Fantastic experience: I find this dentist very reasonable. I had a scale and polish the last time and my dentist was so gentle. Overall a pleasant visit, which makes me feel much more relaxed when I think ofy next visit.

Fantastic experience: Mr Scott M Dorrian really is an exceptional dentist, Not only was I given thorough treatment and after care, as an anxious person I was also given extra reassurances by himself and his assistant Lauren. Throughout my root canal treatment, crown preparations ,and final placement Mr Dorrian really went above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic dentist - Scott is my dentist, Angela is my Hygienist and Jenn is my daughter’s dentist and does my facial aesthetics. The service here is amazing, and the staff are very professional and friendly. Jenn always makes me feel like a million bucks!

Fantastic experience: I had a facial aesthetics treatment done at the practice and was incredibly impressed. The whole appointment from start to finish was great. Receptionist was welcoming, the clinic itself was clean and bright and the actual treatment was carried out perfectly. Will be back for sure.

Fantastic experience: My Dentist Carluke always provide a warm and welcoming service. This experience begins at reception and goes all the way to the end of my appointment.

Negative experience: I have used this dental practice for nearly 20 years, and have had good service for that time. Recently, trying to rearrange a very quick visual appointment for a mouth blemish, I felt poorly treated. I spoke to one of the receptionists, Stephanie, and after explaining that I needed to reschedule my 2-minute visual appointment, I was told it would be a full month before I could be seen. I then explained that this was just a visual appointment to see if a hospital visit was required. Grudgingly, I was told that she would leave a note to see if anything could be done. The Dentist has been tremendous, but I feel Stephanie could have managed my needs better and has let the practice down.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had an infection and needed a tooth extraction. She was very nervous about having this done but Rebecca was amazing and really took her time to explain everything and make her feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to this dentist for years & always found the staff very friendly. Have been undertaking some cosmetic work with Scott Cherington for the last couple of years & can highly recommend him & his staff. He has totally transformed my teeth & given me back my confidence when smiling! He always kept me updated each step of the way & reassured me as I am quite an anxious person. Fantastic experience: I have been at this dentist’s a lot recently and they have been amazing. The reception team are so friendly and helpful and my dentist Scott Dorrian, and his dental nurse are excellent. I’m generally quite an anxious person and he explains everything step by step which really helps to settle my feelings of anxiety. I’d highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I would just like to say I moved to Scotland from wales coming up to a year ago now and I found one dentist in Lanark but we will not go there. My dentist was recommended to me and Stuart the Dentist is out of this world. He is superb and the nurse he had with him today was out of this world. Stuart was so gentle and talk to me every step of the way, he was not a butcher like other dentist. So if u are looking for a superb Dentist please go to my dentist. Fantastic experience: After struggling to find a local dentist since the COVID pandemic my wife managed to get me into the My Dentist Practice in Carluke. From the staff at the front desk to Stewart the dentist the guys a magnificent. they make you feel so relaxed

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and approachable reception staff. Dentist always clearly discusses treatment plans in layman's terms and doesn't sugar-coat advice. I don't like going to the dentist- who does? But this excellent practice make it as bearable as possible.

Negative experience: I had waited a month for this appointment, I got stuck in traffic and I was 5/10 mins late. I’m travelling 2 hours each way. To then be refused at the door and couldn’t get me in for another month because i was 10 mins late!! Not what you want after travelling 4 hours. Bad service, wouldn’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished extensive treatment with Scott( and who could forget Stacey). I am beyond delighted with the results! Scott has given me back the smile I had 20 years ago! The level of skill and professionalism could not be faulted - with many a laugh thrown in for good measure. Grateful thanks to you both. You have worked magic!!

Fantastic experience: I have neglected my teeth a lot over the years. As you can see from the picture they were not in good condition, so much so that in recent years i have got in the habit of keeping them hidden as much as i could and not smiling much for wedding photos etc. I asked Scott Cherington for advice about if i could get them looking a bit better. As you can see in picture the answer was YES. Scott and Stacey were fantastic from day 1. I've always been very nervous visiting the dentist, but the steps they took to reassure me and make it all quite comfortable was perfect. Great atmosphere in the room at all times. I could not believe the finished result. Blown away tbh. Almost immediately, I've noticed I'm opening my mouth more. More confident. I'm so chuffed. Looking forward to next wedding photos haha. Fantastic experience: Takes the stress out of visiting the dentist. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Scott is a great dentist who puts you at ease. Great quality of work when required. I especially like the email/text reminders of my appointments so i never forget.

Negative experience: The dentist and assistants themselves are decent, warm and welcoming too. But reception staff EVERYTIME I go are too busy eating at the desk to welcome me as I arrive, behind them at any point sits an array of snacks and it's beyond unprofessional and unhygienic!!!! I don't like the idea of people who lick their fingers passing me anything even if it is a pen and paper. They promote VERY unhealthy eating and are front of house of a dentists reception.....! The form filling is beyond excessive and they justify how demeaning it is by saying its for my safety however common sense would suggest they should ask one simple question and if the answer is yes then have them fill in the details. The question being is there anything today health wise you feel you need to update us on. Simple but instead of that they sit u down with a form as soon as u come in so they can continue to pass their boxes of chocolate coated snacks back and forth to one another while discussing anything BUT dentistry

Fantastic experience: Pain free, skilfully administered dental procedures from my superb dentist, Scott. I'm a bit needle adverse, Scott helps me to relax with breathing exercises. He is so patient , kind and friendly, making dental appointments a pleasurable experience. Never thought I would say that!!! All the staff are professional, and even when they are so busy, help you with any concerns. 5 GOLD STARS in my opinion

Fantastic experience: What a great practice been with Scott for nearly 2 years always been scared of Dentist for nearly 45 years my fears were over come had a lot of work done and have no fear of going back when you wait in the waiting room you can hear the resurgence that the staff give to patients and make you welcome thanks Scott good to see young Gillian is an Acciess supporter big thanks to all in this practice
