lived in Hamilton.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Martin @ Borland & Morton for a few years now . I am an extremely nervous patient ( proper terrified ) and Martin always makes me feel as comfortable as possible . A few years ago I sustained an injury at work where the roots in my 4 front teeth were fractured. Martin splinted them together and I've had 3 years out of them but I knew I was going to lose them eventually. After several consultations I decided to get a Valpast partial denture fitted . The big day was Wednesday just there and I was petrified ,still not sure how I actually got on that chair but I did and Martin was absolutely amazing with me , he was so patient and understanding took his time made sure I was completely numb , stopped the procedure when I got upset ,calmed me down and then fitted my plate . I honestly didn't feel much it was more physiological as a female losing my front teeth . I honestly can't praise Martin enough as a dentist .If your like me and a nervous patient please consider going to this dentist there amazing . I ended up phoning them this morning due to my plate causing me ulcers and was fitted in this afternoon to adjust it . Martin u are a star and I can smile again thank-you ✨️
