Fantastic experience: I don’t often leave a review for most things. But in my 70 years I’ve travelled around the country due to my career and have seen a few dentists. the staff at TempleStreet are very attentive and treat all their clients as though family. You most definitely get the feeling of personal attention. I recommend them immensely.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely positive and best experience I ever had with a dental surgery. During February/March I travelled the UK and - Murphy‘s law - suffered dental problems 1) during my travels, 2) even worse on a Friday and 3) while needing to leave Aylesbury on Saturday for my next destination. Thanks to the supernice and friendly reception staff I got an immediate appointment on a Saturday! Not only was I happy to get help, even better was my experience with dentist Dr. Prab Sandhu: fast help and examination, very experienced and trustworthy, takes time to explain (no stress on the patient), straightforward, clear and friendly communication, calm atmosphere. Overall summary: + I felt welcome as new patient without an appointment + uncomplicated digital administration processes around registration, invoicing, payment, xrays, diagnostic report + little waiting time + trustworthy, experienced and friendly dentist + friendly staff + pleasant medical practice rooms There is one minus I indeed consider very negative: - They do not operate a medical practice in my home country Germany ;-) Thanks and best regards from Germany

Fantastic experience: The dentist James is highly skilled, did a great job fixing my teeth. Very personable, keeping me involved of what he was doing. Kept asking if I was OK alongside his assistants as they changed on different visits. Even before that, the receptionist was friendly and put me at ease. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I'm a very nerveos patient and scare to be in the dental chair ,so I try to avoid it but in was noticing that my gums bleed so a friend of mine recommended me to see to her dental hygienist Maria ,which really impressed me with the care ,professionalism and passion that she have for her job she made feel very comfortable,and relaxing I never see my teeth so clean before she removed all the staind and calculus in a immaculate way ,when I was in the reception in heart a few patyalso making comments about how impressed and happy are in Mariad hand ,i higly recommend to her to any nervous and anxious patients which want to have the best cleaning and the most amazing service and care from this lovely hygienist.

Fantastic experience: After an initial misunderstanding I was able to see Lucie and just wanted to say how impressed I was with her service. very thorough and careful and did an excellent scale and polish job. She explained all the required processes and gave me recommendations to maintain my teeth, and which methods to use.

Fantastic experience: It took many years of plucking up the courage to even seek out a dentist, following some frightening and painful experiences previously. From the moment I contacted Temple Square Dental, and talking things through with Sarah, I knew that I had finally found a practice I could trust and feel safe with. Sarah was, indeed is, so lovely. She put me at ease instantly, and I arranged to go along and meet everyone and just get the feel of the place. It was like walking into a room where everyone knew you, and was pleased to see you! From then on, I felt comfortable arranging an appointment to see Prab to assess what needed doing. It was a tense moment for me attending that appointment, as I have a dreadful phobia, but Prab was utterly amazing. So gentle, reassuring and thorough, and we worked out what needed to be done. It was a lot, as my fear had kept me away for many years, but opting for sedation made the whole process that much better to come to terms with. I had two quite difficult extractions, two replacement crowns, a new crown and composite bonding on three teeth, and a filling, carried out in two sessions. Not only did I know absolutely nothing about it, I am totally thrilled by the end result. I have a smile I am not embarrassed by, a smile to finally be proud of! The whole team are so very professional, and all of them are TRULY lovely people!! Definitely a 10 out of 10 from me!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I had to have a filling replaced. I don’t like the aftereffects of having an anaesthetic so opted to go without this time. I was a little apprehensive but both Aaron and Natalie were very reassuring. The whole process was explained and that I could change my mind at any time and have the anaesthetic. The process was very quick and I felt no pain whatsoever. Aaron and Natalie are a great team and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Staff are amazing, the building is clean and welcoming.

Negative experience: Absolute shock! Does anybody else needed Power of Attorney to bring their parents in? Or to arrange a translator, as due to GDPR, they cannot translate their own parent? At the end I've heard to go elsewhere if I don't like it. That was indeed a unique dental experience. Avoid if you have non English speakers family members.

Fantastic experience: What a lovely practice. It’s hard to find a place that has an abundance of genuinely lovely and happy people but this has it! After having a bad experience as a kid of a Dentist and trying to avoid them since, I came here and was at ease straight away. After having a detailed first appointment of all the work I wanted/needed done, I had the first work done today and was put at ease and had genuine care and attention paid to me. I am pleased with the result and going to the dentist doesn’t seem like a chore anymore! Thank you so much Dr Sandhu! You are incredible :)

I have been coming here since I got my first teeth (over 35 years) and wouldn’t go anywhere else despite being London based. I’m made to feel at ease and completely trust the advice I am given. Lucie is also the best hygienist - I couldn’t see anyone else, despite my shakes!

Fantastic experience: Had a very pleasant experence with the Temple Street Dentist today. The nurse on reception was very helpful and found me an appointment the same day. I saw Aaron the dentist and he fixed my front tooth filling. From the filling breaking to being fixed was about two hours. I really can say better than that. :-)

My both children are registered with dr. With their professionalism, friendly approach and bubbly personality, I feel at ease as soon as I step into the room. During appointments Dr Landau explains everything in detail, he takes the time to listen and understand my needs as a nervous patient and offers treatment options if required so that I can make my own decision based on what I’m comfortable with. The reception staff are very welcoming and make it easy to book future appointments. I would happily recommend this practice to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Orthodontist. During my highschool time in the 80's I had braces, the traintracks, and that lasted for 2 school years orso. Afterwards, the retainer was a metal wire, attached to the back of the teeth. Unfortunately that came off during my college time in the USA, and when I returned home my teeth had moved back again. Almost 40 years later, I had enough of my teeth not being straight, and to my surprise their was no age limit to have this rectified. And it was not as costly as I assumed. I choose the Inman Brace and it only took 4 months to straighten my teeth. The clear plastc retainer has to be worn at night. Reshmi and Lisa in the orthodontist team looked after me very well, they have done a super good job and I can recommend their service to anyone that wants to get their teeth straightened fast and easy.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the Temple Square Dental Surgery for an appointment with Ms Lucie Saverova (Dental Hygienist). I have been a patient at this practice for over twenty years and have always been pleased with the service. This was my first visit with Lucie and I was absolutely delighted with her work. She made sure that I was comforable and I found her to have a very pleasing personality. Above all, I sensed she had skilled hands and felt completely at rest during my visit.
