Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Had to have a extraction and a partial denture fitted. Everyone from the receptionists to the dentists were friendly and helpful, considering I was an emergency case at first Both my dentists were extremely calming as I had a bad experience with a dentist a long time ago, which left me with a fear of dentists. They explained everything that they were going to do and as they were doing it. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: I came to Adelaide House after a really terrible experience at a previous Dental Practice. I was fully expecting for the experience to go just as badly as my previous provider, but I was gladly proved wrong. I'm a nervous patient, and I highly recommend Adelaide House to anyone else who is. Adelaide House reception staff were so kind. Sophie went the extra mile to explain everything I needed to expect, typed over an email which I really appreciated. She was also so patient with answering all my questions and concerns over the phone and didn't make me feel like I was asking too many - thank you Sophie! My dentist was Nikita Patel. As soon as you walk through the door she greets you with a big smile and welcomes you in straight away. I was immediately put at ease. She also took her time to explain what to expect in the appointment and explained all her observations in a really approachable and easy-to-understand way. Unlike the bad dentist I went to, she did not prescribe me 4 hygienist appointments, she only prescribed me one, and said we'll see if we need more. I am so releived and happy with my experience at Adelaide House and highly, highly recommend that you visit them if you also are a Nervous Patent. Very grateful for everyone there in making my visit as comfortable and easy as possible.

Fantastic experience: A very professional family run practice with polite and efficient dentists and in-house hygienist. Latest technology and equiptment to ensure a realaxing environment whilst receiving the best care and treatment. AJ is very reassuring and spends time explaining procedures so that I am fully informed at all times. They are both wonderful with our little one-year-old as well, putting him at ease and making him feel comfortable. Highly recommended for families.

Fantastic experience: My Dentist is Nikita Patel and she is absolutely fantastic for nervous patient's. Was super thorough with her examination and explained everything to me and showed me pictures of my teeth so I knew exactly what was happening. I also had a hygiene visit with Sukh and she was very detailed in giving me advice on how to make my gums better as I suffer with them, she was also very gentle with her cleaning. Would definitely recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: I, along with my family travel to this practice from Milton Keynes! Unfortunately I have needed a few procedures however, AJ and his team place me at ease. Every procedure is discussed in detail ensuring I understand what to expect and why it is being carried out. AJ encourages me to ask questions and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend this practice to all, especially patients that are nervous in nature or those with children who need encouraging to look after their teeth.

Fantastic experience: Everybody wes so nice,The hygienist was so good she knew I was nervous and went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed. My dentist was also lovely and also made me feel relaxed both hygienist and dentist were great and also the dental nurse charley very polite and good at her job, Over all for a nervous patient I came out feeling very satisfied and no longer afraid of the dentists.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the place, my mom went through multiple doctors before and this is the only place where she is really happy with. She had a wisdom tooth removal and it was a more complex operation than usual so she was very terrified of going with it. However the process was amazing! She loved it. The dentist ensured she was treated right and any problems she had were addressed, doctor was so caring that they ensured the right amount of numbing was injected. Fantastic experience: When I chose to have a dental implant, rather than a denture, I was rather apprehensive & concerned the procedure would be painful. I needn’t have worried. From start to finish everything was very clearly explained and, much to my surprise, it wasn’t painful at all! It immediately felt natural & I’m very glad I chose to have one. Fantastic experience: I'm historically nervous about going to the dentist but ever since visiting Adelaide House I don't fear the dentists anymore. The reception team always make me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable and are always friendly and kind. Every dentist and hygienist I've been to see are so professional that I feel completely confident in their ability to care for me and my teeth. I always feel that they have my best interests at heart and I've never felt like I'm being 'sold to'. I can't thank the whole team enough for making the dentists a place I don't fear anymore and can trust in

Negative experience: Had a couple of odd attendances at this place as follows, paid for an examination, paid for several sessions of cleaning paid for another examination of which after I mentioned to the dentist that he was hurting me received no reply or response & continued with his torture, I was then referred to another dentist of which I paid for another examination & the report was sent back to Adelaide house (I do hope you can keep up with this as I've only just begun ) I was then told that I needed to pay for another examination although they were unable to extract my teeth do the cleaning of which was required or do the root canal, with the upmost of respect what can they do as a Dental Practice apart from charging me hundreds of pounds absolutely bizarre to say the least, maybe we should all open up a dental practice & refer everyone to another practice & charge citizens hundreds of pounds, small wonder the very pleasant young lady Lauren has left, maybe she's gone to work for a dental practice,this place is unreal, whilst I was waiting for some useless treatment there was an elderly lady of which had a tooth removed who was shaking uncontrolably & in tears in the waiting room I comforted her as she looked as though she was about to faint.It's obviously your choice but from my experiences I would absolutely NOT recommend the place,as for all the 5-star reviews saying this is the best dentist in Bedford,I think they've been sniffing on the powder version of the anaesthetic & on the laughing gas Maybe I've just been unlucky as nobody's perfect all the time although these were the experiences I had.Goodluck.

Fantastic experience: I Joined Adelaide House Dental House practice as a new patient after having a negative experience with another private practice and had been left in a state of unsurety and disappointment, Kurrah was appointed my Dentist by Lauren and since being his patient I have not felt more reassured, comfortable and prioritized with my needs put first throughout a tough decision that was quite complicated regarding an emergency Tooth Extraction and I have ended up pain free and feeling relieved and grateful for the help and care I have received from the Adelaide house staff, finding a great dentist is few and far between but I cannot recommend Adelaide House Dental practice enough. Thank you all for excellent service

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist today, having secured an emergency appointment. I am somewhat of a nervous patient when it comes to seeing the dentist, however, I was put completely at ease from when I first entered the building. This is a very well taken care of premises. It feels cosy and clean, the reception room is comfortable and not too clinical feeling. The staff are all wonderful and their positive energy puts you at ease. The receptionists are friendly and I can not praise the dentist I saw 'Nikita Patel' enough on her bedside manner, expertise and knowledge. I'm so glad I stumbled across this dentist even though I was in pain at the time.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible, had to quickly have a filling replaced and was greeted by a brilliant team and a fantastic, energetic dentist with state of the art equipment that did an amazing job, so much that I will be registering to use them regularly after my previous dentist practice decided to remove me from they’re books. Fantastic experience: I moved to Bedford a year ago, and I was looking for a dentist. I'm very nervous patient so I wanted to find the best practice so I decided on Adelaide after reading the reviews. I couldn't be more happy after I took that decision because all my experience was amazing. Dr K Yassin and the nurses were very polite and understanding, they made me feel very comfortable and relax. He was explaining every step of procedure and checking if I was fine. I would like to thank you even the hygienist as well. She was very gentle and kind she really make me feel completely at ease. Fantastic experience: AJ is a brilliant dentist who is great at his job and puts you at ease. I have had various treatments here over the years and have always had the best care. All the staff are very good and all friendly and treat you with care and respect. I have been coming here since I was a child and I’m now 62. Any treatment required is always explained and AJ talks you through it. The hygienist here is also very good and gentle when cleaning your teeth. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic people and service, and definitely worth the 280 mile round trip including ferry! We’ve been patients with AJ for 8 years, and having just recently moved, as soon as I realised I had a dental problem, my only thought was to get to Adelaide House Dental Practice. They fitted me in within a few hours (taking into consideration the journey I had to make) and the whole team were so very kind upon arrival offering lots of reassurance regarding the procedure. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and no-one can believe it was gentle, totally painless, only took half an hour, and I was able to drive home immediately due to to no sedation. I had a follow up call the next day which was very comforting. I know I can call for advice if needed. I am very very lucky to be a patient here. Fantastic experience: AJ and the team at this practice are so kind and caring, with plenty of time to talk to there patients and answer all questions. I travel 25 minutes to visit the surgery and will happily continue to do so for both myself and my two young sons due to how comfortable they have made me feel on my visits. I have just finished my second appointment for a root canal procedure. AJ and the dental nurses Charley and Yasmin were all very kind and put me at ease, continously checking I was okay and informing me of what was going to happen next. I can honestly say that it was completely painless and the nicest dental visit I have ever experienced (there have been many, last time being in A and E which left me terrified of having more anesthesia injections). I cannot thank them enough for helping me feel comfortable in visiting the dentist again and I look forward to taking my sons for there first dental appointments where I know they will receive great care from the very first visit therefore avoiding them being afraid of visiting.

Fantastic experience: I have always dreaded going to the Dentist, I can honestly say I feel more at ease and don't have to be numbed to see the Hygienist. They are a great team, always friendly and polite. Would highly recommend Adelaide Square Dentist. I was disappointed that I had not received my pre-appt questionnaire and found the new Reception quite harsh about although I had explained it to her. I always complete the questionnaire prior to my appt. Other than that all great.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment yesterday with Dr Karrar and I wanted to pass on my thanks to him and the very lovely dental nurse with him. He explained the procedures to me and talked to me throughout and kept checking that I was ok. Once the anaesthetic wore of I had absolutely no pain. Negative experience: Worse experience ever! Had many fillings and because of them I have now 5 mobile teeth and pain in all the feelings! Will cost a fortune to fix everything now!

Fantastic experience: I joined Adelaide Dental Practice in September 2022 and I have visited a few times for examinations, x-rays and a dental filling. I have had a lot of dental work done over the years in various surgeries all over Europe so it was important for me to find a surgery who has wide experience in implants, orthodontics and general dentistry. The whole Team is amazing. Ladies at the reception: Sonia, Lauren and Sukhman are always helpful, smiling, understanding and professional. Dr Soham Patel is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and explains everything well. Every time I visited he has always helped me with my issues. Fantastic experience: Contacted the practice late Thursday 23rd December via their website as i had a suspected tooth abscess . Was worried about being in pain over Christmas and I knew my regular practice would not have been able to see me and I haven’t been happy there for a while . I was delighted to get a response and appointment via email for the next day. Their receptionist called me Friday morning and took the appointment fee and to make sure I could attend . I was seen by AJ and explained that I am a nervous patient and he was brilliant . He made me feel very at ease and asked me lots of questions before examining me . He was very gentle and explained what he was doing and what the results were. After a thorough examination and an X-ray he was able to issue me with antibiotics . They have always been wonderful with myself and my family, always helpful and friendly, the whole experience makes going for dental treatment an easy and pleasant experience, I never worry about any treatment due to all the staff being so welcoming and the professional skills of all involved. AJ always very thorough and explains everything in detail to you, and as usual very friendly and polite and makes you feel completely at ease. Would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Recently had teeth whitening done at this practice and I am in LOVE with the results! The reception staff were able to get me an appointment really quickly and with no hassle. AJ was amazing and helped me work around my really sensitive teeth during the process and the nurse, Charley, was so friendly. Amazing practice!

Fantastic experience: Attended the practice to have my teeth whitened. Amar could not have been more helpful. He advised the best treatment and the best course of action. I was so impressed with the knowledge he shared and helped me understand the process rather than it happening over night. My results were exceptional with Amar quoting them the best results yet. Three months on and my teeth are still as white as the last day of treatment. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amar was exceptionally excellent. After having a fear of the dentist he was a calming, reassuring and knowledgeable about treatment I needed. He provided me with extra support and helped me understand why my teeth were so sensitive and how I can prevent this worsening. Would recommend for children also, there’s screens for them to look at, happy faces at reception and just ultra reassuring and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient and I have never had such a positive experience in a dentist chair. Dr Yassin was brilliant and so was his dental assistant. Really put me at ease and explained and photographed each step of the process. Definitely recommend signing up to their dental plan too as this gives options to have x amount of hygienist and check up appointments a year for a low monthly fee.
