Fantastic experience: Lovely dentists who treated me very well, and responded absolutely perfectly to my name change.

Positive experience: Just been in to have a broken tooth looked at and was charged £51 for 5 minutes which I was not told when I made the appointment. Was only told there would be a charge if any work was carried out. Not impressed, things need to be made clearer.

Fantastic experience: Always receive fantastic treatment, from the reception team and also the clinical staff. Hannah is always lovely, listens to concerns, offers support and advice regarding dental care, and always gives clear instructions and plans regarding future treatment. Highly recommend Pentrepoeth.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic practice! I was very anxious visiting the dentist, i haven't been in a while. The lady at reception was lovely and welcoming. My dentist Hannah was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. She gave me fantastic advice and was very caring and friendly. I count myself very lucky to now be a patient to such a lovely and caring dentistry practice. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit to the dental clinic, I was seen by Andrew, he was very pleasant and patient, also took his time to listen to my questions which were many, he did a thorough inspection of my jaw, teethe ect and later did a X ray of my teeth, considering I am usually a very nervy patient this was an excellent appointment, thank you

She is incredibly kind and gentle, making the whole process so much more comfortable. I've never met a dentist quite like her – so understanding and patient. Highly recommend!

He’s very understanding and knowledgeable and was able to put both my daughter and I at ease. The receptionist Gemma is also lovely and helpful. The practice is always clean and tidy.

This visit for a check up was very relaxed, friendly and I now have other visits planned..as long as I keep the same dentist I will be much more comfortable. Update to this post...back today for mould impressions to be taken.Hana is a great dentist...made me as relaxed as I can be when in a dentist chair and has a great sense of humour...thankyou Hana..

Fantastic experience: So due to covid and an ongoing medical condition I haven’t been to the dentist for a long time, I was a bit taken aback by how much prices have gone up but the staff were absolutely first class, carried out a small filling and even took the time to show me ex rays. Even had help to get back to my car first class as always.

Negative experience: Worst dental practice I've ever been to! She gave me a diagnosis which was quite devastating yet she was so matter of fact, no info, no offer of help, no sympathetic tone just "this is what's wrong...bye!" I got no help what so ever and i was a paying customer. The monthly plan was the cheapest one, I see why now. On one occasion I'd taken a day off work for my appt, on the morning of the appt I got a phone call from them cancelling, no explanation .. nothing it was so unprofessional yet if id have cancelled with less than 24 hours notice i would have been fined! Please don't waste your time or money here, the unprofessionalism and lack of everything else is shocking. I'm with an excellent dental practice now, it's miles away but worth the travel.

Negative experience: My experience today was absolutely fine, dentist was friendly and helpful, the biggest issue I have is that I pay £25 a month and I was in the dentist for 10mins, my next appointment is in 6 months so another 10 mins. That works out at £150 a visit.

Positive experience: I have been with this dentists for years never had a problem staff really friendly my normal dentist he is lovely but today I felt the dentist didn't even check my teeth propley she tapped a few teeth and hit my teeth so many times with the mirror she seemed to be rushing and seems like cause my teeth ain't in the best of condition she seemed not to care told her my jaw is clicking and didn't seem to take much notice just seemed to be judging me if I am honest maybe cause I don't pay for treatment I ain't as important I normally see adam he is brilliant my next appointment is with hana again i will be asking to change that
