Fantastic experience: I was always anxious about going to the dentist because my teeth are really sensitive. Since I started to come here, that anxiety is gone. Yes, the surroundings are beautiful and the staff are really lovely. But the main thing is that any checks and treatment have been painless and as comfortable as you can reasonably expect whwn you have to keep your mouth open whilst someone is working on your teeth. For the first time, I have been able to relax in the chair.

The level of treatment received has always been fantastic, and I continue to receive fantastic care from Thomas and Sarah, in whom I have total confidence. Visiting this dentist has resulted in any fear of dental treatment evaporating. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Several weeks after my implant, I experienced symptoms which I did not understand. Craig at Primley Park saw me promptly and checked my mouth, including an X-Ray. It turned out that it all looked good. And I was not charged. This after-treatment care is excellent and very reassuring.

Fantastic experience: After being recommended by a dental hygienist friend, I got in touch with Primley Park to help me with an implant plan, as I was told abruptly by my NHS dentist that it would need two back teeth extracting. I booked an online consultation, which was free of charge, and immediately knew I was in safe hands. I was booked in for an initial scan and assessment with Dr. Craig Parker, to be told my teeth could be saved. Not wanting to go back to my NHS dentist, I booked another online consultation for a plan moving forward to treat my teeth accordingly to save my smile. I have just got back from my first step of my treatment plan and honestly, could not be happier with the level of care, knowledge and transparency from the very first point of contact. I have already decided to look into having all my dental care done at Primley Park permanently. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Its a bit of a bind getting there if you dont drive, train and bus like myself and being a reluctant patient into the bargain as well. What can I say staff are friendly and very professional. Craig was excellent explained the procedure both before and during my tooth extraction. The nurse who assisted Craig was also excellent totally put me at ease. Ive got possibly 2/3 more visits still to come, not as nervous and reluctant as I was. At this point of my treatment would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Thank you fabulous hygienist Sarah and top dentist Thomas. I found the session with Sarah remarkably relaxing - a far cry from memories of 1970s visits to the dentist as a child. Over the years my cleaning regime hasn't always been as effective as it is now, and Sarah's approval today meant a lot. Her advice over the years has really helped me improve my oral health. Thomas has looked after us, as a family, for many years now and is always an expert presence. Thankfully I didn't need anything doing but I find the all round health check, regular X-rays etc hugely reassuring. A lovely welcome too from the rest of the Primley Park team. Thank you very much.

Also the hygienist who looks after me is very thorough, and very good at educating me on prevention. I would highly recommend them. Update.... I have recently had the Invisiline work, and I can t recommend Primley park dentistry enough, every part of the process was painless and professionaly undertaken. Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to Dr.Thomas. I was in significant pain following a dental procedure at the hospital (NHS). I’d called the NHS out of hours with my symptoms and both times got told just to take extra painkillers. Within minutes of speaking to Dr.Thomas on the telephone he knew that I needed seeing. He made me an appointment within the hour where he diagnosed and treated me for dry socket and an infection. I cannot recommend him enough!

I decided recently to go to Primley Dental and have to say how pleasant and friendly everyone in the practice is .Professional throughout and explaining every step of the treatment.

From the minuet you walk in and are greeted by the Reception Team, who are so polite and friendly, you know your somewhere very special. My Dentist James makes puts you at ease from the onset and talks to you throughout your procedure telling you what he is doing, why and the outcome. He also has a sense of humor to die for.

Can't speak highly enough of the team there, and would have no hesitation in recommending them .

Fantastic experience: The admin staff reacted very quickly to a note from my GP suggesting that my mouth problems which I'd had for 3 weeks now needed an urgent dental review. The Primley Park admin arranged an emeergency appointment with James Holt - my regular dentist who, fortuitiously, was doing the New Years Eve cover. Within 1o minutes James had diagnosed an overgrown wisdom tooth causing trauma to the soft tissue around it. After a quick discussion of options, we went for extraction James accomplished this in less than 20 minutes and the only pain I felt was the 'slight scratch' of the first anaesthetic injection. Full after-care instructions were provided and 8 hours later, though the extraction site is a little sore, I have more mouth function than I have had in weeks. I have always found Primley Park and James to be friendly, efficient and exceptionally professional. They certainly rescued me today!

Fantastic experience: I have always found James very friendly and caring. Any issues found are always dealt with in a professional manner and resolved. Ayesha, my hygienist, leaves no stone unturned and is very thorough. I also find all the staff welcoming and friendly,. Overall I cannot fault Primly Park Dentistry in any way.

Positive experience: I have been attending PP Dentist for over 40 years. The building is easy to access, has ample parking and is a modern / comfortable interior as you’d expect from a private Alwoodley dentist. Adam my dentist has just left which is disappointing as I felt comfortable with him but I understand these things happen. Sarah is the jewel in the crown and her service as a hygienist is exemplary.She gives you time, a personalised service and puts you at ease. It is an expensive experience seeing a private dentist so the experience needs to be equally special. In consistency at reception is a shame. Welcomes vary but never rude. I would highly recommend Sarah as a hygienist and I hope to be able to say the same for my new dentist.

Full credit to their expertise and a great team to work with. I had 3 months of remedial work with no problem or worries. Thomas has been absolutely amazing with his care, expertise and attention to detail with both myself and my wife. Looking forward to being a life term patient. Well done guys!!

I had my 1 year review for 2 dental implants and everything was good, the x-ray showed that the procedure had gone exactly as planned last year and had been a success. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Thomas Meneaud and Sarah Hartley for quite some time now. My teeth are not the easiest of customers for any dentist or hygienist but Thomas and Sarah deal with any problems that come their way with great care and efficiency. I always receive great advice around caring for my dental and oral health and any treatment required is carefully explained and only advised when necessary. I always feel properly involved in any decision around treatment or where advice is given. The dental nurses are all hugely professional and welcoming and go about their work in a calm manner and perfectly complement the dentists and hygienists in reinforcing the overall supportive nature of the practice from the patient’s viewpoint. The surgery itself and its environs are very pleasant and calming, and spotlessly clean. The cheerful welcome on the phone and in person from the reception staff is just perfect.
