Woods Dental: Reviews
Negative experience: Sadly it looks like this dentist is also going fully private in 2026 as a letter which encourages denplan has been sent out, advising they will no longer be able to offer NHS card beyond April 2026 - Absolutely shocking, I blame the Welsh Government but these dentists are not helping the situation, and we have not long signed up to them!
Negative experience: For NHS treatment they are terrible !! Pulling teeth when it isn't needed and any change in your life they have no understanding and will throw you out!!!
Negative experience: Very disappointed with my experience. I booked an appointment for a tooth extraction and paid £430 in total, expecting everything to be included. Without my clear consent, they added a £75 charge for a general check-up which I never asked for and was not told about at the time. A year later they contacted me demanding payment for it. This feels dishonest and unfair — patients should be told upfront about all costs instead of being surprised later.at the end the end they made good job
Fantastic experience: I have high praises for Dr Ray in Woods Dental Swansea. I have high anxiety around the dentist and needles and he made me feel as comfortable as can be. He talked me through it, letting me know why and what was happening (it was a difficult procedure that he admitted he didn’t know if he could successfully pull it off) the honesty and patience care from him was amazing and the extraction went off without a hitch! Even if it hadn’t his bedside manner and care were amazing. Thank you so much :)
Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t thank Rehan enough. I had 7 or 8 old fillings that needed replacing, plus years of staining from smoking, and I’d become really self-conscious about my smile. Rehan completely turned that around. He replaced all my fillings with such care, polished my teeth, removed years of built-up stains, and even fixed a chipped tooth — the results were better than I ever expected. I can finally smile properly again, and it’s given me a massive boost in confidence. On top of that, he made me feel so relaxed during every visit that I nearly fell asleep in the chair each time! He’s calm, reassuring, and just genuinely cared about helping me get my teeth healthy and looking good again. If you’re looking for a dentist who’s very skilled and makes the whole experience feel easy, I highly recommend Rehan.
Negative experience: Disgusted .....emergancy appointment for my 8 year old daughter who has a lamp and swollen jaw. Appointment was 14:00 we arived 14:09 due to traffic and were turned away.
Fantastic experience: Had a emergency appointment at woods dental practice, from the moment I sat in the seat, the guy who I seen, was really down to earth, explained everything, and extracted my jaw tooth very professionally, even though it was a stubborn one to get out, I remember he was in room 2 at top of the stairs, likes his rugby, thank you so much, my tooth is healing nice
Fantastic experience: Amazing service from start to finish! Ceri, Geraint and the team are fantastic! My daughter was very nervous about having braces but they made the process a seamless one. Always flexible with appointments and always happy to see us. I really can’t recommend them enough! So professional and always available if we had any concerns, an amazing team!
Fantastic experience: Really good experience today. The dentist (I don't remember the name but he was arab with a beard) was really nice. No trying to sell me additional cleans and was complimentary and listened to my concerns. It felt like I was getting a good deal for a quality experience at £20 for a checkup.
Fantastic experience: Had Invisalign last November here. Can not recommend enough! Had my Invisalign off 3 months ago, I’m very happy with my teeth. If I had any problems they were super efficient and happy to help straight away.
Negative experience: The false advertising of 'january sale, only £38 a month!' but it actually being over £4000 in total which means £329.16 a month.
Fantastic experience: I am so pleased I went with Woods for my Invisalign a few years ago . Geraint was wonderful as was Ceri. So happy with everything that my daughter now has her fixed braces with them. Highly recommend .
Fantastic experience: After nearly 4 years of braces treatment - I now have a new straight smile thanks to Woods dental! The team there have been absolutely incredible and have looked after me through many highs and lows throughout the journey! Have to give a massive shout out to Ceri who has been so amazing with me over the years (even dealt with my tears). She has done everything to make sure I’m happy with my teeth & is she just the best person! Never thought I’d say this but I’ll miss my monthly visits haha. Thanks for being amazing and getting me the perfect smile! Would definitely recommend Woods Dental!
Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment at Woods this afternoon and saw one of the practice partners, Christopher Woods. Following an x-ray he advised I would need the tooth extracted due to an infection. I have always had a fear of dentists and from the moment I sat in the chair to leaving, Mr Woods was so lovely and professional putting me at ease. Fantastic service thank you.
Negative experience: Awful reception staff or whoever that replies to emails. Called the number on their website but no one answered. Emailed because I wanted an emergency appointment for my toothache and was told ‘no emergency appointments available but I can offer you a new patient exam but no treatment will be done in this appointment.’ I have been to this clinic about 2 years ago for an emergency appointment and things have changed for sure. What is the point then? I replied saying I’m in pain to which the response was call 111 then. Unsure if the person assumed me to be an NHS patient or are just wanting people to hate the clinic but the attitude was appalling. Thankfully I’ve now managed to get an appointment in another dental clinic who were very understanding of my situation. Avoid this place. Whoever is responsible of managing their email is doing a great job of keeping patients away from the practice.
Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed my Invisalign treatment plan with Woods, and I couldn’t be happier with the results—or the outstanding level of service I received throughout. The entire team, including Ceri, Geraint, and all the staff, went above and beyond to make the experience seamless and enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you all for such exceptional care and service!
Negative experience: Very difficult to get through to reception , Booking are always months away , don’t be be 5 mins later ! And you will sit there for 20 mins .
Fantastic experience: I went for urgent dental care and I have a phobia of needles... I walked in crying due to my phobia The receptionist was very welcoming as well as the dentist and the lady with him. Both helped me greatly as I ended up needing a tooth out and the dentist and the lady were so understanding I couldn't appreciate it more. Great dentist I will be looking to go with them shortly because uve never had a dentist where I'm actually willing to go back to get more work done. 100% recommend
Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment yesterday (05/09/24). I use crutches and the treatment room was upstairs so the first thing the done was to change rooms to make things easier for me which I thought was extremely helpful as it would have been a little hard for me to go up and down the stairs. I was extremely anxious as I've had bad experiences years ago so it was extremely hard for me to actually see a dentist. Not only were they very welcoming but they were understanding why I was so anxious and went at my pace and didnt rush me into anything. I had a xray and had to have a tooth removed. They explained each step to me and what they were going to do. They gave me printed information for what to do after which I was greatful for as I don't think I would have remembered. They made me feel so welcoming and at peace I even asked if they had any space so I could sign up to the practice. Massive thankyou to the dentist and all the staff at woods dental.
Negative experience: Highly disappointed. I asked the receptionist that I wanted to have scale and polish. She said I need to book an appointment first for £75 and I paid for it. Then I got a referral after my appointment today. When I went back to reception I expected to pay £65 but the receptionist said that it’s £82.50 as I haven’t been seen by the dentist. Then what is the £75 that I paid for? They said it’s for the braces appointment, but I never said I wanted braces. The other receptionist is kind enough to correct the mistake and said that the £75 will be refunded to pay for my dentist appointment. Still, they charge me £82.50 for the hygienist. In total , I paid £157.50 JUST TO HAVE A SCHEDULE FOR SCALE AND POLISH! Then I have to come back again next month to see the dentist and hygienist. Why does it have to be so much time and money just to get scale and polish?! It’s not supposed to be that way for goodness sake! I’ll post another review once my scale and polish appointment is done. My experience today so far has been absolutely horrendous.
Fantastic experience: very nervous and had an emergency appointment. The nicest man made me feel so calm and comfortable. Rebooked without hesitation.
Fantastic experience: I am a private patient who had to have some reconstructive work and a tooth extraction recently. Cannot thank the dentist enough for putting me at ease, explaining everything and the results are very noticeable. Never had so many compliments about my teeth
Fantastic experience: I have been with this dentist for over 50 years and it has been as always an exemplary service . I was concerned when it changed hands several years ago that the service would suffer but the same care , professionalism and concern for the patient has continued. In this day and age where people are quick to complain and slow to complement I thought it necessary to thank them for their wonderful continued service
Negative experience: Awful service by a lady dentist (?Georgia) last summer. Rushed and super careless, impersonal. Nearly rude. This is as a private patient!! Did NOT even LOOK in my mouth properly when I expressed my concerns. Now months later, It turns our that I have several problems that need attending to and treatment, one of them being 2 teeth cracks and obvious Bruxism that was not diagnosed for a while, among others. Fuming and dissppointed.
Negative experience: Not worth the money. 75 pounds for a 10 minute examination. Also, I found it very difficult to communicate with the reception team, I had to trade many e-mails for simple questions, they didn't allow me to speak to Dr Woods for questions - spoke to me like I was doing them a favor (Andrea).
Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Jonathan Pugh for all his hard work and patience on all 16 amazing veneers he did for me. I was always made aware of all procedures, costs and appointment times from the beginning. It was a pleasure to have Jonathan as my dentist and I would highly recommend .
Negative experience: Almost impossible to make an appointment, phone constantly engaged. Even for Private it is a poor standard of practice
Negative experience: Shocking standard if you are NHS don’t bother they don’t want you there they have no interest in treating you unless you are private and try to push expensive private treatment over and over worst experience
Fantastic experience: Would 100% recommend Woods Dental. Ceri Ann, Geraint and Jonathan have been amazing through my Invisalign journey and cosmetic dental work.
Positive experience: Not so helpful to NHS patients as they used to be
Negative experience: Absolutely shocking service and behaviour by the practice. Make sure you are checking if there are any hidden costs or fees as even if you ask the dentist and reception after they will still try and chase you up. Been going to the dentist for 10 years and never had any issues under Chris as my dentist. As soon as a NHS client under Dr Budding this has happened.
Fantastic experience: Excellent place, nice, clean, staff were lovely.
Negative experience: Avoid using this practice for Invisalign. The dentist overseeing treatment was unable to correctly comprehend the Treatment Overview during two consecutive appointments at the start of my treatment. This resulted in me having to book in with another provider whilst abroad for attachment bonding, which he was completely unaware were needed, until notified by the nursing staff who had confirmed his error. I found it interesting that at no point did he see fit to apologise or even acknowledge an error on his part, which seems to echo some of the previous reviews on here. After the first of several requests, it took them 10 days for them to send my file over for the other provider. I’d encourage management to check that all of the required staff can comfortably comprehend the Align Technology documents. Perhaps if Geraint Morgan steered his attention towards to the task in hand, rather than tediously prying into customers’ personal lives; he might be able to avoid making similar errors in future. I was fortunately able to move to a different provider.
Negative experience: Wasn't going to comment until I read some of the other reviews and how others have had a similar experience. First of all those who've worked on my teeth there have been lovely however on 2 occasions my tooth has re-chipped either leaving the building on within a couple days. I paid them the same price as usual the third time then got handed a new bill over the phone which was 10x more expensive! On my way there my van breaks down, their response was if it happens again It'll result in a deregister, bare in mind I could have provided evidence to show i had an emergency on the way. Just feel like lately customer care has been thrown straight out the window
Negative experience: Have been registered with Woods dental for a few years. My daughter has had toothache for the last week and trying to get an appointment is terrible. I’ve called and told them she’s in pain but they don’t care in the slightest and have said the earliest appointment is in 2wks.
Negative experience: Very bad. Had an emergency appointment to fix broken tooth, didn't want to fix it and what they put on fell off 30 minutes later
Negative experience: Tried to call and call no answer
Negative experience: Very bad experience with Georgia Budding. Very very very rushed service, Check up lasted seconds. Previously had a filling and it came out in less than a day. Also she caused damage to my wife's tooth during her last visit. Very dissapointed
Negative experience: Appalling service from the staff and reception. Currently in the process of changing my dentist. Twice they have booked me on wrong appointment and that has caused my tooth to get inflamed and me getting antibiotics only because it takes ages to get an appointment to fix your tooth!
Negative experience: Waited 9 weeks for an appointment. It got changed twice. I showed up this morning to be told they'd cancelled all new NHS patients without telling me. They let the health service know 4 days prior, and then tried to blame them for not contacting me when they now have to call all patients and reschedule them on top of their normal workload.
Fantastic experience: Very positive experience with this dentist as a emergency appointment thank you so much
Negative experience: They dont answer the phone
Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment thinking a wisdom tooth is infected. They examined it and said it is decaying and needs removing, took into account my medical conditions and how anaesthetic works for me. It was the best dental experience I’ve had, which is unusual to say about a wisdom tooth extraction. I wish I had the name of the dentist, he was so incredible. I am so grateful for the staff there and cannot fault the advice and help they’ve given me from the moment I walked in through the door!
Negative experience: There’s some sort of discrimination at this place. I’m not sure why those on the NHS lists are treated so unkindly. I have been attending privately but for some reason I was added to the NHS waiting list. I was unable to book in a check up from an accident I recently had. It seems that it’s all rosy when you join then gets terrible as time goes. I’ve never had one set dentist either, always different trainees and dentists each time. Quite hard to build a rapport and trust as you don’t know who you will get on next appointment.
Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff who put you at ease throughout the consultation, would definitely recommend !
Negative experience: Terrible communication. Line always busy. Stroke patients off with no prior war Ih. Clearly has no empathy for the last two years and and the receptionist as cold as ice. Not what I expect from a professional dentistry. Shame on them. Avoid
Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist , very professional & helpful, wanted say special Thankyou too, Georgia budding helping me get my teeth & gums back to normal after some neglect from myself, over moon with her work & what I thought was crack on my front tooth but it wasn't & she managed to polish it out for me after years of other dentist overlooking it.
Negative experience: I went to see a dentist at this practice in July and have waited to post review until I had seen another dentist and have since had 2 second opinions. Do not trust what is said ,as my treatment plan would have cost thousands for work that did not need to be done. I was told that I had gum disease, when I do not, that would have cost hundreds to put right, I do not have gum disease at all. I was told that my bite was so out of line that my veneers should not have lasted. My bite is out of line, but if in line would have pushed the veneers off. Thousands to put my bite into line. Complained and had a letter off of the other dentist to be seen again, very helpful letter, but the actual dentist who had made up everything, wrote a very aggressive, stroppy letter, saying he was right and my other dentists opinions were wrong. My other dentist had also heard a similar story from another patient, relating to the same dentist.
Negative experience: Building needs a lot of renovation, nothing like website photos. A lack of communication with admin team, promised expected emails still no emails received. Yet paid £75 for consultation and x-ray ( fair price, paid more somewhere else) as I need a lot of work to be done in my teeth including implant but I've decided to look somewhere else. Dentist was ok welcoming, but can't trust his staff; how are they treating clients files, equipments, hygiene....etc..... shame I've taught I've found private dentist near where I live
Positive experience: I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I have received from Georgia Budding. Explains everything and is the consummate professional. However the reception staff are a different matter. I had to rearrange an appointment as my shift pattern in work changed. I was given a date when I already had an appointment. So that was 2 appointments same day. One morning one afternoon. 3 days before the appointment I developed a temperature which I took to be flu. I was no better on the day of the appointment so phoned at 9 o’clock to explain the position. I was given a right dressing down over the phone I was spoken to like a naughty schoolboy. I understand that I had cost them 2 NHS appointments but on many occasions I have been asked to turn up early and always obliged. I apologised again and thought that was the end of the matter. Next day I received a letter through the post in bold red letters “FINAL WARNING”. And unbelievably it went on to say that this letter was a “gentle reminder”. That if I miss any more appointments I would be assessed for eligibility to receive further treatment. It turns out I had COVID so it’s just as well I didn’t turn up. I admit I was late informing them but at 66 years of age I don’t expect to be spoken to like I had committed a crime. Maybe it’s Andrea who needs to be assessed for eligibility in dealing with the public.
Negative experience: The communication and organisation is not what I would expect from paying £75 for an initial consultation. I am still waiting for someone to call and or email me my treatment plan from an appointment that happened several weeks ago. Managing expectations and commitments when you are paying privately is such a basic service. I am genuinely disappointed from my experience and will be going elsewhere moving forward.
Fantastic experience: We have always highly rated Woods dental for the treatment and experience from Richard our dentist, Sam hygienist and receptionists. On our recent hygiene visit with Sam we found his treatment and advice given excellent . He is a very dedicated and professional hygienist.
Thank you
Fantastic experience: I can not rate this dental clinic highly enough. I have had totally professional treatment from day one. I have found Richard to be friendly at every appointment and more than helpful in all options for the treatment I needed. I would 100% recommend this clinic. I'm extremely pleased with the treatments I've had so far with Richard and Sam.
Positive experience: Proper and professional work by dentists and hygienists. Old building but interior is nicely modernised, well equipped and clean. Happy to recommend. Wish they would change to Practice Plan / Perks at Work for private fees.
Fantastic experience: A great experience , excellent service ,from reception to Dentist and hygienist
Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service and professionalism of doctors. Clean , modern and efficient.with the friendly touch.
Fantastic experience: Friendly professional helpful staff .excellent booking system, plenty of notification for appointments
Fantastic experience: I've been going to woods for a number of years and can thoroughly recommend them. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly.
Thank you for your recommendation.

Richard
Fantastic experience: Always helpful and friendly. The recent filling I had in one tooth was fast, painless and professionally done.
Fantastic experience: Excellent professional and informative staff, great modern facilities, would highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Woods Dental is a very professional surgery, it's Dentists & Nurses extremely good at their jobs, friendly and informative, as are the receptionists. And ever since joining the practice had nothing but positive experiences, and have always been kept updated byb phone or email if & when appointments are due.
Positive experience: Very friendly staff and very good at wot they do can't find any fault very clean answer any questions would recommend to anyone looking for dentist best in Swansea up the jacks!
Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment from professionals who really do care.
Positive experience: I have had extremely mixed experiences when visiting this dentistry. The owners who have taken over this practice make it very clear they just want as much of your money as possible and do NOT have your best interest at heart. However, that can not be said for all the staff at the practice. The last couple of times I have been, I felt a lot more relaxed as the dentists and hygiene experts had a much better manner any took the time to explain everything to me properly, and most importantly, didnt do anything that would have charged me without checking first! So all in all, if you go here, ask NOT to be seen by the owners of this business :) It's only because of their other staff I still go here.
Fantastic experience: A really professional service given by Chris Woods. The dentist put me at ease by explaining step by step the procedures he was taking.
Fantastic experience: As always extremely courteous and efficient to give a first class service.
Fantastic experience: Great dentists, lovely surgery and wonderfully friendly staff. I would recommend this surgery to anyone in need of dental treatment.
Fantastic experience: Abi the Dentist has a very pleasant personality and put me at ease within minutes. Her work is efficient and the practice is welcoming, clean and friendly.
Fantastic experience: Had to have a tooth extracted urgently, had an emergency appointment given to me for the following morning when I rang at 3pm. Great service and extremely satisfied.......
Fantastic experience: The Dentist I saw on 4th at 10 30 am room one was realy lovely and restored my smile to a sparkly one ,thanks ,and also the reception ladies were also smiling and nice ,because lets face it no one want to go but you all made it pleasant experience. H Wills
Positive experience: Good
Fantastic experience: Hygienist was lovely.
Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment from the hygienist. Prompt service from staff.
Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional dentist. My little boy (5) also visits woods dental and he is always made to feel at ease.
Positive experience: I have been visiting Woods Dental for almost a year, seeing the Orthodontist and 2 hygienists. They are all very pleasant and have thoroughly explained the issues with my teeth. The reception area and dental rooms are always kept very neat and tidy. However, the front desk staff are not so inviting. From past experiences, being customer friendly plays a vital part to the organization.
Positive experience: I feel I am impelled to write something after a bad experience today at the practice. I had been their patient since a few years back as my ex was with them. The first couple of years since had been good experience. However they took me off the NHS list since I did not manage to go there for regular check-ups due to residing abroad. I came back in 2005 permanently and went back there as a private patient and had orthodontist treatment as advised. My original orthodontist was Rebecca, a very lovely lady, used to greet me in Chinese. A few months in, a terrible news came in advising that she had passed away suddenly, i could not forget her smiles for a very long time. My dentist was Nick then and he was all right. Only since 2 and half years ago, I had divorced and had to go back to NHS list. I noticed the change in the attitude and treatment i have received. They have not referred me to have a hygienist appointment for over 2 years. I have noticed a few weeks ago, one of my teeth is decaying and some stains on one of the teeth and felt devastated as nobody pointed it out to me during any of the check ups I had been. Oddly, every time I will see a new face, I don't even possible know who is my dentist. I requested a hygienist appointment as i feel i desperately need one, I thought one is meant to see a hygienist every six months. They advised that I have to pay £80 odd pounds if not referred by my dentist, so I have to wait till my regular check-up that will be 4 months later and be charged for £55 pounds. Luckily I had an orthodontist appointment 2 months earlier, after I complained about the decaying and stains, my orthodontist then Gareth said you have to see your dentist to discuss and told me it has been 12 months since my braces came off, so he does not need to see me anymore and I was dismissed. However I managed to make an appointment to see a hygienist at the cost of £55 and that was why I went to the practice today. The hygienist I had never seen before mumbled about something, asking what do I need, I explained about the decay and stains and said I just need a deep thorough cleaning. Hygienist appointment is always daunting experience, I believe most of you would agree. It was the worst of them all today for me. The nurse was new or just did not care, did not use the suction properly, I was spilled on all my face and my neck. Eventually it's been done, I asked the hygienist what is his name. He said Jack. I had to spit and clean myself up for half an hour in the bathroom afterwards. I thought it is a normal practice for you to have your dentist here to help look after your teeth. I don't feel that way here. I am thinking of changing practice, but who can recommend conscientiously a real good dentist? I don't know.
Fantastic experience: Very happy with Woods Dental, been a patient there for several years and always looked after well
Positive experience: I have been using this Dentist for the last year or so, the Dentists/Hygienists/Dental Nurses are always very professional and friendly - however the Receptionists can sometimes be quite abrupt.
Negative experience: I had an emergency appointment yesterday with woods dental practice through 111. Although the practice was very clean and dentist seemed friendly enough- the bare minimum was done during the time and was in and out within 10 mins. I had a temporary filling but still have swelling and a really bad tooth ache today. Got to go back through 111 now. I may not be a patient at woods dental practice but I am still a human being. No compassion or help was given when I explained the pain came from the top of the mouth. Dentist just filled a little hole where an old filling had come out at the bottom of the mouth, temporary filling too. I would not recommend at all. I must add this review was not added by my husband, but by myself Toni.
Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with them. Very good service.
Fantastic experience: Wow amazing treatment I had yesterday with Imran at this practice. It felt like a private treatment but I was an emergency patient through 111 because I've been unable to find a dentist in my area. This clinic is professional, clean with lovely reception staff. The treatment I had was done to a very high standard. He talked me through my x-ray and explained how flossing in depth and took the time to show he cared. Thank you so much because all my pain has gone. warm wishes Etta x
Fantastic experience: Very professional welcoming and a clean hygienic environment to be in, and they have kind friendly and understanding staff and dental practitions. Highly recommended !!!
Fantastic experience: a lovely , clean and friendly place to visit for dental treatment . nice and modern with excellent advice given by the dentist and all the staff i encountered , highly recommended
Positive experience: This was my first visit, very friendly, thorough & informative. Good parking opposite too. 2nd visit complete still very pleased.
Positive experience: Very welcoming and pleasant practice. The service was professional and I was able to get an appointment very quickly despite waiting lists. Only downside are the stairs which made it a little tricky with a baby as I couldn't take the pram in. The receptionist told me about this over the phone, though.
Positive experience: Woods Dental provide good service, the staff are friendly and professional
Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service, dentist very helpful due to my physical health condition. All staff very friendly and polite
Fantastic experience: A truly friendly and professional busy dental practice; had the pleasure to be seen by the owner for a check up despite being crazy late. Big thanks to Andrea at the reception for making an exception.
Fantastic experience: Very friendly atmosphere, helped to put you at ease. Receptionist’s were really friendly and helpful, dentist was great.
Fantastic experience: Without being pre-arranged, I was accepted as emergency. The lady from the registration specifically called me when the seat was vacant on that day. The broken tooth was saved by Dr. Richard Woods - a very nice professional. I felt like we had known each other forever. Thank you so much for such quick help and super nice service!
Fantastic experience: Excellent customer experience. Willing to "go the extra mile" to ensure my needs were met. Competent and capable staff.
Fantastic experience: Outstanding reception & treatment
Fantastic experience: Always very friendly. Keep in touch and remind me when my appointments are due
Fantastic experience: Lovely dental practice, has a spa hotel feel to it. I like the fact that you're always kept informed about each appointment via email reminders, which I personally find helpful as my memory is shocking. I'm always given good advice regarding my dental health in a non preachy way which is good. The dentist that I saw on my recent appointment was not only helpful but friendly and approachable too, which I found refreshing and greatly appreciated.
Fantastic experience: Always have excellent service with dentist and support / reception staff and very thorough with check ups. Would recommend.
Fantastic experience: Really nice and friendly staff, explain work in laymans terms so you can feel at ease with the work to be done.Excelent,i highly recomend. Please look after your teeth thou.
