Fantastic experience: All the things a good dental surgery should be. Warmly welcomed by name, by the efficient and attentive receptionists on arrival. Very comfortable surroundings. Appointments promptly announced and timings as notified in advance. Hygienist, dentist and their assistants, kind and courteous, as well as extremely efficient. All took trouble to ensure I was comfortable at each stage, as well as explaining everything they were doing, very clearly. Was given a helpful summary of their conclusions in each case a the end and they were also happy to answer any remaining questions. Prompt payment arrangements and very quick booking of future appointments. All-in all, a very enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Ceindeg Arwel enough , being a nervous patient with lots of anxiety she has been amazing and patient. Dr Ceindeg Arwel is a highly skilled dentist who explains every step during treatment. She is very approachable when asking any questions or concerns. Best Dental experience by far. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: The annual oral hygienist appointment is one I absolutely dread. I've had many in my lifetime, often leaving me with some degree of trauma, creating even more anxiety around my next visit... In contrast, Arionne is an absolute Angel, with the most gentle and dexterous hands and an incredibly calming presence. Especially, if like me, you have a phobia of the hygienist. She is OUTSTANDING!

Fantastic experience: I attend Hitchin Dental Care for specialist care having been referred by my usual dentist. I've been coming for a good few years now and am always impressed with the expertise of the Doctors and specialists that have treated me here. I appreciate the amazing staff who look after bookings and payments, they're always friendly and so efficient, there's always a warm welcome. I also appreciate the calm 'piano bar' vibe while you wait for your appointment. Nobody likes coming for dental treatment, especially when it might be a long surgical procedure, but the staff, environment and expert care makes it the best experience it can be.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise the Hitchin Dental Care high enough! From recieption , through treatment and ease of booking again it was never too much trouble. I am not the most easy to deal with but Ricky was superb in allaying my fears by his professional approach and all done in a friendly manner. Do not fret, the team will look after you and all are in their element in the roles they have. If I had had this kind of treatment long ago , I dare say my teeth would be in better condition . I have no problem with completely recommending the whole experience to anybody.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is the best I ever been to, hands on. The receptionist was lovely very kind and professional. The periodontist Mr Khemanand Maharaj was absolutely amazing! He was extremely kind, gentle and caring; he made me feel so comfortable throughout the procedure. I was quite nervous and I came to the practice alone from Birmingham, so he made sure I was okey and had everything I needed to maximise my comfortability. The lady assisting was also absolutely great! I definitely recommend anyone to come here cause the service is impeccable. Fantastic experience: My wife and I were patients with Hitchin Dental Care for over 20 years until we left Hitchin in November 2024. They are a first rate practice, friendly, professional, and with state of the art technology, such as the Cerec computerised crown milling system which allows a crown to be designed and fitted all on the same day. Even after we left the area they continued to be helpful as they assisted us in adjusting our arrangements with Practice Plan so our son could remain one of their patients. I recommend them.

Positive experience: I am fortunate enough to never have had a bad experience at this dental practice. Raj Bhatiani was my dentist for over 25 years so this is proof of my faith in this practice. It is early days whether I feel confident in my new dentist but I am sure he will exceed all expectations.

Dr Ward has seen me for multiple check ups and periodontal surgery and I am so happy with his care and the results. He is always very attentive and takes time to explain everything to me. They have done amazing work on my teeth which had suffered from years of bad dentristy in my youth. I belong to their dental scheme which makes payment easy as it spreads the cost. I would certainlyu recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and caring dental surgery.

He did a really good job with matching the colour and shape of my repaired tooth with my existing one. All the staff at were really helpful and friendly too.

Fantastic experience: Introduced my father to Hitchin Dental Care following the recent loss of a set of dentures. Dealt with Rebecca initially who was super helpful and also very considerate asking if my father needed to avoid using stairs which he did and gave me the details of those dentists operating on the ground floor. The online registration process was simple and we got an intro appointment sorted a couple of days later. On the day we were welcomed by Tasmin and had a very positive experience with the Dentist, Dr Andrew Brown, and Nurse Bushra who were great with Dad who suffers Vascular Dementia and is 87! Dad had X-Rays a 3D profile of his mouth with an electronic scanner in no time at all and I noticed the technology at this surgery is very modern. High-Tech, the results were impressive. Thanks to everyone for a really positive first experience.

I was booked in and seen by their specialist the following morning. Ricky and Saffron put me back together before being referred to Charlie. Jayesh has been my longer term specialist and was on hand to review and recommend the best course of action. A very professional but relaxed environment. I will be moving all of my family over to their care and recommending them to all. Fantastic experience: Always a positive experience visiting this practice. A welcoming, person centred service.

Negative experience: I attended the practice, for an emergency app, with a different dentist, as I experienced a tooth or filling had raised while eating. Dr Chawla examined and x rayed to ensure no infection. Then said he felt there was no problem, and "was sorry he could not find anything wrong". I came away thinking, he is the professional and gave him the benefit of my doubt. 5 days later the crown came away. The day before going on holiday, a Sunday!. My doubt confirmed, he should have dealt with the problem in hand. I feel he was unprofessional not dealing with the problem, unkind and was unfair financially. Also distressing for me to find someone to complete the original task.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from friendly receptionist to endodentist who recommended which treatment would help my toothache. I was seen very quickly and am so grateful not to have the tooth pain I was experiencing.
