Negative experience: Absolute shambles. Receptionist was blunt and rude both times I phoned. Asked for an appointment and was told they don't do appointments and I need to phone at 8am every single day until they can fit me in. I explained that's not how appointments work. We arrange a time and date and I show up and they do they work. "We don't offer that." she tells me, like a scheduled appointment is the most insane thing she's ever heard of. Told her I can't do that, I work, I have a life and can't just phone everyday at 8am until they can squeeze me in, then I need to try and convince my boss to give me time off that day. That's not how life works. Told her the dates I'm off work and asked if I could come in then. She rudely replies "YOU CAN'T GET AN APPOINTMENT AND IF YOU COULD IT WOULD BE IN NOVEMBER." So, you're saying I CAN get an appointment and you're just being rude. Right. Got it. Instantly called another dentist to register, not only am I registered with them now but guess what, I have an appointment in a few days. THIS PLACE SUCKS!! SO DOES THE RECEPTIONIST!!

Negative experience: Disappointing service - Waiting since 2025 to have bridge replaced!! I had a bridge fitted in 2025, the bridge was a little too big and protruding and ended up breaking. I was too have a new bridge ordered and fitted in 2025, I had an appointment or so I thought in Jan 2026 when I called in January to check my appointment time I was told there had been a mistake my appointment wasn't till March, I didn't complain just accepted it was an honest mistake. March appointment comes, I received just a check up and told to schedule another appointment to have new bridge fitted and asked why I hadn't scheduled earlier as my bridge has been there a while and dentist surprised nobody has been in touch regarding this. Again I don't complain just accept I have to wait till June for next available appointment. Just before June appointment get a call to say they have to cancel my appointment with no good reason just the dentist won't be in on that date now. So again no complaints I accept an August appointment. Now for my august appointment I unfortunately due to public transport was running late for my appointment and when I called was told as I'd be more than 10 mins late I wouldn't be taken and I'd need to make another appointment which would now be November. So I'll have been waiting to have a broken bridge fixed for over a year and when I explained this no consideration was taken to the length I've waited for appointments, very disappointing.

Negative experience: Not friendly receptionist.She dont even smile or the way she speak to us is not really friendly at all..ask if i can register,.she said yes,but i can only make appointment until September and need to pay £80 if i will make emergency appointment earlier than September.

Fantastic experience: Had a very out of work done in one day and I’m sure it was stefan who fixed me up and i can’t thank him enough giveing me my confidence back and my smile honestly so greatful absolutely recommend this dentist thanks you so much

Negative experience: Had bad tooth ache went there to get tooth out gave me antibiotics as I have health problems told me to get permission of my doctor to increase steroids got InTouch with GP I was told to ask GP if it was ok to extract tooth GP says it's not up to them it's the dentist decision dentist says get my blood tests all the time in agony with toothache got bloods took twice second time ok. I rushed down to dentists with letter from doctor this is now a month pain was doing my head in I phoned the dentist was told they would ask permission from GP for extract they said GP won't give permission as it's up to them I phoned back dentist to tell how much pains IAM in the girl said he wants to see you next week over five weeks with toothache I went down says he was going to send me for hospital for treatment not knowing how long that's go to be I told him don't bother and left IAM now on agony with no where to go

Fantastic experience: First experience with my dentist and couldn’t recommend them more. Charlene and Martin (I think that was his name I can’t remember) made me feel so at ease during a tricky extraction! Very professional and friendly.

Negative experience: The reception staff are a disgrace so cheeky over the phone to the patients.

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my heartfelt for the exceptional Customer Service I recieved from my Dentist Robyn and Nurse Chelsea and Nicola . Deborah @ reception and Gregor steering the boat . Staff show great expertise, through asking questions gained a thorough understanding of my needs that led to an outcome that exceeded my expectations. The meticulous attention to detail and clarity of guidance were incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. Thankyou ounce again for your outstanding support showing great example of what Customer Service should look like.

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are always very pleasant and polite when in the practice or on the phone. Melissa is our dentist and she is fabulous. My son had such a fear of dentists due to a bad experience in another practice and Melissa worked with him explaining everything she was doing in detail and taking things at his pace. he now looks forward to his visits. would highly reccommend.

Negative experience: I was in today with my partner I can't belive how the practice manager was so rude to my partner but in my opinion this practice should be looking after the client's they have since all bad reputation they have had past couple year's

Fantastic experience: I went to see STEFAN as I had toothache he X-rayed my mouth where I had the pain and told me that there was no decay and that it was probably a filling that I had some years ago that needed attention he promptly froze my mouth and removed the old filling and replaced it with a new one, no more toothache absolutely brilliant Dentist.Thank you so very much STEFAN…Kind Regards Ronnie McCallum.16/8/2023

Negative experience: Just been to this dentist with my daughter age 9 been trying to get appointment since dentist reopened after previously being with the Wishaw practise which closed during covid and short staff who were amazing always told only emergency fast forward to today the way the guy spoke to my daughter was total lack of respect or care! He never even introduced himself he walked out to reception with a tooth pick in his mouth and a swagger he spoke to her or should I say at her like dirt she is traumatised and terrified of going back next week after hearing she may not tolerate pain relief and may need sedation ! Very disappointed and sad let’s hope it’s a different dentist next week

Negative experience: After being left with a temporary fix I was left for 2.5 years without an appointment. Even though i was in agonising pain every single day they dont nothing at an emergency appointment and still left me waiting got that amount of time ! Was told this was because dentist had left. After calling up around the 2 year mark I was told would be another 6 months for an appointment I decided I was going to go private and was told on 3 separate occasions that if I did I could never go back to the NHS which is a total lie. After moving dentist I realise how poor this practice was! I now absolutely love going to the dentist.

Negative experience: I don't think I would even give this dentist 1 star although I have no problem with the dentist team and have been with this dentist for over 10 years now and up until this year I have found with some of the receptionists very disrespectful and rude.they have told lies about me and I have become so frustrated and upset I reported them to the NHS. As someone decided to take me off there register and given three months to register with another dentist. One of my problems is, I have been trying for weeks to get hold and talk to either with a dentist or a manager and constantly told by the know it all receptionists that I have to write a letter or a email to do so. I have lost all faith in the practice

Negative experience: Says accepting new patients on website… actually isn’t.

Negative experience: Called yesterday at 9am for an appointment for toothache to be told I would get a call between 9am-10am. Called back at 12pm to be told I was on a list for a call back but couldn't be given a time. Called back today and left a message before calling back to find they didn't have my correct mobile number (I wasn't asked for my number so thought you might have checked the number I called from). Now have to wait 4 days to get a CALL BACK, not even an appointment. Not great.

Negative experience: Called the dentist in agony with half a tooth missing and was told to try boots instead the place is a disgrace!

I am always treated with courtesy and respect from my arrival at reception to the completion of any treatment. Despite changes in staffing over the years the same high levels of care, consideration and courtesy have been maintained. I look forward to many more years with this practice.
