Fantastic experience: I have been seeing hygienist Kristelle for several years and have total confidence in her. I have some sensitivity issues, but Kristelle manages to make her treatments totally comfortable. She is always thorough and meticulous in her care and advice and I prefer to make the journey into central London to see her, rather than see a hygienist locally.

Fantastic experience: Just had my annual hygenist and dental examination at London Smile. Always a good experience, and I love the new, comfortable, 360 degree x-ray machine. As always, I remain impressed by their attention to detail, clinical acumen, and sensible approach. I had all my teeth veneered, crowned and bridged here over 20 years ago, and the vast majority of those teeth are still going strong. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to have found Dr. Tim Bradstock-Smith. He is calm and confident, I immediately felt like I was in good hands. I had veneers done on my upper teeth, and the whole process was completely stress-free. After a poor experience at another clinic, I was extremely nervous—but Dr. Bradstock-Smith listened to every concern and was very attentive. A big thank you to the whole team at this clinic.

I have been in the best hands possible and their combined efforts have finally given me the smile I have wished for. Living in Scotland it’s not always easy to have your dentist in London but it’s worth the effort. London Smile look after all my regular dental needs and Bonnie is an excellent hygienist. ….after one of her regular clean ups I feel like a new man!

Negative experience: I had hygiene treatments done and it was always a good experience. I had old fillings that needed to be replaced and Dr Bradstock did two at the same time. Immediately I had issues with my jaw and couldn't eat well or close it fully for about a week after. But more urgently I was experiencing a great deal of pain where the upper fillings had been done. I had a lot of upcoming travel so I went back three days later to have Dr. Bradstock look at it and he said it seemed fine and to give it a bit of time to calm down. The office did not reach out to check on me. I was then traveling for three and a half weeks during which time it got significantly worse, interrupting my sleep and causing radiating pain. When I went back for a check, Dr Bradstock immediately blamed my jaw for the pain and that I had not done further treatment for it. I reiterated that I'd never had this kind of issue with my jaw and I was certain it was my tooth. On my insistence he took an x-ray and could see that there was inflammation in the gum quite deep around the tooth. Upon inspection this was being caused by the incorrect shape of the filling capturing debris. He said he needed to redo the filling to resolve the issue, but as he did not have availability in the coming days I booked in to see another dentist at the practice. I went to see the other dentist to have the filling redone and when she injected inside my mouth with the numbing solution, I had a severe reaction causing a shock to my heart and half my face to freeze and go white. She immediately stopped and I was frightened. She consulted Dr. Bradstock and they told me that I probably had a sensitized nerve where the trouble tooth was and needed to see a root canal specialist. They offered me an appointment in a week with someone at their practice but I asked for someone more urgently so they referred me to a third party. I then went home to rest and let my face return to normal and again never received a follow up call from the practice to ask how I was doing after the adverse reaction. When I went to see the endodontist he told me that I did not need a root canal but that the dentist had hit a nerve when injecting me. I informed Dr. Bradstock's office of this and told them the experience with them had not been good, especially being initially disregarded and in fact blamed for the tooth pain, then being advised incorrectly and all throughout never receiving a follow up or check-in, not to mention it was expensive visits. I ended up switching practices and a different dentist redid the cavity and resolved the issue expertly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a very satisfied patient of London Smile Clinic for 20 years now. The quality of their work is outstanding, but the most important reason I keep going back is their genuine care and understanding of me as a nervous patient. Everyone - Tim, Kristelle, Dawn, and the whole team - makes me feel welcome every time. Highly recommended.

I knocked out my perfect bridge six days before Christmas and they went out of their way to sort it out in one day, working overtime. Not only did Tim save the day, but they saved my Christmas! Fantastic experience: Sonia is genuinely, hands down, the best dentist I've seen. Plus, the Clinic has some tremendous gadgets there. Which, as they were 22 years ago when I first visited, keeps them ahead of any other dentistry practice ive come across. They do dentistry really well and make it as pleasant an experience as possible.They fixed my smile 22 years ago with veneers, and the first one only came off recently. All the more impressive as I am rather careless with my teeth at times and I am a tooth grinder when I sleep.Cant fault them - even if they are not exactly cheap - but well worth it, So 5 stars from me.

Fantastic experience: Today I had an appointment with the hygienist (Crystelle) and the dentist (Tim). I always have a lovely chat with my hygienist as well as a very thorough treatment . Crystelle always keeps an eye on problem areas in my mouth and organises X-rays if she thinks they are necessary and gives lots of advice .She makes my visits very enjoyable . I had a couple of old fillings removed in readiness for some porcelain inlays and Tim , as always, made it amazingly pain-free . He has a real knack at doing local anaesthetics. He never pushes any treatment, but just makes me aware of what is available. He has done a great job over the years in giving me teeth I can be proud of and I can't imagine going to another dentist . My partner also goes to The Smile Clinic and is really happy with the work there too .

Fantastic experience: Having had a deeply unpleasant root canal experience previously, I took the advice of a friend and today went to see Mariana at London Smile. What a difference! Mariana was kind, thoughtful and articulate and is clearly at the very top of her game. She pays great attention to every tiny detail and made sure to explain each and every stage to me as we went along as well as ensuring that I was comfortable and pain free at all times during what is an incredibly complex and skilled procedure. It was probably a third more in terms of cost than the place my dentist referred me to, but was worth every penny and made me realise how basic the last experience I had was. A small but nice touch from London Smile that didn’t go unnoticed was that no extra was added onto my bill for the antibiotics prescribed. I hope I don’t need more RC treatment but if I do I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had my smile makeover in 2006, and its now 2024, and I am still absolutely thrilled with the work that Dr Tim Bradstock Smith did for me. My gums were in a mess, always bleeding, I had trigeminal nerve pain on both sides of my jaw. He transformed my life with his work, & my confidence, he took all the problems away. I never stopped smiling. Love my teeth now. I have recently been back for a hygenist visit is the best one I've ever had. I took my husband this time for a consultation, I figured mine have lasted 18 years and are showing no decline, so I'd rather him go to Tim too. They have an offer on a free consultation, and £100 off your own bill, which they honoured with a smile. Lovely friendly reception staff. I highly recommend speaking to them, special thanks to Tim & Dawn & the team & our lovely hygenists. x

Negative experience: Contacted them in regards to a treatment, waited more than one month and still waiting for anyone to reply to me. Not serious people.

Fantastic experience: Had a total of 22 veneers, top and bottom, to replace my 22 year old ‘yellow’ top 6 veneers and make the bottom ones match. A lot of work, but Dr Tim is very patient in getting you the result you want. The before and after photos say it all…

Fantastic experience: Orthodontic treatment, whitening and bonding. My journey started a little over a year ago. At the age of 55 i had given up hope of ever having a smile to be proud of. On arriving i was greeted with friendly smiling faces from the lovely girls at reception, instantly putting me at ease, shown to a relaxing bright waiting room. Fantastic experience: I would like to thank my dentists Michelle Sayour for replacing my crowns. She did an excellent job, my new crowns looks great. Aside from being an excellent dentist she is pretty as well.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years after they fixed a missing tooth&replaced old fillings. Appreciate they focus on enhancing the natural beauty of teeth rather than forcing a Hollywood smile (unless that is what you want I suppose). Ongoing maintenance has been sympathetically done and only as required. People remember your name and your mouth (or maybe their record keeping is just very good). Tried to switch to NHS and this was so not the case I felt too uneasy to let them potentially 'ruin' work done. (As I kept getting different dentists in the same practice on NHS- it also got a bit tiring having them examine my mouth with admiration as an example of how things should be done, and somehow what was previously recorded did not seem to be remembered. One hopes this should always be the case.)

Positive experience: I was recommended to this dental clinic by a professional colleague. I would fully endorse her favourable experiences with my own. The "front of house" is manned by smiley (appropriate) helpful and very efficient staff. The dentistry has been excellent & pain free, with excellent long-lasting results; a long period of more complex orthodontics has been supported by well informed, sympathetic and extremely helpful dental nurses. A fine central London dental service, without some of the frankly gimmicky, marketing orientated approaches seen in some other establishments a walk away in the Harley Street area.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the treatment I received from Dr . Tim Bradstock-Smith. My treatment was well managed and without any stress, anxiety or discomfort. I was initially concerned about the duration of my treatment but found it actually went very quickly and was certainly worth both the time and money invested. The receptionist team is like no other, they truly make you feel welcome and a valued costumer. The dental nurses are also very talented and attentive. My gums were in poor condition when I first visited the clinic and they now look healthier than they have in a long time. Negative experience: Very friendly staff but waited 20 minutes for a 10 minute consultation that cost £135. Plenty of clinics do free consultation, so disappointed with this.

Fantastic experience: I had the best care and treatment in the London Smile Clinic. I was shopping around for Invisalign treatment for a very long time I and was very nervous about it. I saw Dr Joe Bansal for treatment including Invisalign and Teeth Whitening and Joe has truly given me such an amazing transformation. Joe’s professionalism and work is of high standard. Joe has given me personalised treatments and has listened to my concerns and what I wanted. He even used composite binding just so I could be extra pleased with my smile. Very one at the London Smile Clinic has been so kind and helpful and always greeting me so kindly. I am so happy with the treatment I have received and can’t wait to re-visit for a check up in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: If I could give these guys 6 stars I would! This is the second time I've been treated by Tim and his team, the first being a brand new smile 17 years ago which was & has been amazing until this year which is the first time I have had a problem. 17 years! It's a testament to the quality of work they produce. Earlier this year, one of my front teeth broke at the root meaning an implant & crown was required. Everybody involved has been outstanding from Joe who performed the Emergency temporary repair and Zacki who performed the Extraction, all the way through to Emma and the rest of the admin team; not forgetting Tim himself who's attention to detail is the same today as it was 17 years ago! Your smile is the first thing people notice, you can do no better then the London Smile Clinic. First Class, Well done.

Fantastic experience: You wouldn’t think someone would ever say this about a dental clinic - but I just love this place! Best clinic ever! Best treatment and customer service that I’ve ever received in my life! Honestly I don’t know how the clinic does it, but they actually employ the nicest people who make you smile indeed (no wonder why they’re called the Smile Clinic ) Michelle is hands down the BEST - so amazing, professional, understanding and kind! She listens to your problem and tries to find the best solution possible. And I also have to mention Emma at reception - truly fantastic customer service, the way she was handling my case is beyond words - she should receive an award or something.. I’m 100000% satisfied and would definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: I tried to call up today to book and I had found out I had been deregistered with no correspondence/communication at all from the clinic for late cancellations due to illness (suffering from chest infections) would it have been better if I had come in? I had not been told at the time that this would be the case. I find the level of communication from this clinic appalling.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend London Smile Clinic enough! I saw Dr Joe Bansal for treatment including Invisalign, Composite Bonding and Teeth Whitening and Joe has truly transformed my smile. Joe’s professionalism and work is of an exemplary high standard. I’ve been completely in awe of Joe’s effectiveness in providing patient satisfaction and he’s just such a lovely and nice guy! I was always kept updated of dental work on treatment days and with the overall schedule. The administrative and clinical staff are so friendly too. I’m already looking forward to seeing Joe and Bonnie, the amazing hygienist in six months! Absolutely great experience of overall patient care.

Fantastic experience: Amazing work done and service from Anna Blazewska and Padraig Fleming to fix my wonky teeth with invisalign and then some ST braces after a 1/2 century of putting up with them (the teeth that is). Did it all through Covid and they got the results in predicted time scale + only an extra month or 2, which was the main thing I was cynical on from the outset. Can't recommend them enough to others.

Fantastic experience: Just completed my ‘journey’ of receiving implants at the London Smile Clinic and what an exciting and very rewarding journey it has been. I nervously started this journey back during Covid lockdown. However, within a very short space of time, following my initial consultation with my ‘then to be’ Dentist Joe, I was made to feel totally at ease with that feeling remaining with me throughout my subsequent treatment. According, I wish to take this opportunity to thank the following for giving me the ability to once again smile with unashamed confidence! Firstly my exceptional Dentist Joe - truly the ‘Michelangelo’ of cosmetic dentistry who took me through each stage of my treatment always explaining, in great detail, each step of the process.
