Fantastic experience: As an extremely nervous patient I made an appointment to see Mr Ingram for what I thought would be an extraction of a sore wobbly tooth. Following a thorough examination Mr Ingram advised my gum was infected and a course of antibiotics was prescribed to treat the tooth rather than just taking it out, which was a great relief to me! I know i may need to return for future treatment on the tooth, but I feel much more comfortable and confident in doing so. Mr Ingram is the kindest, considerate and sympathetic dentist I have ever known and whilst my anxiety remains, I am much more comfortable visiting for treatment.

Fantastic experience: 45 minute appointment today, 45 minutes of drilling, scraping, pushing, pulling, pressing. I coped with rhythmic breathing and aromatherapy oil but actually, I didn’t feel a thing. It really was ok thanks to Mr Ingrams gentle touch. Disappointed though, that I didn’t get a “I’ve been brave at the dentist” sticker.

From the moment you are greeted warmly with lots of smiles from lovely Nicola and her Staff, to the fabulous treatment and the finest Dental care ever. My Dentist, Dr Ingram, has looked after my teeth for over a decade, with meticulous care, patience and understanding, Dr Ingram explains every procedure in detail, along with options available for optimum dental health. My Dental Hygienist, Arabella Spencer, has drawn my teeth and gums back from purgatory! I had dreadful gum health and regular visits to her clinic have saved my teeth and restored them to feel like new - and with her in depth advice, I can carry on an oral hygiene routine at home to keep my teeth and gums in tip top condition between visits. Again, Arabella explains everything in full and helps me to explore future options to maintain teeth and gum health. Every appointment is a sheer pleasure, and the most relaxing experience ever!. I thoroughly enjoy my appointments with such friendly and cheerful practice, to think I used to be terrified of the Dentist, and everyone is fabulous a Pillory Street. If anyone is anxious about Dental appointments, there is no need, one visit here will ease any concerns! Put it this way - if I lived in Australia, I would still visit Pillory Street for my Dental Care. Thankyou!
