Negative experience: Dr Linda Fartash is a rude and very unfriendly and unprofessional dentist, she has been treating me for years for gum disease, I have a bad pain in my tooth, it is sensitive and when I went to an appointment this morning she didn't smile or say good morning she just immediately attempted to berqte me and make me feel bad for my gum disease problems when I said that's not this issue she showed me an exray of a different tooth trying to explain why I am having problems. She has always been very rude, never been polite, I have always been made to feel like a piece of dirt every time I went into her suite.

Positive experience: I find the staff friendly and courteous to their patients! but my last couple of visits have not gone well ! My first of the last two visits the dental nurch laura said she was going to look at the 9 teeth I've left at my bottom Jaw ! said ok but when I was done with my appointment I went to pay for my treatment ! I was shocked at the price of the treatment @ £198 .iwas not told that I would be charged this much and was not given a break down of what had been done to my treatment! I paid it reluctantly. After this treatment one of my fillings came out in such a short time,I rang elite dental and said that my filling had come out and explained and asked how long a filling should last for especially for the amount of money I had spent.they gave me a second appappointment on the 09/09/25 the day before I was going on holiday and fixed the so call filling only to came out two hours later.and needs done again. As I said the staff our friendly but the work they do on your teeth does not live up to my expectations.If you have any concerns about your treatment, please let the dental nurse know before any work is done as you will let you know waht you are paying for.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend - service was okay, only went a few times. Had a filling put in that never really felt right and has now come out, it’s not even been a year. There was no offer to even take a look, just said it wasn’t their problem. Might not be everyones experience, but if going for private dental treatment you can pay the same elsewhere, with much better service.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a cleaning and hygienists were very quick and friendly, was a very painless experience and very reasonably priced!

Negative experience: Dr fartash screamed at me because I complained about waiting an hour , really rude and combative. I apologised for being dry and setting her off....got home and found out I'd been removed from the books that I was aggressive,,which is a complete lie.. I asked her to calm down twice and said she is only 1 screaming and waving arms....avoid.. everything they fix it breaks or falls out.

Negative experience: I had a few mercury fillings removed with dr david heffron and that all went fine. I did however have a nerve touched on when extracing my amalgam upper left back molar, I ran a little late for my appointment as I was travelling the whole way from derry and so the dentistry work was rushed but I don't believe it should have happened and been rescheduled even be it I'd have to travel the whole way up again as my health this past 2+ years has been living hell, in constant nerve pain and even with all this said with some of sounding like I caused this agony I now face on a daily basis as my fault, I asked a friend who wasn't late for any appointments how her tooth was after getting the same work done and being told by her local dentist after multiple trips to belfast that resolved little to nothing bar getting some health advice was that her tooth was broke and she was ALSO in alot of pain from getting the work down at elite dental. I really didn't need this after trying to better my mental health to end up worst off. I can't say what experience you yourself will have with david but im only advising to be careful.

Negative experience: Made an appointment with a supposed "holistic ' dentist after being told they maybe able to help with TMJ ,The appointment lasted 3 mins which is how long it took for her to basically tell me there's nothing she can do . But I that I did need to book a follow up appointment to have my teeth cleaned no other alternative was offered this cost me £60 I was flabbergasted..so save your money this is a rip off !!!

Fantastic experience: Elite Dental were fantastic They treated me and rescued to my request for an appointment within a day and fitted me in over their own lunchtime. I had just lost a tooth that was damaged and I had half left in gums. Working over their lunch they got my other part of the tooth removed with it being very difficult on account of my medical condition, and having to use an alternative anasetic. They were very professional, comforting/ reassuring and got my tooth removed with the utmost care and professionalism. Elte Dental is a very professional team who take the uttermost care to advise and reassure you of their treatment plans in your case. Fantastic experience: After my dentist retired it was impossible trying to get NHS registered anywhere. I had been in so much pain for almost a week with a broken tooth and nobody would see me. I was on the verge of doing a 'home extraction' (with a pair of pliers) when my daughter phoned these guys who fit me in as an emergency the next morning. I was met by a friendly dentist who was happy to help me. The tooth was pulled and I was pain free immediately. Cannot thank this surgery enough and I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am a bit loath to leave a good review. It would probably lead to Elite dental becoming immensely popular, though they probably already are. The treatment necessary was carried out very efficiently by warm friendly staff who were concerned at all times for my well being throughout the procedure. So I can see their popularity growing to a level were I am way down the queue when I need alterations to my natural beauty. In other words they are very very good and I highly recommend them.
