She explained what she was doing at every step of the process and also gave me useful advice about dental hygiene . Both Isra and Zara ( dental nurse) were very professional but friendly and approachable .

He listens to you and always lets you know what is happening during your treatment Thank you to everyone for making my dental treatments the best. My denture is a perfect fit . It took time but it is .

Fantastic experience: I turned to Kashif at Synergy Dental Bury to go through with my Invisalign. Best decision! I've come to the end of the journey and I'm more than happy with my results. The service was fantastic to say the least! Always greeted with a smile and had the best chats! Everyone that works there is lovely and really helpful. As I travel from London, my plans aren't always set in stone and they are happy to accommodate me each time. I definitely recommend the surgery and Kashif to everyone wanting some dental work.

Fantastic experience: My last visit was really good. Went for a deep clean. My app was on time. The dentist explained what she was going to do and was calm and efficient whilst carrying out the procedures. Was fully numbed up which made the whole experience so much better. Can't fault the service I received.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the work by Rhianna Alladice in Bury during my recent appointments. Hours later, after the anaesthetic wore off I realised that my replacement filling wasn’t a perfect fit with the molar below. When I phoned in, an appointment was made for the next morning at which everything was quickly resolved. All staff seem highly personable and I have confidence in the dental work.

Fantastic experience: I fell and broke my front tooth badly I was given an appointment quickly and was absolutely delighted with the repair that the dentist, Rihanna, was able to do. She took great care and the result was amazing, you would never know it wasn't my original tooth. I can't thank her enough.

Fantastic experience: So I went to synergy around 9 years ago for the 6 month smile. The dentist at the time took the braces off before my teeth were completely straight. Due to this I’ve felt like over the years my bite has shifted slightly and felt more pressure on one side when chewing etc, it was also effecting my confidence a lot. I went to see Kashif (not my original dentist) about this and I was so nervous and worried I’d be fobbed off or spoken down to. I suffer from a brain injury which makes me quite shaky and anxious in certain surroundings but he made me feel so at ease. He agreed that the braces didn’t give the result I expected so suggested Invisalign. He gave me a very good discount off the treatment and assured me we will get the results I want. I’ve seen the end result on a video from Invisalign and will only need around 4-5 months of treatment which I’m over the moon with. I would genuinely recommend him to anyone, especially anyone with anxiety around dentists or any MH issues as he’s so kind and makes you feel comfortable from the start!

Negative experience: Worst dental practice i have ever dealt with, the staff and practice manager are rude and unprofessional and don't care, and the dentist had no patience for a 2 year old with additional needs. If I could give zero stars I would.

When it became unavoidable I took a sedative to attend my first appointment. However I did not need it after that. They were so supportive and kind here especially my dentist Kashif. Fantastic experience: Today 6th Aug I went to synergy for my 6 monthls check up , from the receptionist to the dentist and nurses upstairs I was warmly welcomed . My check up went well and I was given advice by the dentist on oral care at home ., it was a very pleasant experience thank you to all and see you in 6 months time.

Fantastic experience: As usual, excellent service. An extremely quick appointment was available, an hour after phoning. All staff I met were polite, friendly and helpful, even though it was the end of the day. The procedure was done really well and I have a neatly patched up crown. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Very positive experience! I was given an early appointment when I called to report a cracked front tooth and a loose crown. The cracked tooth and filling was fixed promptly, and the options for the crown were explained to me patiently and in great detail, enabling me to make an informed choice of the treatment options offered. I was impressed not only by the advanced technology used for my treatment, but by the friendly, caring and professional approach of the dental surgeon and his support team. Following a further appointment two weeks on, the work has now been completed, and all done within the NHS scheme. Sincere thanks!

Negative experience: Have to sit and wait every time, even when you have an early appointment, they are always running behind. Once tried charging me hundreds for an extraction, I questioned the amount 3 times on the phone and got told the dentist had quoted the amount, only when I emailed asking for a break down of the charges did they admit it came under NHS and I'd already paid!! How many people are you forcing to make payments they don't need to because they're in pain and just want the work done?! After the extraction had issues, called and receptionist would not allow me a same day appointment even though I'd had to take time off work and was in agony. I had to walk into the dentist and tell them I wasn't leaving in order to be seen, dentist told me they should never refuse a patient after an extraction - in house communication clearly needs work. Had bits of tooth still coming out of my gum 2 months after the extraction. Never the same dentist you see, always a different one. Parking is rubbish. I only stayed here as it's difficult to get an NHS dentist, I've actually now decided to go private elsewhere and got the ball rolling for treatment with them. Would not recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: This is the second time this dentist has tried to fix my teeth due to their mess up, and I’m still really unhappy with the results. The composite bonding looks unbelievably bulky, uneven, and unnatural. The colour doesn’t blend properly with my natural teeth, and the edges feel thick and poorly shaped. After already going back once to have it fixed, I’m frustrated that I’m still left with teeth that don’t look right. Now, I’ll likely have to spend more money elsewhere to get them corrected properly. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist for composite bonding based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient, I highly recommend Synergy dental practice Bury. From the moment I sat in the chair I was made to feel at ease. Mr Raziv was amazing. He discussed what was going to happen and reassured me. I read that my procedure was quite invasive but I felt in safe hands and the procedure went well. He made sure I was ok throughout the treatment and gave me advice on what steps to take etc.
