Fantastic experience: Hi I had appointment to go to the Surgery today and the reception staff was brilliant and very kind abd helpful especially Renata. Thank you Renata for helping me find the new place Surgery over the phone. Tania and ciera was brilliant Emily my Dentist was brilliant thank you.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible staff friendly caring and so kind having been terrified of attending a dentist for many years and requiring extensive treatment I was treated with dignity and respect! Dr Emily Blunt was amazing and so encouraging (and always singing along to the radio remembering every word to every song)

Fantastic experience: Honestly, the best practice I’ve ever been to. I, like many others, am terrified of going to the dentist - but the team who work here always make me feel comfortable. I never feel shamed for the work that I need to get done and Emily always makes sure I understand what needs doing and talking me through the process. Everyone in the practice is so lovely and I don’t always dread needing to go anymore!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. I’ve always hated the dentist and after spending 5 minutes in this practice it’s all gone. They alleviate all your stress with a friendly but professional chair side manner. I never thought I’d say this but I’m looking forward to going back to the dentist.

I visit the Hygienist regularly and Catherine is very friendly and does a great job including giving advice with regards to cleaning my teeth. .

Fantastic experience: I contacted the Dental surgery early December, I've always had worries and got nervous to go to the dentist. Gina the receptionist is so kind and helpful, from my very first phone call, made me feel at ease and that I could ask anything. Both face to face and over the phone, really warming and welcoming. I've been seeing Emily one of the dentist at the surgery, she's been absolutely amazing, really informative, helped me with a treatment plan, everything pain free and comfortable, I couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from the reception, both - over the phone and in person. Absolutely stunning facilities, spotless and well maintained! I went for a check and x-ray and left very satisfied with the advice and plan given for future! Definitely recommending the practice! I must add the fact they were able to book me an appointment with a very short notice, with truly weird question at beginning asking them, if I could only have the x-ray done. My dentist Sam was absolutely amazing in understanding my problem and explaining to me what to expect!

Fantastic experience: Charlotte was my dentist, I have high anxiety with the dentist. I wanted to walk out she reassured me and calmed me down and got me to stay in for more work than I was going to stay for originally. Really good dentist been with a few like that and she calmed me down loads hands down best dentist I been to. Also had a very hard job with my one tooth extraction and she did very well very pleased to be booked in with her again.

Fantastic experience: Best surgery. Yesterday, I went with the worst toothache and Jaw swelling. The staff and Dentist are very nice and cooperative. They immediately give checkups and advice on some antibiotics and also give future checklists. Thank you so much

After some shoddy work by my previous dentist and not having been since Covid, I'm very happy to have joined this practice and Emily In particular. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Bad staff, from the reception to the nurses, they are very rude. Even when I asked her to give me an email to complain, she hung up the phone. It is the worst.

Fantastic experience: These guys are the best. On arrival at reception they are always smiling and polite even when busy. My dentist Sam is always aware of my dentist phobia and even talks me throug my check up answering all my questions. Great job guys .

Positive experience: I could not fault the treatment I received nor the advice and explanations given to me regarding any dental issues that I had. Really pleasant and professional staff. The only real complaint if it can be called that is there seemed to be a guided tour of the practice going on while I was having my treatment and the surgery door was open while I was in the chair. Slightly off putting. Other than that all good.

Fantastic experience: After transferring to this dental surgery I took my 3 young children for their first appointment with the dentist Emily, and she was absolutely brilliant :-) she was very friendly and calming and created a lovely environment which meant that all 3 had a proper check up (1st time ever!)- they even asked when they are next going back! The receptionist was super helpful when organising the appointment and also on the day. A really lovely team- thank you all :-)

Slotted me in and managed to get my treatment done on the same day as exam/x-rays, despite it being a bit complicated. Will be seeing them again for further treatment and may sign up to membership. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about the first class excellent service received from this practice from the moment you walk through their door. A trip to the dentist is never something you look forward to but I have to be honest in saying, I always feel looked after and genuinely cared for when I do have to visit this practice. A huge thank you the staff especially, the team; Gina, the receptionist, who always gives a warm friendly welcome, went above and beyond, collaborating with her colleagues and dental technician to ensure everything was in place and ready for my appointment today. Secondly, to Tania, the Dental Nurse, who assisted with the procedure, who was very attentative, caring and trying her best to make me feel relaxed. Finally, the dentist, Dr Nitin Duggal, who turned what would normally be a somewhat timely procedure into a quick and seamless experience for me this week. Nitin went out if his way to ensure I was comfortable (having been extremely anxious about having the procedure done in the first place), he explained everything to me throughout the treatment today and continually reassured me at each step. Whilst my treatment has not yet finished, my experience today (this week in fact) has left me at ease and confident for my next visit/s. In summary, I would highly recommend this dental practice. They ensured I was not in discomfort and checked I was happy at the end. An excellent service which deserves 5 stars. I dont usually go out of my way to leave reviews but I did todY.

Fantastic experience: Pretty pleased with the work done on the permanent filling and clean up of one of my tooth for root canal. The dentist was very friendly and explained what had to be done before the treatment.

Fantastic experience: Sam is friendly, makes you feel relaxed and is quick and professional I needed new trays and tooth whitening kit which I’m very pleased with, an old filling which I also knocked out and was replaced but not that well, sam rebuilt this tooth to look much better saving me having it crowned plus did a few white fillings which you can’t even notice very happy and he’s a master at perfecting the bite after doing a filling Can’t even feel I’ve had them done thanks Sam and the staff that work with sam are fantastic thanks guys highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Last week a 30year old crown started to play up to the extent that the pain was unbearable. Dr Nitin squeezed me within hours and put me on antibiotics. Two days later the pain was still intense. Again, Dr Sam squeezed me in assessed the issue and carried out the procedure there and then. Within hours the pain had gone leaving me to go on holiday the next day, pain and worry free. These guys are AMAZING!!!! true professionals who make you feel at ease straight away and turn an experience that a lot of people dread into a pleasant one!!! Thank you so much both. Has to be the best practice in South Wales !!!!

Fantastic experience: Sam the dentist is by far the best ever. His manner and professionalism is second to none. He totally made my very anxious teenage daughter.
